Bear Lake Gold LTD NEW : Aus 2 mach 1!

letztes jahr habe ich gut gewinn gemacht mit dieser aktie. dann kam ja der einbruch. wie ist den jetzt so geschäftsmäßig die lage. gold wird wohl weiter steigen aber bear lake nach dem vertrauensverlust?  

Next tuesday Aug 10th at 10;00 am, the Class Action settlement should be approved by the courts (99.9% sure).

IMHO, the previous drill results, that are supported by the correct assays, confirm there is a gold zone at Bear Lake. More drilling is needed to define and expand.

The following is what I would like to see happen.  If the current drill program has some good intersections and the share price rises, I wouldn't be suprised to see a merger with Queenston(QMI) at some point. This would consolidate a large gold rich land package along the Cadillac- Larder Lake Break. Anyone remember the Dundee research report discussing this scenario just a few years ago? How a "Major"  would want such a package?  I remember.  Maximus Ventures, still alive within Bear Lake(BLG),  holds a Hope Bay project with Newmont and the project in Idaho. Maximus could be spun back out of BLG as a public company again and shares given to current BLG shareholders.  So it is possible that BLG shareholders end up with shares in Queenston and Maximus.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

IMHO, der vorherigen Bohrergebnisse, die von den richtigen Tests unterstützt werden, bestätigen, es ist ein Gold-Zone in der Bear Lake. Weitere Bohrungen sind notwendig, um zu definieren und zu erweitern.

Das Folgende ist, was ich sehen möchte passieren. Wenn das aktuelle Bohrprogramm hat einige gute Kreuzungen und der Aktienkurs steigt, wäre ich nicht überrascht sein, zu einer Fusion mit Queenston (QMI) an einem gewissen Punkt zu sehen. Bear Lake Gold Drill Program Begins at Larder Lake

Bear Lake Gold Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BLG) is pleased to announce that it has started a drilling program at its Larder Lake property, in Ontario.

Following the completion of a $3.76M Financing, the drilling program is now underway at Larder Lake with one drill already on site. The program consists of approximately 15,000 meters of diamond drilling focused mostly on the Bear Lake zone. The campaign will mainly target the upper part of the Bear Lake zone at depths between 400m and 1,200m from surface with the objective to define and expand the higher grade mineralized lenses, including both the Carbonate and Flow-type mineralized horizons.

BEAR LAKE GOLD ANNOUNCES COURT APPROVAL

Bear Lake Gold Ltd. has released an update. On Aug. 10, 2010, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the plaintiff's motion for certification and settlement of a proposed class action thereby dismissing the proposed lawsuit and all related claims. As previously announced, the proposed class action lawsuit was filed on August 25, 2009 in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against the Company and certain of its current and former officers and directors, alleging certain misrepresentations were made during the period from July 18, 2006 to July 28, 2009 regarding Bear Lake's Larder Lake project. On April 5, 2010 and April 13, 2010, the Company announced that an agreement in principle had been reached to settle the proposed lawsuit. The settlement agreement provides for the settlement, release and dismissal of all claims asserted against the Company and the individual proposed defendants and does not in any way contain or constitute any admission of liability by the Company or its officers, directors or employees.
