FINANCIAL POSITION
Whilst pursuing its online media strategy, the Consolidated Entity, will continue to access new capital as and when required. Since the end of the reporting period, new capital of $230,000 has been raised by way of the placement of 2,300,000 shares, adding to working capital and to finance a number of major projects. The Consolidated Entity has also just received a notice from Mobile Media Services S.A. exercising options for 4,750,000 ordinary shares at 7 cents each. The new shares will be issued after the proceeds of $332,500, being remitted, is received.

The Consolidated Entity experienced operating losses and negative operating cash flows during the period ended 30 June 2005. The continuing viability of the Consolidated Entity and its ability to continue as a going concern and meet its debts and commitments as they fall due is dependent on it being successful in achieving cash inflow from media revenue including from various video subscription channels, advertising, sponsorships, and licensing of its technologies. If required, the Consolidated Entity should be able to access new capital to finance its operations until it is operationally cash positive. The directors believe that the Consolidated Entity will be successful in the above matters and have prepared the financial report on a going concern basis.
The adoption of Australian International Financial Reporting Pronouncements (AIFRPs) will be first reflected in the Consolidated Entity’s financial statements for the half-year 31 December 2005 and year ending 30 June 2006. Changes in accounting policies resulting from the adoption of AIFRPs are not expected to result in any material impact to future operating results to be reported. @ realDOJO: überlege es Dir nochmal: am Freitag oder Montag kommen wahrscheinlich Zahlen für Q1. Dann entscheidet sich vieles. Es bleibt echt spannend.

das siehst du eigentlich richtig, die Herren gönnen sich die Papierchen zu 15 Cent falls der Kurs natürlich drüber liegen sollte.

Hab mir den Bericht zur aktuellen Lage reingezogen (scheiß lang das Teil) :)
Steht für meinen Teil eigentlich nichts Neues drin! Der Ausblick ist wie erwartet
und die RISIKEN gleich hoch geblieben! Kannst du mir erklären, woher dieser Pessimissmus
auf einmal herkommt????? Bin der gleichen Meinung, wie Eiswürfel: Abwarten und Ausitee trinken!

Wag mal ne "Prognose": Ich ERWARTE einen Fehlbetrag zwischen 275.000 - 325.000 A$,
                      bei leichten Umsatzanstieg!

Ich muß nich unbedingt Recht haben. Kann also ruhig besser ausfallen!

AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This Amendment Notice is to be read in conjunction with the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 24 October 2005, and relate particularly to the resolutions for Agenda Items 3 A), 3 B), and
3 C), which has been amended as follows:
3 A) ‘That in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 10.14, approval be given to the Directors to grant to Mr. Richard Li 600,000 options exercisable at 15 cents each for one fully paid ordinary

Voting Exclusion Statement The Voting Exclusion Statement in the above Notice is amended to read as follows:

The Company will disregard any vote cast on Item 3 A), Item 3 B), and Item 3 C) by any of the Directors, or any associate of any of the Directors. However, the Company need not disregard a vote if it is cast by a person as proxy for a person who is entitled to vote, in accordance with the directions on the proxy form; or it is cast by the person chairing the meeting as proxy for a person who is entitled to vote, in accordance with a direction on the proxy form to vote as the proxy decides.

Wann kommen die Zahlen vom First Quater Report? In den Jahren 2004 + 2003 kamen sie immer Ende Oktober. Nur 2002 wurden sie am 1. November bekanntgegeben.

D.h. morgen könnte es bereits soweit sein. Vielleicht übertrifft Li alle Erwartungen und dann geht es ganz ganz weit nach oben :)) Und falls die Umsätze deutlich unter den Erwartungen liegen, geht es ab in den Keller :(

Ich bin soooo gespannt. 50/50 halt (wie immer)  :)

Guten Morgen liebe Freunde des Hüpfetieres,

die Zahlen für das erste Quartal sind da.
Leider, wie erwartet.
Umsatz gegen Vorjahresquartal - 11%
Ergebnis gegen Vorjahresquartal - 10 %
Cash gegen Vorjahresquartal     + 119 %

Das einzige was positiv auffällt ist die Cash-Position,
Diese resultiert allerdings nur aus den Kapitalmassnahmen,
über die im Board ja schon zur Genüge diskutiert wurde.
Allerdings : Das Ergebnis war zu erwarten.
Auch Li hat betont, dass die Realisierung der verschiedenen Projekte
sich im Halbjahresbericht per Ende Dezember bemerkbar machen
werden. Das Projekt in Indien läuft seit September. Solch ein kurzer
Zeitraum kann sich nicht in den jetzt veröffentlicheten Zahlen niederschlagen.
Interssseant wäre zu wisse, was sich GCN an Umsatz vorgenommen hat, und
inwieweit diese im Plan liegen. Gibt´s darüber Infos ?

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass die Einnahmen (exkl. Kapitalmassnahmen) unter dem Vorjahr liegen! Ist enttäuschend!

