“We have identified hundreds of websites and applications that we believe infringe upon this patent and believe there are likely thousands more. We have set a clear course to begin the process of licensing this patent and expect to continue to report the results of these monetization efforts with greater frequency. Overall, we currently believe that a conservative estimate of potential future licensing fees that could be generated from this patent is $100 million. We believe we are well-positioned to explore the monetization of our other patent families as well, including our pay-per-call patents.”

But this $700,000 will never standing alone – take a look at the speech of the CEO as the settlement was published, some weeks ago.

As the web information exponentially grows and the needs of users become more specific, traditional general web search engines are not able to perfectly satisfy the nowadays user requirement. Vertical search engines have emerged in various domains, which more focus on specific segments of online content, including local, shopping, medical information, travel search, etc. For instance, a user may want to find a restaurant near his/her current location, search professionals on LinkedIn, and look for products on EBay. Recent studies show that Web queries have various vertical intents (e.g., 20% of them are local intent), and even more in mobile queries. As a response, vertical search engines start attracting more attention while relevance ranking in different vertical search engines is becoming the key technology. In addition, vertical search results are often slotted into general Web search results. Hence, designing effective ranking functions for vertical search has become practically important to improve users' experience in both web search and vertical search.

nQuery is already powering millions of user searches per month and is expected to grow significantly with the onboarding of new partners.
We also continue to explore new ways to monetize our proprietary assets including our Krillion data ingestion and localization technology. We believe the value of Krillion is that it seamless ingests normalizes and localizes various types of data and presents relevant content across multiple channels in customer use cases. The most recent use case was a launch of new ad formats and where-to-buy solutions for web, social and mobile in the shopping space. We look forward to discussing this more in the future

Intend to continue making significant investments in initiatives to diversify our revenue sources and promote our future growth "As we continue to diversify our technologies and traffic sources, we remain focused on technology and advertising offerings that will improve the experience for our end users, and allow our network and other third party partners to enhance their service offerings and lower their costs. While we are still very focused on the local search industry, we believe there are additional opportunities in technology and advertising that we and our customers can benefit from, while diversifying our revenue sources. We intend to continue making significant investments in initiatives to diversify our revenue sources and promote our future growth."

We believe that Local can become the technology engine which powers third party apps and sites that seek to provide on-the-go mobile consumers with the local business, product, and service information they want, when they need it, along their path from discovery to decision. If this happens, we believe we will be in a better position to control our financial future by having direct relationships with retailers and brands and as a result we expect to be able to reduce our reliance on third party advertisers.
In addition, we believe that any wide adoption of the Local technology platform would result in access to an immense amount of data about retailers, manufacturers, and consumers alike. We believe this could further evolve Local's platform into a location-based data play, complete with highly valuable consumer behavior trends, price history by category and other valuable information. We believe we are in the early stages of this evolution in consumer search and we believe we are well positioned to take advantage of it."

Aber nichts ist ja bekanntlich unmöglich.
"Mitchell says the SEC has never made public the results of its investigations of the naked short selling of Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs, the big banks that collapsed or nearly collapsed during the financial crisis. The complaint also points to the massive violations of Reg SHO committed by UBS Securities and Credit Suisse Securities, which became public in 2011 when the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) released its settlements with those two banks."

Why the management of Local Corp don’t accuse the market makers, naked shortsellers and their criminal brokers and the sleeping and grass smoking helpers inside of SEC and Finra is clear – Local Corp must be well-positioned to repay the low amount of 5 million convertible debt in Apri 2015 and does not need the offering of new shares or a new convertible obligation.
Manipulation for shares of Local Corp begins every trading day at 9.30 am sharp with very few shares and continues on all day. It has been going on not for months but years with absolutely and exactly same pattern. Local Corps management is equally at fault for allowing this to happen continuously. Daily chart for this security is a living proof of manipulation. Even though small number shares are traded the manipulator use sophisticated tricks and continuously keep dumping few shares in order to keep price lower. Happens all day along and if stock managed to come up some, manipulator brings it down near the close. I have analysed all this statistically. Why the manamgent of Local Corp had not decided to file a complaint with SEC can have only one reason: Local Corp must be well-positioned to repay the low amount of 5 million convertible debt in April 2015 and does not need the offering of new shares or a new convertible obligation.
Local Corp has 0.19-times-revenues by a market-cap of 16 million and revenues of 84 million
