Monthly US-Unique-Visitors of the flagship-site of Local Corp increased from 21,016,659 in April to 21,727,634 in May. That are together with more than 7 million Monthly US-Unique-Visitors from the network about 29 million Monthly US-Unique-Visitors of Local Corp in May.
But Yelp has with 5.59 billion the 121-fold market-cap of Local Corp.
And therefore will sell rational investors all shares of extreme overvalued Yelp and buy for the amout shares of extreme undervalued Local Corp.
"Let me now turn to cash and liquidity. We had another quarter of positive cash flow. The company’s cash balance was $5.1 million as of the end of the fourth quarter up from $4.8 million at the end of the third quarter. Our core business is generating positive cash flow. We’re investing the returns from our core business into new initiatives. We have several new opportunities ahead in 2014 including the expansion of our Local’s Krillion shopping platform and new mobile advertising solutions."

Without the investions in new activities the following costs would be a lot lower in 2013:
Sales and marketing 10.029 million
General and administrative 13.633 million
Research and development 6.554 million
Local Corp measured the costs for the new activities in this way, that the cash flow from operations was a little bit better than flat – positive 0.8 million in 2013.
Similar will happen in 2014, too.
Guidance of Yelp of revenues of 365 million for 2014 are by the market-cap of 5.52 billion on Friday 15.12-times-revenues - the 36-fold valuation of every $ revenues of the idiotic low 0.38-times-revenues of Local Corp. Such a divergence will never lasting. Guidance of 107 million revenues and more of Local Corp are by a market-cap of only 44.9 million yesterday only 0.42-times-revenues.
"Yelp's market valuation is out of touch and prices the company for perfection
Investors reacted extremely emotional to Priceline's acquisition offer for OpenTable, which, by the way, was profoundly endorsed by Wall Street, and investors quickly looked for other potential acquisition targets. However, I can hardly see how Yelp's already inflated market valuation will help the company attract a buyer.
Yelp currently has a market capitalization of $5.4 billion and trades at approximately 250 times forward earnings and 19 times sales according to Morningstar. Truly stunning valuation metrics for a company that continues to post sequential losses and which can hardly be justified."

The More "Profitable" Network Publishing & Advertising Business
"As we mentioned above Local Corp. has established strong relationships with regional publishing companies across the county, such as the Boston Herald, the Washington Post, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and many others.
The company arranges to link its proprietary search engine into these publishers online web pages in order to respond to customers who surf the site in search of local information, events, activities and shopping. These searches are almost always of a local nature and the people are favorably disposed to act on the information they receive. As such the local advertisers are much more willing to pay more for "click thrus" from these prospects."
