y_o_s_e had never denied hat she is Melissa Davis, but it is criminal,
that she posting under y_o_s_e and hide, that she is Melissa Davis from the Street Sweeper, who had worte articles about Local Corp.

This articles include a lot lies and falsificationas and I believe, the SEC should take a look at this criminal hidding.

The company's efforts to increase sales from its high-margin Network
business could help to generate substantial cash flow in the years ahead.
Local has revved up its sales initiatives within its high-margin Network Publishing
business. This business helps merchants and community websites monetize
consumer traffic through genre-specific advertisements carefully targeted to
consumer interests and local communities. As more revenue accrues from this
business, the company's margin mix should improve leading to more consistent
profits and cash flow.

That are by 23 milliion shares a share-price of $27.

Local Corp. Focuses on National Retail with New Shopping App.
By: Rebecca Weingartner 24 December 2013

Local Corp."s Krillion has spent the last year and a half expanding its platform for local network and as a result, successfully launched its new Havvit app two weeks ago. Krillion is the localization engine that provides aggregated and structured local product shopping data to Local Corp."s business customers and channel partners. Local Corp. recognizes the need to transform itself into a mobile-local company and the Havvit app is a step toward that objective.

The Havvit App is designed to help consumers track items they are looking to purchase at all of their favorite stores. They are able to check what other stores are carrying the product they are looking for and compare prices. The app also does not have to be open to work so it is on the lookout for the best prices all the time and it has a GPS feature to help customers get to the stores that have the product they are looking for. The app can also be customized so that consumers can select which stores to follow.

Local wasn’t offering on specifics on Havvit’s performance to date. “We are not giving out any numbers yet,” says Sherry Thomas, VP of Local Shopping at Local Corp.”Initial feedback has been really great. This app serves as a fantastic showpiece of what Krillion data can do through its API. Some of its most important features are the app’s ability to address the different types of shoppers and the ‘my stores’ concept.”

National retailers are taking local much more seriously than they have in previous years. Krillion is able to provide help on the demand side and the direct response side. “We are working on test campaigns with very tight geo-fencing and testing the transition from mobile to in store,” Thomas said.

Top smartphone apps to find last-minute deals on gifts

Monday, December 23, 2013 (Los Angeles Times)

Attention procrastinators and the mall-averse, we have good news:

You can still find deals for those last-minute gifts, all from the comfort of your smartphone.

Here are five handy mobile apps to help you avoid being called a scrooge.

1. Ebay
Ebay has been around for years, but it can easily be overlooked. The website rose to prominence as an online auctioning service, but these days, it has become one of the best all-around shopping apps.
For iOS and Android.

2. RetailMeNot
t's pretty much a rule of thumb that before you make an online purchase, you head to RetailMeNot first.
The coupon app lets users search their favorite retailers to see if there may be an offer that applies to a purchase they want to make — helping them save a few bucks. Besides online discounts, users can also search the app for their favorite retailers to find in-store offers.
For iOS and Android.

3. RedLaser
RedLaser is a handy app to have when shopping in person. The app lets users quickly scan items to find their prices at other stores, making sure users know where the products is available for the lowest cost.
However, RedLaser doesn't provide users with prices on Amazon.com, so users should also download that store's app to make sure they compare prices at the most places possible.
RedLaser is available for iOS and Android. Amazon is available for iOS and Android.

4. Havvit
If users are trying to find deals on specific items, Havvit is a useful app for tracking prices.
With the app, users can search for the items they want, choose to track them and set the price at which they want the item. If the product goes on sale and its price drops below what the user selected, the app will send the user a notification.
Additionally, users can tell the app their favorite stores, brands and products. That information will help Havvit present users with items they may want to buy.
For iOS.

5. Flipp
Old-school shoppers who like checking out store fliers should download Flipp.
With this app, users can "favorite" the stores that they frequent. The app will then send them the latest fliers for each retailer that they chose, letting them quickly browse through the weekly deals on their phones. If users see a deal they like, they can tap it to digitally clip the deal and save it for easy access later on.
For iOS.

If Local Corp only double, the market-cap would only be 72 million. That are by about 120 million revenues in 2014 only 0.6-times-revenues.

Competitors has between 5-times-revenues ( the 8-fold) and 15-times-revenues (the 25-fold). And therefore investors can buy after estimate, because the undervalue is extreme.

Local Corp could be an exellent buy for Alibaba.

Alibaba, an e-commerce platform in mainland China that includes features of Amazon, eBay and hosting sites for small businesses, could reach revenue of $5 billion this year and $1 billion in profits. Alibaba CEO Jonathan Lu said recently the company expects to triple the volume of transactions on its marketplaces to about 3 trillion yuan ($490 billion) by 2016, overtaking Wal-Mart as the world's biggest retail network. Analysts have estimated it will raise $10 billion to $15 billion in its IPO that should happen in the first quarter of next year and value Alibaba at as much as $100 billion. That would make it the biggest IPO since Facebook's debut last year.

By contrast, Twitter is looking to raise $1 billion at a valuation of $10 billion to $15 billion. Twitter's first disclosure on the way to an IPO reported $422 million in revenue through Sept. 30, up 106 percent—and a net loss of $134 million, also up 89 percent.

I am sure, this exact, what Alibaba seeking on the US-market:

zu den vorangegangenen Vergleichen, aber ein Faktor 16 isf trotz der unterschiedlichen Rentabilität noch ziemlich heftig:

Local Corp is extreme undervalued against Pricline
For example: Pricline has the 97-fold revenues of Local Corp, but with 58.25 billion the 1574-fold market-cap of the idiotic low 37 million of Local Corp. Such a divergence will never lasten.

Local Corp., the company that connects consumers with all local businesses, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013
• Sequential revenue growth up 4% to $23.5 million in Q3-13 from $22.7 million in Q2-13.
• Adjusted EBITDA up 12% to $1.3 million in Q3-13 from $1.2 million in Q2-13.

The online travel company Pricline posted net income of nearly $833 million, or $15.72 a share, in the third quarter, compared with $596.6 million, or $11.66 a share, a year earlier.
Excluding items, it earned $920 million, or $17.30 per share, up from $638 million, or $12.40 a share in the year-earlier period.
Revenue increased to $2.27 billion from $1.71 billion a year ago.

If we divide 1,574 trough 97 = 16-fold valuation for every $ reveneus of Priceline. Okay - I believe, that Priceline if fair valued and the high netincome should have a higher multiple, but not the 16-fold.

What’s your biggest challenge?

For many agencies,
it’s implementing local campaigns. We know that
contacting hundreds of publishers is a time-and
resource-intensive task.

We make it easy:
• 1 point of contact
• 1 ad tag per campaign
• 1 custom report
