In Q4/14 hätte local corp auch eine Gewinnwarnung im Laufe des Quartals abgeben müssen, haben sie aber nicht getan.

Ich halte es deswegen für sehr gefährlich auf einen positiven Effekt bei den Q1-Zahlen zu spekulieren. Wenn es da zu einer (wenn auch kleinen) negativen Überraschung kommt, dann wird die Aktie noch weiter abtauchen. Der Markt erwartet von local im Moment nichts anderes als eine "Turnaround-Story", aber ob die kommt weiß kein Mensch. Ich hoffe es zumindest für meine kleine Restposition, kann aber keinem Empfehlen hier spekulativ einzusteigen.

Dass Local Corp so vorgegangen ist und bereits mehr als vier Wochen vor Bekanntgabe der Quartalsergebnisse ein Preeliminary herausgab, kommt bei p.huettl gar nicht vor.

in seinem letzten Posting als gezielte Täuschung der Leser dieses Boards, wenn jemand argumentiert, dass das unübliche Warnen im Verlaufe des letzten vierten Quartals unterblieben sei, aber die erfolgte übliche Warnung kurz nach Quartalsschluss (also ca. vier Wochen vor der Bekanntgabe des Quartalsergebnisses) unterschlägt.

Ladenburg estimates that the significant number of new warrants issued by Local as part of a recent fundraising effort brings its fully diluted share count to about 40M, nearly doubling the prior share count. The firm cut its price target on the stock to $2 from $4 to account for the new share count, but maintains a Buy rating, as it believes that renewed growth will come for Local in the second half of the year.
