I had extremely rarely seen such a constellation, which trust such extreme at the company.
Local Corporation Promotes Scott Reinke to Chief Legal Officer
Local Corporation (LOCM), a leading local advertising technology company, today announced that it has promoted Scott Reinke to the position of chief legal officer, effective July 1, 2014.
Reinke joined the company in 2009 as general counsel responsible for managing the company’s legal initiatives, including contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, and intellectual property. In his new role, Reinke will also be responsible for leading the company’s patent portfolio strategy.
Because more than a half year ago, Local Corp reported, that only one of the 14 patents could " generate over $100M in future licensing fees based on "hundreds of websites and applications". But nothing happened since this time and the shareholders was extreme robbered for additional cash of only 9 Million through a criminal dilloution. This robbery were not necesseary, if Mr. Reinke and Mr. Cragun had not slept and smoked grass.
I hope, that Scott Reinke and Mr. Cragun stop sleepeing and smoking grass and begin to work. I have all reported once more and once more again to the SEC and I willl accuse all, who would continue the robbery of the shareholders.
Wäre interessant zu wissen, was sich in letzter Zeit getan hat.

Ganz allgemein lässt sich sagen: Die Banken sind drin geblieben - haben aber nicht erhöht, die Hedge-Funds haben verkauft.
Der Verkauf der Hedge-Funds hat seine Ursache vor allem in der Verwässerung durch die letzte Kapitalmaßnahme, die die Spekulationschance nach meinen Berechnungen mehr als halbiert hat. Dafür ist etwas Sicherheit gewonnen worden, die - wie man aus meinen Ausführungen in 8653 entnehmen kann - meines Erachtens teuer erkauft bzw. erpennt wurde. Allerdings ist momentan das Preisniveau der Aktie so niedrig, dass das meines Erachtens die von mir geschilderten Nachteile weit aufwiegt. Bis ein Austausch zwischen Institutionals mit hoher Risikobereitschaft und weniger Risikobereitschaft zustandekommt, nimmt Zeit in Anspruch - das zeigen auch meine entsprechenden Erfahrungen mit Actua (früher Internet Capital).
Und da der CEO Thiel 2/3 seines Gehalts in Warrants auf Aktien bezahlt bekommt, hat er es sicherlich auch nicht mit Kurssteigerungen eilig, denn bei niedrigeren Kursen bekommt er mehr Aktien. Folglich müssen Investoren in diese Aktie nicht hohe Risikobereitschaft, sondern auch sehr viel Zeit mitbringen. Auf lange Sicht ist natürlich auch der CEO an hohen Kursen interessiert.

The decline of revenues in Q1/2015 took place by a decrease of the cost of revenues of less than 0.5 million. The result will be, that by an increase of revenues from 13.1 million to 14.9 million the increase of the cost of revenues will be only 0.3. million.

CEO Thiel A number of interested parties have approached us, and as a public company we have a fiduciary duty to our shareholders to evaluate properly and walk down a process to see what makes sense, especially considering the fact that our stock is currently trading at a very low valuation. That makes us an attractive target. We obviously have to go down that path [of hiring the firm], and it opens up some interesting opportunities. The elimination of partners, who delivered only or in great parts fraud, lowered the revenues of Local Copr dramatically, but the cleaning from fraud is in the long run a big progress and will increase the revenues of Local Corp again.

Vielen Dank Jamin Gottfried denn nach meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen gehe ich davon aus, dass nach Deinem erneuten Posten die Aktie auch morgen weiter steigt.

4,129,220 steigen und sich dann die Zunahme noch beschleunigt und wir im Mai bei 5,103,354 MUV's landen, ist das meines Erachtens bei einem Unternehmen, das momentan nur mit etwas mehr als sechs Millionen Dollar bewertet wird, keine rosarote Interpretation der Gegebenheiten.
Die Farbe Könnt Ihr Euch selbst aussuchen.
