oder gar den kriminellen Manipulateuren und Fälschern vom Criminal Crime behnd The Street Sweeper lege ich meine Karten wie immer auf den Tisch:

Institutional Ownership is now the 4-fold against the numbers a year ago: Institutional Ownership increased from about 6% a year ago to now 26.59%.

Similar situation like by ICG Group, where I bought first shares by 3.40 and an institutional ownership of 5% - today we are by ICG Group about $20 and an institutional ownerhsip of more than 80%.

Most of my at the highest level more than 20,000 shares of Local Corp I have sold and owning today only less than 3,000 shares of ICG group. A great portion from the amount of the sale of more than 17,000 shares of ICG Group I have invested for extreme low prices in Local Corp - and I am sure, that I will have the same success like by ICG Group, where naked shortselers manipulated the share-price over a lot of years, too.

My price-tarteg for Local Corp is $20. But these is only a market-cap of 470 million by 23.5 million outstanding shares and only 4.5-times-revenues by a guidance for the revenues of 103 - 105 million in the last quarterly report.

And then I guess last year around this time, the story was kind of transitioning from Owned & Operated to network business and the network business was primarily supposed to be no major growth driver going forward and it seems like there has been a strategic shift and a macro shift that’s leading the Owned & Operated segment to be a faster grower now. Can you kind of elaborate a little bit more on that and then should we overtime expect the network business to become again you know the leader in growth for your company?

Fred Thiel
So if we look at second half of last year, we were very focused on transforming the experience that consumers had in our O&O network to make it more in-line with the expectations or major search engine partners. That began to flow through the end of last year and since then as we look at O&O it has continually grown very nicely and continues to grow and we believe that the transformation of O&O has worked very well and we will continue to improve O&O and drive it's growth rate. The network we believe now with better quality traffic will get back into a growth mode and I think as we look at the past six months network and O&O are still about a 50:50 split revenue wise and as we have been speaking to our investors definitely since May, our outlook is definitely that the business will remain fairly evenly keeled like that going forward.

"In July we launched nQuery by Local, a white labeled hosted search solution that powers customized search experiences and supports the company’s goal to populate local search across the internet of everything. The company recently entered into partnerships with entities that specialize in monetizing subscriber traffic for mobile operators in public and private WiFi networks.

Through these partnerships Local Corporation expects to power search for a major U.S. mobile carrier, 18 international and prepaid MVNOs and over 10,000 U.S. hotels.

nQuery is already powering millions of user searches per month and is expected to grow significantly with the onboarding of new partners."

A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), or mobile other licensed operator (MOLO) is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which the MVNO provides services to its customers. An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a mobile network operator to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates, then sets retail prices independently.

Inventory Data Could Help Turn The Tide for Brick-and-Mortar Retailers

Tuesday, March 11, 2014 (Street Fight)

The rapid growth of Amazon, and the high-profile decline of brick-and-mortar retailers like Borders, masks a surprising statistic: e-commerce makes up only 5-10% of total retail sales in the United States. Customers still want the experiences only physical stores can provide, and data mining companies are helping small businesses take advantage of the web to increase profitability within their local community.

During a panel at Street Fight’s Local Data Summit, Closely CEO Perry Evans moderated a panel with Retailigence CEO Jeremy Geiger, Goodzer CEO Mike Wilson and Krillion/Local Corp Shopping VP Sherry Thomas-Zon, which took a deep dive in the challenges and opportunity of bringing local inventory online. The panelists argued that those data could provide small, brick-and-mortar stores with an advantage over thier online-only competitors — but only if those local businesses are maintaining and refining an online presence of their own.

When shoppers use retail websites for background information and inventory searches prior to visiting stores, data mining can step in and measure that information, using data sets to identify specific interests and behaviors so that customers can be catered to in a more nuanced way.

“We amass a huge amount of data, and there are subsets interesting to certain groups,” Thomas-Zon said. “We have to be flexible enough to serve those folks, and those folks will pay for access to that information.”

Local Corp. Continues To Double-Down On Mobile Building Blocks
by David Kaplan | June 30, 2014 4:54 pm

Local Corp. has rolled out a number of offerings – including a new display ad network, which it should be noted, is separate from its shopping platform – to offer a more seamless connection between store locations and shoppers.

While search is where most local and mobile ad dollars are spent, much of the growth in the space is coming from display, says Sherry Thomas-Zon, the VP of Local Shopping for Local Corp. The company, which is billed as a local advertising technology provider that connects millions of online and mobile consumers with businesses and products through a variety of digital advertising solutions.

Citing eMarketer stats, Thomas-Zon notes that US mobile display ad spending is expected to grow from $8.1 billion this year to $16.3 billion in 2016.

Mobile revenues growing by all companies, but by the total revenues of MeetMe we have stagnation:

View: Quarterly Data o f MeetMe All numbers in thousands
Period Ending Jun 30, 2014 Mar 31, 2014 Dec 31, 2013 Sep 30, 2013
Total Revenue 10,687 9,504 13,016 10,073

A company like Local Corp for example has more than double revenues, but only less more than a third of the market-cap of MeetMe. After my opinion should rational investors sell all their MeetMe-shares and buy for the amount with the factor 6 lower valued shares of Local Corp.
