Der Auftrag über 10Mio$ ist, wenn man sich vor Augen hällt, dass in Asien das Volumen an Auftragsvergaben von über 1Mrd$ herschen, ein Tropfen auf den heissen Stein. Wenn sich Siteworks von diesem Kuchen noch das ein oder andere Stück abscheiden kann, sind kurzfristig Kurse um die 0,3-0,5$ möglich. In den USA munkeln die Analysten bereits von 1$!!!  

US-Baugenehmigungen steigen überraschend

Das US-Handelsministerium in Washington präsentierte für den Monat September 2005 einen unerwarteten saisonbereinigten Anstieg bei den erteilten Baugenehmigungen.

So wurden auf annualisierter Basis insgesamt 2,189 Millionen Baugenehmigungen für Privathäuser erteilt. Damit wurden das revidierte Vormonatsniveau von 2,138 Millionen um 2,4 Prozent und der Vorjahreswert von 2,039 Millionen um 7,4 Prozent übertroffen. Dagegen hatten Volkswirte waren von einem Rückgang auf 2,075 Millionen Genehmigungen ausgegangen.

MIAMI, FL, Oct 27, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- SiteWorks (SWKJ) has announced the company has secured the development rights and construction service contract for the Layan project in Phuket , Thailand. This is the company's second major project in Thailand. The first project previously announced is a 1,700-unit affordable housing turnkey project with a revised guaranteed maximum price of USD16,500,000.

The Layan project is a nine-unit upper-income project total sales value approximately 9,000,000 USD where the houses are expected to sell for 750,000 to 2 ,000,000 USD. Plans have been completed and subcontractors are being evaluated prior to January 2006 construction start.

C Michael Nurse noted: "This project is located on a hill with beautiful ocean views . We already have expressions of interest from a number of buyers. What may make this project more attractive to non-resident buyers is that we will be able to offer 50% mortgages to foreign buyers through a local law firm who will handle the escrow for SiteWorks. This is a first for Thailand since most properties here are only bought with 100% cash."

Die Jungs von http://www.stock-report.net haben die Aktie schon am 12.09.05 empfohlen. Da stand Siteworks noch bei 2,9 Cent! Im Hoch war sie nach der Empfehlung über 10 Cent!Die Jungs sind wahnsinnig!!! Im positiven Sinne natürlich! Habe die 290,- Euro für das Jahresabo mit dem ersten Trade schon um ein vielfaches wieder raus gehabt.Die empfehlen echt immer geile Dinger! Weiter so!
