Ich meine
durch das Bankensystem werden viele Menschen und Unternehmen in den Ruin getrieben
und selbst die Staaten lassen sich von den Banken und den ungezügelten, unregulierten Finanzmärkten treiben und vor ihren Wagen spannen, anstatt diesem haarsträubenden
Treiben sprich Spekulationsgeschäften international koordiniert endlich ein Ende zu setzen. Geht´s gut, werden deren Gewinne privatisiert, geht`s schief, werden die Verluste sozialisiert was bedeutet, die in höchstem Maße unseriös spekulierenden / agierenden Banken müssen u.a. wegen Kundeneinlagen vom "Staat" gerettet werden d.h., bezahlen muß das letztendlich der Steuerzahler, welcher zuvor von den über viele Jahrzehnte erwirtschafteten Mrd.-Gewinnen nie etwas hatte. Bestes Beispiel "HRE, München" !
Also wenn das keine Logik ist .....
Den Rest erledigen dann die drei interessengesteuerten US-Ratingagenturen Moody`s,
Fitch sowie Standard & Poor`s welche auch maßgeblich am Niedergang ganzer Staaten
beteiligt sind ! Unser Gegenpart durch die intern. tätige Wirtschaftsberatungsgesellschaft
Roland Berger iniziiert, kommt, -wenn überhaupt-, wegen Finanzierungesschwierigkeiten
(man bekommt die notwendigen € 300 Mio`s Kapital noch nicht zusammen) auch nur sehr, sehr schwer in die Gänge !
Im Fall HRE ließ auch noch unsere Bundeskanzlerin geltendes Bundesrecht welches
"Enteignungen" verbietet durch ein sogen., auf die superschnelle durch den Bundestag gepeitschte "Ausnahmegesetz" für den Spezialfall HRE aushebeln d.h. brechen, indem
sie alle Aktionäre welche viel lieber Anteilseigner geblieben wären, mit lächerlichen
€ 1,30 / Share abspeisen und damit gegen deren Willen aus der Gesellschaft werfen ließ ... !
Warum also beklagen wir die, -wenn auch noch größeren- Mißstände in den USC ?  

New York - Die fehlgeschlagenen Finanzmarkt-Zockereien dürften der US-Großbank JPMorgan Chase noch eine Menge Ärger bereiten. Wie mehrere US-Medien berichten, schaut sich die amerikanische Börsenaufsicht SEC den Fall an. Demnach interessiert die Aufseher, ob die Bank ihre Investoren rechtzeitig über den drohenden Milliardenverlust informiert hat. Bereits im April hatten US-Medien öffentlich gemacht, dass ein Londoner Händler von JPMorgan Chase derart große Geschäfte mit komplexen Finanzprodukten getätigt hat, dass der gesamte Markt dadurch verzerrt wurde.

Also was immer JPM angestellt hat, es scheint noch frisch zu sein und sie haben es beim Versenken des Geldes wohl sehr eilig gehabt:

diese schlagzeile haben wir uns damals gewünscht.. jetzt ist es soweit.. ich denke diese verbrecher geben nur das nötigste bekannt.. jpm ist ein eisberg.. was da unterm wasser noch so herumbetrügt...

ohne jpm ginge es der welt ein stück besser..

shorten wir was das zeug hält.. und am montag geht der run los.. zwinker.. irgendwan reichen unsere 200 millionen dann und wir kaufen diesen sch...haufen auf!

mary hat dann nochmal mit jpm zu tun.. dann aber am kurzen hebel.. vor dem insolventsgericht in dalasiware.. :-)

Cat führt auf Facebook ein Tagebuch. Ich werde das Update euch hier immer rein stellen. Es gibt nämlich auch viele User, die Facebook aus Prinzip nicht nutzen. Allerdings ist das in englisch. Ihr müßt euch eben notfalls das google Übersetzungsfenster öffnen und dort Absatz für Absatz übersetzen. Da es ja nicht um wissenschaftliche Texte geht, kommt da durchaus was verständliches raus. Es klingt höchstens noch etwas lustiger.

