BOLT signed a third Top 10 carrier as a platform customer this quarter that will launch in Q4 and begin generatingrevenue in Q1 2016

The deal when fully implemented will be a multi-year seven figure a year deal. And notably, we will incur significantly less expense to implement this customer as our distribution platform i.e. our carrier network is sufficiently build out to meet our customers' needs.

Last week we announced that our acquisition of FolioDynamix has closed and that FolioDynamix is now officially an Actua company. To punctuate this announcement, Joe Mrak, CEO, FolioDynamix, joined our Third Quarter 2014 Earnings Call, and provided some additional insight into the business. Building on that, we also wanted to share the three reasons why we are so excited about our latest addition to Actua. These are:

• FolioDynamix is playing in a HUGE market and one that is significantly under-served by cloud-based solutions; representing an enormous opportunity. FolioDynamix serves Brokerage firms, Banks (trust & retail), Large RIAs & RIA networks and other fee-based managed account providers – with banking and large brokerage firms representing their sweet spot. Although the total addressable market is difficult to precisely quantify, some suggest between $2B and $5B, on upwards, and more than 320,000 U.S. financial advisors across a variety of channels – there is no doubt that it’s massive. Konkurrenten Envestnet ist zwar seit dem Kauf von Foliodynamix  durch Actua von 45 auf 30 gefallen - also um ein Drittel. Das wären beim Kaufpreis von 197 Millionen für Foliodynamix 66 Millionen - aber die Kursverluste von Acuta waren seitz diesem Kauf fast dreimal so hoch, was meines Erachtens eine Übertreibung ist.

Actua Corporation (NASDAQ:ACTA) shares have been given a 1 rating by analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. Sell-side firms often use different terminology for their ratings so this scale provides a simple consensus number. The ratings are calculated on a 1 to 5 scale where 1 represents a Strong Buy and 5 a Strong Sell. When analysts were polled three months ago, the stock had an average rating of 1.

Sell-Side brokerage firms have a price target of $23.333 on shares of Actua Corporation (NASDAQ:ACTA). This is based on analysts one year projections on the stock. The most bearish analyst outlook has a price target of $20, while the most aggressive firm sees the stock reaching $25 within the year.

In June, the Wall Street Journal reported that people trust Uber drivers more than they trust their financial advisors and stockbrokers. Ob Internet Capital Group, Actua oder oder, mit Buckley wird das nix und von wegen unterbewertet, hier sind locker noch einmal 20% down locker drin!
