Fantasie und es ist alles nur Heisse Luft. Schon Hunderte von News gab es das vorhaben bekannt gegeben wurden und nie kam ein beginn und nie wurde etwas Realisiert. Die Bafin und andere Rechtsinstrumente schlaffen, ob beabsichtigt oder auch nicht. Spielt sowieso keien Rolle mehr, denn das vertrauen in die Börse ist seit Jahren dahin und alles entwickelt sich immer mehr zu einem verbrecher Sumpf.

I have in fact been retained by AsiaPac with respect to the alleged "charges" issue. First of all let me say that I have read the German press account links below and they appear to be at complete odds with the facts. I can tell you that I find it highly irregular that a BaFin official or a German prosecutor would discuss charges with the press without having first notified the party who is charged and having otherwise made the contents of the charges available on the public record. As a result, I am highly skeptical of the veracity of what is said in the reports for which you have provided links. I can however unreservedly tell you that AsiaPac has never to my knowledge received any communications from any regulator accusing the company or any principal thereof of a wrongdoing.

With respect to your other comments about the "plans of Mr. Lee", my retainer does not extend to that issue. I would expect that management will make their plans known in the ordinary course but I have told Mr. Lee that he cannot discuss these types of issues with one investor as that would constitute what is referred to as "selective disclosure" since all participants in the market must be made aware of material information at the same time.

1) On the first query, Yes of course, these projects do exists. We do not do such things you see and there are still a lot of honest and really good God fearing Filipinos. It just that the maybe the Owners has no interest publishing them on the web. If in doubt,  you could vist our country and you can see for yourself these projects on site;

2) On the second one, Yes.

Es gab gerade 100.000stück zu 0,001 mehr nicht, mal abwarten ob es noch mehr gibt heute!  

Handel aufzukommen! Immerhin schon 3,6mio. Stücke heute - klar, alle zu 0,001,, was natürlich auch heisst, dass Leute immer mehr dazu bereit sind, für 0,001 zu schmeißen. Aber Volumen ist immer gut. Und es zeigt natürlich auch, dass die Aktie noch 0,001 wert ist und nicht weniger, was zwar in D nicht mehr angezeigt würde, aber dennoch möglich ist. Wenn wir erstmal 20mio. zu 0,001 im Ask stehen haben, und die nicht bedient werden, dann war's das hier entgültig.
Aber noch ist es ja nicht so weit:-)
