Das in Ontario ansässige Unternehmen MYM Neutraceuticals erhält Weedons Genehmigung, mit dem Bau seines medizinischen Cannabis-Gewächshauses zu beginnen. Zur gleichen Zeit kündigte sie die Ernennung eines Direktors für wissenschaftliche Angelegenheiten.
Der Bau von drei 100.000 Quadratmeter großen Gewächshäusern für medizinisches Cannabis wird beginnen, sobald der Schnee schmilzt, laut MYM Nutraceuticals Sprecher für Weedons Daniel Nadeau. Ein 20.000 Quadratfuß großes Gebäude, in dem medizinische Cannabisprodukte verarbeitet und hergestellt werden, wird ebenfalls während dieser ersten Bauphase errichtet. Nach Schätzungen des Unternehmens werden diese Anlagen zu einer Ernte von 66.000 Pfund Cannabis pro Jahr mit einem Marktwert von etwa 250 Millionen Dollar führen.
"Der erste Schritt unseres Projekts bestand darin, die Umweltstudien durchzuführen, die notwendigen Partnerschaften zu finden, die Genehmigung der Gemeinde sowie der Bevölkerung zu erhalten. Jetzt beginnen wir, sobald das Wetter es zulässt, mit dem Bau von Gewächshäusern und anderen Gebäuden ", bestätigt Herr Nadeau.
Eine wichtige Ergänzung
Die Leiter von MYM nutzten die Gelegenheit, die Einstellung von Dr. Charith Adkar als Direktor für wissenschaftliche Angelegenheiten anzukündigen. Als leitender Wissenschaftler, der an großen Forschungsprojekten an Universitäten in Italien und Japan gearbeitet hat, bringt Dr. Adkar laut Nadeau umfassende Expertise mit. "Wir müssen Partnerschaften mit Universitäten für die Forschung aufbauen. Wir möchten, dass unsere Produkte von Ärzten empfohlen werden. Es braucht Studien, um das zu unterstützen, und sie müssen veröffentlicht werden. Seine Erfolgsbilanz ist beeindruckend und er wird uns helfen, unsere Produkte zu entwickeln. Herr Nadeau sagte, dass nach dieser Einstellung die Dienste des Beraters Antonio Bramante für die Fortsetzung des Projekts nicht beibehalten wurden.
Daniel Nadeau bestätigt auch, dass Vereinbarungen mit den Auftragnehmern, die für die Durchführung des Projekts verantwortlich sind, ratifiziert wurden. "Wir schließen unser Team aus Fachleuten, Architekten und Ingenieuren ab. MYM-Mitarbeiter haben keine Hämmer und bauen nicht, deshalb schließen wir unsere Vereinbarungen mit dem Team von Fachleuten rund um dieses Projekt ab ", sagt er lachend. "Wir arbeiten alle zusammen an diesem riesigen Thema und mit Weedons Zustimmung sind wir bereit zu gehen. "
Und bei weiteren günstigen Entwicklungen in Weedon, Australien, Columbien, Laval usw. sowie
beim Entwickeln und Verkauf der Produkte in 2018 - ist es m. M. nach nur eine Frage von
Wochen oder Monaten in 2018, bis wir irgendwo/irgendwann MYM Kurse von 10-20 CAD sehen werden. Die Entwicklung von MYM schreitet jedenfalls Stück für Stück vorran, und wird bald
an die großen drei ( Canopy, Aphira, Aurora ) aufschließen in der Firmenbewertung.

Ne im Spaß. Gestern ist die Abstimmung PRO Bill-C45 - Abstimmung in Kanada 44-29
FÜR die Freigabe von Canabis in Kanada gefallen.
Das wird dem Markt heute einen Schub geben m. M. nach.
Zudem wird es spannend, ob nicht MYM doch endlich die Lizenz für Laval heute bekommt....
Wenn es sehr positiv läuft - könnte es durchaus + 20 % heute rauf gehen. Mal sehen.
Denke hier wird es aufgrund der Bill-C45 Entscheidung heut ein kleines "Feuerwerk" geben.

Aber ich bin mir sicher - Q2 wird einiges interessanter werden, als das eher etwas
ruhigere Q1 bisher, auch was die Kursentwicklung betrifft.
Bis 30.06. denke ich - werden wir das ATH locker überschreiten, und sind auf dem Weg Richtung
10 CAD - oder bereits weit drüber.
Die Konsolidierung dauert nun schon ca. 3 Monate - bei fallenden Kursen.
Wenn ich mir den MYM Chart anschauen der letzten 2 Jahre - gab es immerwieder Verschnauffpauen von 3-4 Monaten - worauf ein sehr starken Anstieg kam - x 5 oder x 10 .
Lassen wir uns überraschen - was jetzt kommen wird, in den nächsten Monaten.

