Full year 2014 revenue is expected to be between $82.8 million and $83.3 million, compared with prior guidance of $87 million to $90 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $2.2 million to $2.4 million, in line with previous guidance of $2.0 million to $2.4 million.

MaxPoint Interactive, which provides a cloud-based service used by national brand advertisers to drive in-store sales, filed IPO plans seeking to raise up to $75 million.

MaxPoint provides a marketing automation software service that enables national brands to drive local in-store sales. Its service predicts the most likely local buyers of a specific product at a particular retail location so that national brands can execute digital marketing campaigns to reach them.

Other initial public offerings in the digital ad space include TubeMogul (NASDAQ:TUBE). Its July 18 IPO raised $44 million. Shares priced at 7 and rose 64% on its first day of trading. TubeMogul is trading near 15.

Another was Rubicon Project (NYSE:RUBI), which raised $102 million. The April 2 IPO priced at 15 and rose 34% on its first day of trading. Rubicon also currently trades near 15.

MaxPoint could become the second technology IPO of 2015, following Box (NYSE:BOX), a provider of cloud-based online data storage and file-sharing platforms, on Jan. 23.

MaxPoint was founded in 2006 in Morrisville, N.C. For the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, MaxPoint reported revenue of $67.8 million, up 62% from $41.8 million in the year-earlier period. It reported a loss of $11.5 million, more than the loss of $1.4 million in the year-earlier period.
