Yo 2 Dumme ein Gedanke!  

ich recherchiere z.Z. was die Ningbo SHIP Investment Group Co. macht. Sieht schon mal nicht schlecht aus.

Die Chinesen wissen wie man es macht. Kaufen seit Jahren vermehrt europäische Unternehmen um sie durch Skaleneffekte, welche in Asien generiert werden, hochprofitabel zu machen. Hierdurch ergibt sich für Vivanco durch den direkten Eintritt in den chinesischen Markt, ohne das kulturelle Hindernis deutschen Manager, die keine Ahnung von der asiatischen Kultur haben.

Hier haben wir es mit einem Global Player zu tun. Die Gruppe ist nach  ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001 zertifiziert was dies genau bedeutet kann jeder Interessierte bei Wikipedia nachschlagen. Ich möchte hier nicht unnötig copy and paste betreiben.
