hier sehen würde wäre ich nicht investiert ;-), dennoch sind beide Richtungen denkbar, seltsam nur dass bei den Umsätzen die ,10 so verdammt stabil ist. Wenn die die fällt gehts auf jeden Fall erstmal nach Süden in die Sonne (auch nicht schlimm, würde dann billig nachkaufen)

Counter Claim Briefs due by JPM 14 Sept 2009
Which looks like WMI's counter claims will be heard in court on the 24th of Sept.
Thus, Many rulings coming in for WMI..

Which is an indication FDIC/JPM's appeal has been denied or will not be heard by Judge Sleet..
JPM is running out of time.. And.. Which is an indication that the parties are getting pushed to settle..
Lets hope that the order for briefs on counter claims which proves that the testimony has been heard, Discovery of JPM/FDIC has been received and now the judge will receive briefs and arguements then order a ruling for WMI to use as a part of the reorg plan to be issued to the court in October 2009.
Next: THJMW will order the award WMI a Monitary judgement from JPM.
Again, THe only reason why WMI is allowing JPM to delay is because JPM has not finished the auctioning of the TARP money Warants..
Getting closer... As for the PPS..
The MM's have been told to shake the Tree prior to settling..
If you do not hold the stock.. A future investor may not be able to get shares in the near future..

....die Anderen mögen mir verzeihen
Da ich bisher immer noch nichts von der Einsetzung des Equity-Committees gehört hatte, wandte ich mich mit der Frage wann wir endlich aufatmen dürften an die Organisation und erhielt folgende Antwort:
We are having a lot of trouble for several reasons
1) People don't read the website or the emails we send
2) people were confused by the share registration on line, thinking it was all they had to do. We took that function down, as it is creating a lot of work for us...the share registration was only meant for people who sent letters without a share count, but a lot of people thought that was all they had to do...so we do not have letters from those people.
3) people are trying not to give us all the information we ask for which makes it impossible to verify who is who...we had over 400 people who registered with only their first name....as if there are no other Jims, or Gayles etc in the world. People are being uncooperative, all because they are worried about giving out their information. What they do not realize is we NEED a certain amount of information to make this data usable for the attorney and the trustee.
4) OPNSHORS is overwhelmed with all the letters etc, this is a huge amount of data for her to keep straight...and after all we are human. It is always possible some letters may have been overlooked. We have more than 2 large paper boxes of letters. There also appears to be some difficulties with the fax, it seems not all faxes are getting to us. Many faxes arrive as blank pages. I also think there may be some glitches with the fax...and of course with "foreign" shareholders, the language barrier creates some additional problems.
But the MAIN problem is people are not reading the instructions about what to do
We have had 6000+ people contact us, but only about 3000 of these sent letters...they thought the registration was all they had to do because they did not read the web site
I have sent people email with the letter in the emails, and they write me back asking where do I find the letter...and in their reply my first email is included and the letter is right in what they send me back---they are just not reading!!!! I thought we had pretty much "idiot proofed" what we were doing...but apparently not.
The attorney is happy with what we have, but he wants us to make one last attempt to get letters from the 3000 people who registered on the site but did not send a letter...if we can get 6000 that looks much better than 3000....and we stand a much better chance of getting the Equity Committee with 6000 letters

Kurze Zusammenfassung des Emails von Joyce Presnall auf die Frage wie es nun um das EC steht.
Alles in Allem drängt der Anwalt darauf, dass alle die sich mit ihren Aktien registriert haben,
auch den „Letter to the Trustee“ schicken.
Dies würde das Potential verdoppeln und die Chance auf ein EC somit erheblich erhöhen.
Begründet ist die bisherige hälftige Verschwendung der Registrierung in diversen Problemen:
Weder Emails noch Webseite werden gelesen.
Vor (Über?)Angst vor Datenmissbrauch werden unzureichende Angaben gemacht.
Das Fax funktioniert aus technischen Gründen nicht, oder wird falsch bedient.
Die Sprachbarriere.
OPNSHORS die den Datenberg aufbereiten muss ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes davon überwältigt.
Letztendlich bleibt immer wieder das Hauptproblem:
Die Leute lesen weder die Webseite noch die Anleitung !
Somit bleibt, da sich das System bei aller Bemühung als nicht ausreichend „idiotensicher“ erwiesen hat nur -
Wer es noch nicht gemacht, oder das Fax vielleicht verkehrt herum eingelegt hatte, oder………
Faxt den” Letter to the Trustee” an: 001 877 651 0930
Natürlich wäre es nicht schlecht wenn auch die Trader (werden vielleicht mal „Longies“) sich mit ihrer derzeit gehaltenen Position in einem“ Letter to the Trustee“ für das EC stark machen würden.
Vor allem aber denke ich sind die bisher unentschlossenen oder neuen WaMu-Aktionäre gut beraten sich für diese eigene Vertretung der Aktionäre in diesem Insolvenzverfahren einzusetzen
