Die Unstimmigkeiten zwischen Momis/Semoso beruhen ganz einfach auf Missverständnissen ihrer respektiven Berater bei der Auslegung der Constitution.

The disagreement between the President and the Minister for Bougainville Affairs over the appointment of the Chief Administrator. The problem with this is the advice that has been given to them by their respective advisers.That is the reason as to why there is this disagreement. This sort of thing is commonplace in PNG.

so gesehen ist die Kursbewegung -samt Umsätze- sogar noch verwunderlicher.

Es war mal wieder ein Kursanstieg auf Grund von "Hoffnungen" etc -vor der Sitzung- ...  und???
Es wurde nix mit der Folgesitzung ... samt erhofften Ergebnissen.

Normalerweise müßte -wäre- der Kurs doch auf dem Weg gen Süden sein ...
und die Umsätze schrumpfen.

Aber nix dergleichen -kurz abgesehen von Freitag in FRA wohl durch Zocker oder Paniker-.

In AU -und auch hier- relativ hohe Umsätze -käufe- bei haltendem bzw sogar weiter steigendem Kurs.

So etwas zeugt für mich -zumindest momentan- von Stärke.


Ich zumindest bin nicht als Käufer aufgetreten, da ich Ende 2008 mich endgültig hier eingedeckt hatte.

Diese Tricks funktionnieren hier in D, nicht jedoch in AU wo das Orderbuch offen einsehbar ist vergleichbar dem D xetra ;-)))

A reception and welcome ceremony by Bougainvilleans living and working in East New Britain touched the heart of the President of the Autonomous Bougainville Government, Hon Chief John Mominis.

President Momis visited Bougainvilleans living in Rabaul at the weekend in respond to an invitation from the East New Britain Governor, Hon Leo Dion.

Momis told a press conference on his return to Buka yesterday that he was very surprised to see so many Bougainvilleans living and working in Rabaul.

He described the welcome by his people there as the biggest welcome ceremony in his political career.

The president said he was touched and moved by their action in performing our traditions away from home.

The large number of Bougainvilleans living outside the region is evident and proof that the ABG has not provided and met the people’s need like as making educational facilities available locally.

Many of our people flock to Rabaul in search for educational institutions and employment opportunities for their children and themselves, something that they cannot find here on Bougainville.

The president said these students and others spent a lot of money outside of Bougainville, money that the ABG badly needs to establish these institutions

Hast Du immer noch nicht die Nase von Zockerpapieren wie ADRs etc. voll? Müssen es jetzt unbedingt auch noch Ganovenpapiere wie CFDs sein? Lernst Du nicht dazu oder willst Du einfach nicht dazu lernen? Du hast lange genug Bougainville Copper Investoren mit Halbwahrheiten über ADRs irritiert, bzw. hinters Licht geführt, da musst Du nun wahrlich nicht jetzt auch noch mit höchstriskanten, wertlosen Zockerpapieren wie CFDs kommen. Das ist wirklich unserer Sache als Aktionären der Bougaiville Copper Limited nicht sonderlich dienlich.

Wer damals (29.09.07) ADR's gekauft hat ist jetzt 16 ct (minus 3 ct Tauschgebühren) = 13 ct oder rd 25% im + (Tradinggewinne durch crossen D/USA  nicht mal eingerechnet ;-)))

Der Käufer von Originalen hat hingegen nur 5 ct also knappe 10% + gemacht.

Wer dabei das bessere Geschäft gemacht hat sollte jeder selbst entscheiden.

PS: Wenn ich mir heute nacht ein paar CFDs als Tradingposi ins Depot lege so ist das ganz alleine meine Entscheidung.

Das Risiko nach unten sehe ich im Moment als ziemlich begrenzt,wenn BOC jedoch bei Bekanntgabe des Beginns der BCA review durch die Decke geht ist ein Hebel von 4 der absolute Hammer ;-)))))))))))

als ob PNG Somare unter Druck kommt. Vielleicht sollte er den Bougainville Abgeordneten anbieten, die Rechte von PNG an Bougainville zu übertragen und im Gegenzug die Stimmen der Bougainville Abgeordneten zu bekommen...


Govt to recall Parlt

THE Government may have to move to recall Parliament for a special session before the November 16 Budget session.
Indications at this stage are that it will do so to pass the proposed 22 reserved seats for women candidates and its Supplementary Budget which are top of the priority list at this stage.
The Supplementary Budget Bill will total about K533 million and indications are that its 2011 budget is likely to achieve the K8 billion mark. The proposed K533 million supplementary budget was announced last week in the Highlands and Morobe by Finance and Treasury Minister, Peter O’Neill.
National Planning and Monitoring Minister Paul Tiensten and State Enterprises Minister Arthur Somare indicated last week that the 2011 budget would likely be around K8 billion.
A HITCH though for the Government is that it currently does not have the 83 absolute majority required to pass the proposed women’s bill.
It will need about 12 of the Opposition’s votes to pass the bill.
Mr Tiensten, who is also the Leader of Government Business, has indicated that the women’s bill can be easily passed depending on the acquisition of the 83 required votes.
For the Government, he said that was in order but it needed the extra support which he said women and government leaders had to garner and convince the Opposition to give their votes.
Indications are that the Government could move to suspend Standing Orders to allow for both the first and second readings of the Women’s Bill with the third only a formality based on the support of the full House or at least the required 83 Members.
The Government has previously successfully moved for the suspension of Standing Orders to pass the controversial amendment to Section 27 of the Constitution relating to the referral powers of the Ombudsman Commission and the new Environment Act provisions. It believes it could do same for the Women’s Bill.
The Supplementary Bill is critical to the Government’s development budget and to fulfill obligations under memorandum of agreement (MOA) commitments, cover for shortfalls in maintenance of major transport and road infrastructure and other obligations relating to the liquefied natural gas (LNG) business and project grants.
The Government is facing oppo-sition from landowner groups over failed promises under LNG project obligations, both under signed MOAs and commitments from the Landowner and Benefits Sharing Agreements it entered with them.
The Government has indicated that it would pass both the K533 million supplementary budget and its 2011 appropriation bill during the November session.