SSI has now completed its move to China gaming

Chairman’s Address, 31 October 2005
Today marks the start of a new beginning for SSI.
The company’s activities will in the near future be expanded to
capitalize on the gaming licenses that have been issued to China
Entertainment Holdings (now a wholly owned SSI subsidiary) and to
maximize other opportunities in, particularly, the PRC, Hong Kong
and Australia for selected investments.
I would like to briefly discuss my vision for SSI.
Gaming in the PRC is effectively a national pastime.
Gaming has existed in China since early in the 2nd century B.C. when
the earliest version of the Keno game was invented.
The Keno game was originally called White Pigeon because carrier
pigeons were used to pick up numbers and transmit the results to
remote areas.
In the Han Dynasty, the construction of the Great Wall of China was
urgently needed for the country’s defence. Imposing an additional tax
on the people for the construction of the Great Wall was not an
acceptable option, so the Keno game was invented to raise the
required funds.
It has grown in popularity ever since.
In recent years, the PRC has allowed welfare agencies to issue gaming
permits in order to raise money for welfare causes in China. Between
1987 and 1999 welfare lotteries raised about AUD$2 billion for social
welfare causes. Over the next ten years, growth in PRC gaming is
forecast to double every two years – to around 30 times its current
size by 2015.
Technology is changing the industry rapidly. No longer are carrier
pigeons involved in transmitting the results, which are, or will soon
be, instantly available via up to 200 million mobile phones, or at point
of sale terminals, or via interactive gaming television channels.
Already our Keno Point of Sale (“POS”) franchising operations in
Shanghai are underway and a similar Keno Bar franchising operation
in alliance with mass transportation operators is almost ready to start.
A natural consequence of this rollout program will be the creation of
long term sustainable revenue for SSI and its shareholders, while
providing the funding that supports welfare agencies in the PRC as
well.
It’s a win-win situation for all involved and the technology that Go-
Connect has developed over the years will be of value. In particularly
GoConnect’s mobile gaming application will be of critical importance
to the SSI Group as the mobile phone market is huge in China.
We will provide more detailed information on our gaming business
rollout program as and when appropriate.
In closing, I welcome you on board our exciting SSI Group and to
share with you the many opportunities that we have secured in the
PRC and also, via GoConnect, in other parts of the world.

Die Meinung der erwählten Herren und Leitwölfe diese Threads zum jüngsten Zahlendesaster von GCN würde mich brennend interessieren.  

 

wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe, wolltest du jene Q-Zahlen abwarten, um dann eventuell "Konsequenzen" zu zeihen.Mich würde interessieren, ob du mit dieser "Nichtweiterentwicklung" gerechnet hast, oder ob deine kühnen Zukunftserwartungen an GCN ungetrübt sind und vielmehr erst mit dem nächsten Q beginnen???  

ja, ich habe mit den Zahlen gerechnet.
Die Aussichten sind meiner Meinung nach von dem Gaming-Markt abhängig.
Ob und wann ich ausgestiegen bin mußt du schon mir überlassen.

gemeint haben solltest, so will ich Dir kurz antworten.(obwohl eine Frage war es ja nicht wirklich)

jovi hat den Wert bei ca.0,05€ ins Gespräch gebracht.In der Zwischenzeit konnte man im Laufe der Zeit locker zu 0,03€ seinen Schnitt nochmals verbilligen.

Mit ein wenig Geduld ging das Teil in der Spitze bis auf über 0,12€!

Bei einem Schnitt von 0,04€ konnte man seinen Einsatz verdreifachen.

Wer später gekauft hat konnte bis 0,06€ seinen Einsatz immer noch verdoppeln.

Dann gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten die man in Betracht ziehen muss.

Entweder ich verkloppe alles und freu mich meines Gewinnes,oder ich verkaufe meinen Einsatz und bleibe mit meinem Gewinn dabei um abzuwarten wie es sich weiter entwickelt, oder ich bleibe komplett dabei, weil ich trotz auf und ab an der Story festhalte und auf Risiko gehe.

Was hättest Du denn gemacht,wenn Du dabei gewesen wärst und nicht erst seit gestern an der Börse??

Da Du aber erst seit einer Woche bei Ariva angemeldet bist, gehe ich davon aus , das Du entweder a.) ein newbee b.)ein stiller Mitleser oder c.)eine Doppel ID bist die jetztnach den Zahlen ein bisschen provozieren will .

Ist eigentlich auch latte, denn jeder sollte an der Börse das tun was er für sich persönlich als richtig erachtet.

Du willst wissen was ich zu den Zahlen sage?

Die Zahlen sind beschissen und der Kurs zeigt daraufhin Wirkung.Thats it!

Jeder muss nun wissen was er daraus macht.Hängt sicherlich auch vom EK des Einzelnen ab.
Jemand der zu 0.11€ das erste Mal eingestiegen ist hat sicherlich eine andere Voraussetzung als jemand der vielleicht noch zu 0,05€ komplett drin ist.

Weder jovi noch ich werden hier eine Empfehlung abgeben was jetzt zu machen ist.
Da Du aber anscheinend hier derjenige bist,der den Durchblick hat, wäre es doch schön zu erfahren was deine reichhaltige Börsenerfahrung uns zu sagen hat.

Für konstruktive Hinweise sind wir immer offen.
