tatsächlich mal was kommen jetzt und dann gehts aber ganz schnell, news in der pipeline?

 

alle anderen nebenwerte die von sharedeals in letzter zeit empfolen wurden sind diese woche schon um 100% gestiegen! siehe YD Ynvisible oder Blue Planet etc. deswegen ist jetzt CWM auch mal drann :-)  

ob Strohfeuer, Beginn eines kleinen aber kontinuierlichen Feuers oder obs ein letztes Aufbäumen ist ;)

Was das neue Board macht, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Habe in Ermangelung der Abwesenheit von R.Bopp auch kein bedingtes Interesse mehr.

signing of an agreement with Silvia Quandt & Cie.
AG to uplist the company on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange to Open Market - Entry Standard. The
first steps, namely compiling a prospectus and a
reverse split of the shares will commence shortly
- a minimum nominal value of shares of 1 Euro is
required, therefore notice of an EGM to conduct a
10:1 reverse split will be circulated by month-end.

This step by the company will allow for better
liquidity and depth of trading of its shares on
both XETRA and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as
City Windmills continues to build as a company
ahead of manufacturing next year.