Werde wohl mit dem Nachkaufen noch etwas Warten, bei Puf siehts ja auch nicht besser aus,
schau ma mal.
Wenn man bedenkt welche Kurse andere WEED-Aktien bereits haben.
Canopy & Co. liegen bei Bewertungen bis zu 6 Mrd. CAD !!!
Denke es wird nicht mehr lange dauern, bis MYM und der Kurs eine starke Richtung
nach oben einschlagen werden. Nur eine Frage der Zeit meiner Meinung nach.
Kursziele werden viele gehandelt 7-8 - mancher sagt 15 $ CAD voraus..
Ich finde bei nicht unrealistisch dieses Jahr - und freue mich jetzt schon darauf, auch
wenn es z.Zt. noch etwas "schleppend" beim Kurs vorangeht.
Die Geduld wird sich auszahlen. Ich bleib dabei !!

ich habe es gemacht unter anderem wegen der Lizenz und die Antwort war eigentlich die,
welche ich mir eh schon gedacht habe....
MYM hat alles eingereicht, hat alle ToDos erfüllt, die sind jetzt genauso abhängig von HC wie wir....
es liegt aktuell NICHT in den Händen von MYM!

Mir ist das schon alles bewusst, aber bei einer Terminverschiebung kann man ja doch mal ein kurzes Statement abgeben. Meine ich zumindest...
ich weiß nicht ob du es schon getan hast aber ich muss meistens auch ein
"kindly reminder" schicken aber dann bekomme ich die antwort..
wenn man aber mal ehrlich ist, die werden wahsrcheinlich von morgends bis abends zugemailt...
die können wahrscheinlich gar nicht mehr allen antworten...
was mich mehr ärgert, das es keine Infos zur HV gab und gibt...

Auch wenn sie so zugemailt werden, gerade dann wäre ja ein kurzes Statement sinnvoll. Und wenn es nur über facebook oder ähnliches ist.

Die Antwort darauf war:
"Thanks for the email and the questions. Currently there are no plans for listing on the TSX. It is not to say that we will not look at it in the future however, at this point the CSE is doing very well for us. Further to that we are listed in Germany as you are aware and in the States."

For example, regarding the general meeting from April (did it happen?), the Laval license, the construction progress in Weedon,
I will ask for the minutes to be published on the website fro the AGM and will get back to you.
License for Laval-We are just patiently waiting for Health Canada to approve. All docs and in.

Edward Tabisz: Board of Directors – MYM Nutraceuticals. Mr. Tabisz is an Executive with TD Bank with over 15 years experience in Retail Distribution, Product Management, Finance and Operations. Mr. Tabisz currently leads the Finance team supporting the Real Estate Secured Lending business. Prior to, as an executive with TD Insurance, he led the strategic development and change management of their Life and Health product suite, the culmination of which resulted in an industry Six Sigma process improvement award. Mr. Tabisz graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 with more recent on-going continuous learning through Schulich School of Business, York University Executive Education Centre. Mr. Tabisz joins MYM’s board of directors effective May 1, 2018.
Fabian Garcia: Project Manager - Weedon Project. Mr. Garcia brings with him 15 years of experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry. He has served in a number of senior roles including Area Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. Mr. Garcia has a strong background in strategic planning, operations, restructuring, business development, and project start-ups. He has lived and worked in China, Qatar, Iraq, UAE, United States, Italy and Canada. He has a degree in Business Administration Marketing from Bishop's University. Mr. Garcia will be responsible for the planning and build out of the Weedon project effective immediately.
Billy Casselman: Government Liaison Officer/Sales – MYM Nutraceuticals. Mr. Casselman served as a territory manager in the wine and spirits industry for two decades, working for national brand agencies Lifford Wine & Spirits and Saverio Schiralli Agencies Ltd. In doing so, he had a direct business relationship with provincial government liquor boards and private retailers launching and building international and domestic portfolios within several product categories. Mr. Casselman was responsible for brand development within government listing tenders, marketing, sales and product education to both retailers and the public. This includes experience with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Health Canada on labeling requirements and product safety. Mr. Casselman will be responsible for Government tenders within Canada and around the world.
Dr. Jonathon Iu: Head of Research and Development - MJT Production Facility. Mr. Iu completed his PhD in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto. He has researched extensively in the field of regenerative medicine and biomaterials during his doctoral studies. His other areas of expertise include immunology and biotechnology. Dr. Iu will manage the research and development operations at MYM’s MJT manufacturing facility.
Josee Guindon: Quality Assurance Manager – Weedon Project. Ms. Guindon has several years experience implementing, verifying, enforcing quality assurance requirements in accordance with ISO 17025 and CAN-P-1578 regulations, in corporate and government laboratories across Canada. She has also led various quality improvement projects, received formal training as an internal auditor at the National Laboratory for Forensic Sciences, and has conducted both quality and safety-related laboratory inspections. Ms. Guindon holds numerous degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western University. Ms. Guindon will be responsible for quality assurance requirements for the Weedon Project.
