BEAR LAKE GOLD FINANZHILFEN STOCK OPTIONS

Bear Lake Gold Ltd hat Anreize Aktienoptionen zum Erwerb von insgesamt 2772500 Aktien von Bear Lake, von denen 2075000 Optionen gewährt wurden, die Direktoren und leitenden Angestellten. Die Optionen sind ausübbar auf 27,5 Cent pro Aktie, was der Markt-Schlusskurs am Jan. 29, 2009, dem Tag vor der Gewährung. Die Optionen haben eine Amtszeit von fünf Jahren und Optionen, die an bestimmte optionees sich in der Sperrfrist im Einklang mit den Vereinbarungen über die Option. Alle Optionen sind auf die Politik der TSX Venture Exchange.

Bear Lake Gold Ltd. has issued a correction to its Feb. 6, 2009, press release, which was reported in Stockwatch. The total number of stock options granted was 2,272,500 and not 2,772,500 stock options. All other information in the Feb. 6, 2009, press release (reported in Stockwatch) is correct.