The tiny Pacific island of Bougainville has begun general elections to choose a president and a direction that could make their independence dream a reality.

Bougainville is still reeling from a decade-long civil war with Papua New Guinea's Defence Force that started in 1987 as a secessionist movement sparked by environmental and socio-economic concerns over the Australian-run Panguna gold and copper mine.

The bloody conflict reportedly claimed 20,000 lives through disease and fighting. As part of the peace agreement brokered in 2001, Bougainville was given autonomy with the promise of an independent future from PNG.

For the 250,000 Bougainville population many challenges exist and some say more problems exist now than during the crisis, considering the number of weapons that remain on the island.

The 2010 presidential race is touted as make or break for Bougainville's secessionist movement as the next government and president's job will be to prepare Bougainville for a referendum to fully cede from PNG sometime after 2015.

On Monday, in a trip south from Bougainville's centre Buka to the former capital Awara, AAP visited five polling stations with a team of international election monitors.

All stations reported low voter turn-out and frustration that many had been turned away because their name was not on the roll.

In a country awash with guns, fractured politics and unhealed wounds there are always fears disagreements could escalate into more bloodshed.

Mr Momis, with closer connections to PNG and China, is seen to be more cautious of the push for independence.

His status as an elder may help resolve the raft of disputes that continue to block prosperity in Bougainville.

Both men have a tough job ahead but the toughest job for anyone is to predict Bougainvillean politics.

Sicherlich ist dieses Kursmuster für uns alle recht neu.
Normalerweise brodelten irgendwelche Gerüchte oder es kamen gute Nachrichten per Mail zu uns, so dass die dt. Käuferschaft den Kurs oft über pari zu AUD hievte.

Jetzt kam eine "schlechte" Nachricht, von dem abgesagten JSB und ich denke, wir fanden das im ersten Augenblick alle nicht wirklich toll.
Irgendwas scheint also wirklich im Busch zu sein, Rio Tinto hat wahrscheinlich auch nicht aus Spass seine Aktienzahl um eine Million Stück erhöht...

Insofern bin ich erfreut, dass die Aktie momentan Stärke zeigt und einen deutlichen Auftrieb bekommt ohne entscheidende News!
Wenn dann bald noch die richtigen Nachrichten eintreffen und zeigen, dass die Lage in Bougainville / PNG sich weiter in Richtung Mineneröffnung 'möglichst zügig' bewegt, dann freuen wir uns noch mehr    :D

Sorry, aber wenn ich die WKN für die sogenannten ADRs auf der offiziellen Seite der Deutschen Börse in Fankfurt eingebe, die heute angeblich mehr als den dreifachen Umsatz in Stücken gemacht haben sollen, kommt nichts... gar nichts!

Das Ergebnis ist ebenso Null, wenn man auf Deinen ADR-Link klickt. Könnte es sein, dass Du Halluzinationen hast?

Mach Dir ein für alle Mal klar: Deine so geliebten und inbrünstig gepushten ADRs gibt es nicht mehr!

Zudem: Die ESBC warnen hiermit eindringlich vor Engagements in sogenannten CFDs, die von seriösen Börsenprofis mit dem Attribut "Gambling-Papier" versehen werden. CDFs sind reines Glücksspiel und haben noch weniger als ADRs mit einem seriösen Investment zu tun !

..... ich hatte gedacht / gehofft, das Thema ADRs vs Originale und die m.E. unnötigen Diskussionen dazu vorbei, over, ausgestanden, finito.

Die diesbezüglichen Positionen sind doch nun wahrlich hinreichend hier schon diskutiert worden und bedürfen nun wirklich keiner Neuauflage.

die heutigen Umsatzzahlen in Frankfurt lassen vermuten das sich hier überwiegend Kleinanleger eingekauft haben, sehr wahrscheinlich auch potenzielle long´s (kaum Verkäufe)die verstanden haben (nicht zuletzt durch die immer mehr sachlichen Informationen) das *schnell rein* + *schnell raus * bei dieser Aktie der
falsche Weg ist.  ;D)

Allerdings hätte der Käufer um 13:32:30 doch ein wenig mehr Vertrauen in die künftige Entwicklung der Bouggie´s an den Tag legen können.Aber wenn nicht heute dann  vielleicht ja beim nächsten mal. ;D)  

hast du nicht gelesen, dass er sich auf den ersten Beitrag in diesem Strang bezieht und es sich um ein Zitat handelt, also auch die Kurse von damals sind? Einfach mal durchatmen und runter kommen, dann passieren solche Fehler nicht mehr.  

Bevor man hier von "Gambling Papieren" spricht sollte man wissen dass bis zu 25% des täglichen Handelsvolumens der Londonder Börse auf CFDs zurückzuführen sind.
