Sorts know the Score and it is my understanding that the 50mil shorts are from a sub or friend of JPMC's. Texas lawsuit details the shorting of this stock and the reprecussions the NNS caused. It is thought to be, that WAMU was intentionally shorted overseas by the NSS agents in various financial or seedy unregulated slums and were employed or had a connection to the american company JP Morgan. However it is also a theory the Goldman Sachs, whom we hired to sell the firm, shorted it also. TPG might have hedged its betm by legally shorting this stock,, etc.. etc..

Some of the short shares may have been Naked Shorts that were never covered and now may have to be. We only have 1.7 Billion O/S and the shares they need do not exist, so they have to buy them on the open market. This is my understanding of this very complex situation. Shorting Financial Stocks was made illegal and many financial institutions were put on the "no short" list, but WAMU, Lehman, and Wachovia. It is very interesting how the ones that failed, were the ones who got shorted into oblivion. Makes me sick as an investor! I will not buy bank stocks ever again, as long as the current power of the FDIC is unregulated and not handled with the appropriate actions. FDIC can not seize a solvent bank!

Shorts are covering, because they have been informed something may be going up (our stock) in the future and they need to cover their ARSE! Shorts will cover slowly because they do not want to start a panic. Monday was a good panic move.

verschnaufpause ist wohl angesagt.kann bis 0,23/0,24 runter gehn.ab da sollte es aber spätestens wieder drehen und dann an den 0,40er bereich gehn.letztens bis 0,23 hoch mit wenig volumen zurück zur 0,15 und dann ab bis auf 0,34 hoch.jetzt denk ich das gleiche spiel nur eben höher.wir bräuchten auch mal ne news.(: )  

und dann weiter wie gewohnt 10 cent vor 5 cent zurück  mir auch egal hauptsache es geht richtung norden  wenn die news dann komme haben wir schon die halbe miete  und es geht erst richtig los die zocker sind alle noch in wamu und genta  die schießen das teil denn schnell auf einen euro hoch  

 

um die 0,20 eus weiter stehn. Nächste woche dann neues spiel neues glück. Die woche war ja ok.

Eine Seitwertsbewegung bei 30 Cent wäre nicht verkehrt...Da wir aber gestern auf Tagestief geschlossen haben, vermute ich auch für heute einen roten Tag.

Irgend etwas zum derzeitigen Stand des Unternehmens wird da beurteilt ...  meine ich irgend wo gelesen zu haben ...

liegt kaum was im ask das könnte heut noch hoch krachen.0,28/0,29  

500k auf der 0,29 geschmissen und keine zuckung nach unten.bid ziemlich fett ask wenig.das wird heut noch was.  

jetzt kommt es drauf an ob unterstützung hält.letzte hoch war 0,24 rum.dort sollte es wieder drehen.  

hier geht es weiter seitwärts.wer kohle über hat bin grad in icp solar rein.hatten gute news.vorsicht ist aber wohl nur ein zock.könnte aber ins laufen kommen.  

wie das letzte mal bei 0,145   sind auf richtigen kurs richtung jackpott
