The 3Q24 will be adjusted on December 12th into non-taxed dividend and 15% foreign taxed IOE portions. I’ll recalculate my postings at that time.
The first half payment will be made on February 27th with a net payment of approximately $0.233.
The second half payment will be made on March 27th with a net payment of approximately $0.235.
The February and March distributions ex-date is December 27th.
The dividend rates listed above are net payout amounts that include the SELIC interest, currently 11.25%, and subtract ADR fees and foreign taxes when applicable.
The amounts I’ve listed should be a close approximation to the actual net payout amount on the dividend. The ADR share distributions amounts will continue to fluctuate based on BRL-USD exchange rate and are current as of this posting.
