dass Local Corp in verschiedenen Bereichen tätig ist. Früher man einmal versucht den Traffic mit einer Größe zu messen, nämlich den Monthly Unique Visitors. Das Problem war aber, dass die User im Network bei den White Label-Versionen nicht bei Local Corp gezählt werden, sondern bei den Benutzern der White Label-Versionen - obwohl die Erräge nach bestimmten Schlüsseln aufgeteilt werden. Zeitweise hat man daher die Monthly Unique Visitors auf den White Label-Versionen zwar nicht regelmäßig, aber sporadisch angegeben. Vor ca. einem Jahr hat man dann mitgeteilt, dass das keinen Sinne mache und man im Netzwerk mit der Zählgröße query arbeiten werde.

Und dann kommt noch eine weitere Neuerung seit dem Overview Q4/2014 hinzu:  Statt wie bisher zwischen Owned&Operated und Network unterscheiden man jetzt vier Bereiche. Dabei kann ich mir den vierten Bereich nQuery gut erklären, denn der ist neu und auch sehr aussichtsreich, aber die exakte Abgrenzung zwischen Publisher Partner Network und nPress erschließt sich auch mir nicht ganz, so dass ich die Probleme von hypgro, der sehr viel kürzer dabei ist nachvollziehen kann.

hat momentan eine excelene Chance.  

ohne sehr große Spreads morgen vermutlich nicht geben.  

Warum sollte man da im Moment kaufen ? Evtl wenn die Unternehmensführung nicht mehr glaubt ( We believe) sondern gezeigt hat das man die Zahlen stark verbessern kann.
Mir tun die Leute leid die Libuda in diesen Wert reingelockt hat. Um sein eigenes Geld finde ich es nicht traurig.
Nochmal, Local steht mit einem Fuß über den Rand des Abgrundes heraus und balanciert momentan auf einem Bein, ich würde mich nicht wundern wenn die Aktie bald zum Pennystock auf Dollarbasis wird.
 

momentan ieine Aktie mit einem Umsatz von auf der Basis des Guidance für Q4 von 86 Millionen für nur 28,8 Millionen kaufen kann - das ist ein Umsatzmultiple von 0,33.  

 

das aber eine gute Gelegeneheit - und die sind nun einmal gut.  

Und hier wird zum Kauf geblasen, einfach lächerlich

wurde übrigens nie verändert, obwohl das kriminelle Basher vom Criminal Crime aus dem Dunstkreis des obskuren The Street Sweeper vor allem auf dem US-Yahoo-Board permanen verkünden. Für micht ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum die SEC diese kriminellen Fälschungen nicht kassiert.

Local wird wahrscheinlich weiter sinken, und du wirst auch bei 80 Cent dann zur einmaligen Kaufgelegenheit raten. Du hast dich einfach gesagt völlig verzockt und du versuchst nicht einmal daruf einzugehen und den von dir hier rein gelockten Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen.
Jedem, der hier kritisch nachfragt wird die verbale Keule drüber gezogen.

in die weitaus bessere Aktie Groupon (GRPN) umzuschichten,hm ?!! Hier werden die Gewinne in 2015 explodieren bei 3 MRD Umsatz oder mehr,keine Schulden und fast 1 MED Cash,wow !!! Das sind TraumKennzahlen,die LOCM nicht mal dann erreicht,wenn Libuda noch ein zweites Leben zum weiter warten bekäme .......

und etwas mehr als 3 Milliarden Umsatz ist das Umsatzmultiple von Groupon mit 1,5 angemessen und nachdem man die Samwers entsorgt hat, sicher auch einigermaßen solide.

Aber die Chancen sind bei Local Corp mit einem Multiple von nur 0,33 sehr viel größer - allerdings auch die Risiken.

Insofern werde ich auch nicht argumentieren, dass die eine oder andere Aktie besser ist, sondern das muss jeder unter Berücksichtigung seiner subjekten Chance-Risiko-Neigung und seiner Anlagesituation (kann ich mir die Beimischung von Riisiko leisten oder nicht, wobei natürlich auch Groupon keine risikofreie Anlage ist) selber entscheiden.
