On June 13, 2007, the Company received notice that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel determined to delist the Company’s securities from the NASDAQ Stock Market. Trading in the Company’s Common Stock, $.01 par value, on the NASDAQ Stock Market will no longer occur as of June 15, 2007. The Company may appeal the determination of the Panel. The Company is working with a market maker that is expected to file a Form 211 with the NASD today to seek admission to quotation of the Common Stock on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. Until admission to trading on the OTC Bulletin Board, trading in the Company’s securities will be reported by the Pink Sheets, LLC.

Juni 2007 erhielt die Gesellschaft Benachrichtigung, dass der NASDAQ, der Qualifikationstafel Verzeichnet, bestimmte, die Wertpapiere der Gesellschaft von der NASDAQ-Aktienbörse von der Liste abzusetzen. Mit der Stammaktie der Gesellschaft handelnd, wird Nennwert von .01 $ auf der NASDAQ-Aktienbörse bezüglich am 15. Juni 2007 nicht mehr vorkommen. Die Gesellschaft kann der Entschluss von der Tafel appellieren. Die Gesellschaft arbeitet mit einem Marktschöpfer, der, wie man erwartet, eine Form 211 mit dem NASD heute ablegt, um Aufnahme zum Kostenvoranschlag der Stammaktie darauf zu suchen

Wartet mal ab die Trader ziehen die Aktie wieder hoch  

denke diesse woche wird eine schöne woche! werde auf jeden fall kein stück aus der hand geben.  

mein einstiegskurs war usd 0,19. aktuel 30% im minus!
kann mir jemand sagen ob in nächster zeit diese kursziel wieder realistisch ist?
