regarding the molybdenum fund.Originally planned to invest $75 Million and was recently capped at $200 Million.....with MANY turned away.....obviously tremendous interest in this IPO.As of now.....it will begin trading early next week....ticker symbol hasn`t been finalized as of yet.The fund is made up of physical molybdenum(which will crunch already tight supplies)and moly stocks.BLE,ROK,and TCR will be amongst the leaders of equities.Expect heavy buying to continue in the quality stocks......of course the 800 lb.gorilla will lead the way.Long and strong.

also, es waren 75 Mio geplant, bei 200 Mio haben sie nix mehr angenommen, viele haben also KEINE Anteile bekommen!!!
der Fond soll wohl schon Anfang  nächster Woche laufen!!!!! Und BLE wird mit bei den größten Gewichtungen sein!!!

Blue Pearl Announces $36 Million Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 3, 2007) - Sprott Asset Management (SAM), Portfolio Advisor to Sprott Funds is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the SPROTT GLOBAL EQUITY FUND (Fund) on April 25th, 2007.

dann wollen wir mal sehen was die aktionäre draus machen werden.

ich sehe es ein wenig mit einem lachenden gesicht aber auch ein wenig mit einem fragenden gesicht.

das lachende gesicht freut sich das sprott mit einem deutlichen anteil mit an bord ist. und da die in canada guru status haben, kann es nur positiv sein. ausserdem freut es sich das 36 mio weniger kredit da sind.

andererseits, wieso? wieso haben die sprott nicht auf dem markt kaufen lassen? wegen 36 mio? die hätten die in 22 arbeittagen netto auch drinn gehabt.

aber ich denke die haben einfach den markt unterschätzt und nicht daran gedacht das es so schnell über 13 CAD geht. denn als der deal abgesprochen wurde war es sicher noch unter 12 CAD. naja, kann auch gut sein. denn wenn der markt jetzt diese nachricht gut aufnimmt und weiter steigt, dann sollte der moly-fond gleich eine ordentliche performence hinlegen. denn ich glaube schon das diese 3 mio shares in den fond fließen werden. denn warum sollte dann das PP genau 6 tage vor auflegung des fonds enden?

nun, lassen wir uns überraschen. gestern war bei moly mines auch ein PP. hier in D ging es vor mittags erstmal runter, so um 7%, um dann in CAN mit 10% im plus zu schließen.
also wenn blue heute in CAN auch 10% im plus schließt, kann sprott gerne nochmal 3 mio shares haben. ;)  

du traust mir ja echt ne menge zu. gleich das ganze deck unter wasser setzen. Oô

also ich bin zwar allein, und hab sicher nachholbedarf, aber gleich das ganze deck?

ich wollte eben erstmal abwarten wie D die news der PP aufnimmt. und so wie es aussieht nicht so gut.

aktuell geht es runter. mal wieder 8 cent unter pari. (pari 8,47) aber wieso habe ich damit gerechnet.

das einzig positive was ich aus dem deal ableite, ist die unterstützung jetzt bei 12CAD(7,76EUS) darunter sollte es eigentlich nicht mehr gehen.

naja, jedenfalls haben wir jetzt drei weitere fixtermine.

1) 19 April PP sprott 3 mio shares 36 CAD
2) 25 April auflegung moly-fond
3) 26 April IPO China-moly (vergleich zu BPM, china-moly KGV 10-15/ blue KGV 3)
4) 10 Mai HV blue mit bekanntgabe Q1 zahlen.

sollten wir dennoch bald die 13,50 erreichen muß wieder jemand sein KZ anheben. ;)  

ich hoffe es funzt noch abwohl ich mich gestern als PushBasher geoutet habe. *hehe*

und heute nachmittag hab ich eh wieder ein termin, bin ab etwa 14 uhr nicht zuhause. werde also wieder den autopiloten reinhaun. ;)