Wer das partout nicht lesen will, der kann mich ja jetzt schon mal auf GRAU setzen.

For those of you who tell me I’m so strong, you never would have thought so today. The trip was long and I learned a lot.

1. If you’re in a wheel chair, BAA at Heathrow wants you to stay in the chair going through security because they don’t want the liability if you fall. What this means is you will ha...ve to be pat down. I’m fanaticizing about what I would do if I even crossed paths with that nasty little man who treated us like crap and threatened to kick us out of the airport… He pissed me off more than all of the times Scott ever has combined in one…
2. Not all BAA people are like the above mentioned POS. He’s the exception and he most assuredly is regretting messing with me. He may have driven me to tears, and Chelsea had to get the pat down… but I have his job on the line and while I’m normally not an ugly person… it feels good.
3. The rest of the BAA staff is really helpful and kind. One lady in particular insisted on buying me a pot of tea and it was then I discovered the miraculous soothing powers a spot of proper British tea has and it was perfect with just one sugar and a bit of milk.
4. British Airways is absolutely wonderful.
5. If you are an American you have no business driving here. Period. You WILL inevitably kill someone. Everyone here is a courteous with only minimal honking but I can’t make rhyme or reason out of the roads. There are some that look one way but aren’t… people just take turns letting one another go.
6. If we thought parking was tight in the US we’re delusional. The parking lot here at the hotel is about twice the size of my driveway, and the spots are tiny!
7. The Autobahn is live driving Interstate 95 in VA… except you don’t have some jerk in the left lane holding everyone up.

8. It doesn’t matter how many books you read, there is nothing that tells you how to work the hotel room locks or how the flush the toilet.
9. The toilet paper is like Bounty. It’s thick and you would think rough but it’s fine… not going to get rid of the Charmin I brought with me though, lol.
10. The hotel windows actually open! They’re these huge things that you unlatch and pull forward and there aren’t any screens!
11. You can’t get to the front desk by dialing 0 or 9.
12. The tap water is delicious!
13. It doesn’t matter if the TV show on funny videos isn’t in English because Funny is a universal language. We were laughing as we drifted off to sleep.

Once everyone had left after waiting for Dr. Sandmann, he finally was able to make it. He’s well spoken and kind with a self depricating wit… he told me that being a surgeon is hard on marriage because you say you’ll be there at one time and end up two hours late and then when he’s on vacation and shows up on time it drives everyone crazy! We had a good talk about Chelsea, whose eyes were rolling in her head she was so tired. Huge thanks to Thomas and his wife for picking us up after driving 600 km to do so!!! They had a long drive home and I know it was the wee hours by the time they made it back. Thank you to as well to my local Thomas who brought us the phones, hair dryer, maps, and the power converters as well because I’ve learned already that a girl can’t have too many of those. Thank you Ute for keeping everyone informed when I couldn’t.

So, I get back to the room and I’m anxious because I hadn’t checked in with anyone yet to let them know I was here.
I try the network card to get online… and I can’t figure it out. I try to hop on an open network… nothing. Cell phone… again nothing. So I thought, ok… I will call Ute and ask her to let everyone know we’re ok… and I forgot the PIN to the cell! It’s now that I completely lose what semblance I had of composure.

I broke down in tears and started having a panic attack because it hit me that I’m on the other side of the world, don’t speak the language, can’t contact anyone, Chelsea for once is actually hungry and I don’t even know what to do about dinner because I have no clue what anything is or where to go that might have something simple we can order. Chelsea feels bad for me and says “Come here Mom because you really need a big hug”. God, I love that girl!

Figuring out how to call the front desk was like manna from heaven. They let me dial international and didn’t even want my credit card upfront!

I readily admit it… I called home crying like a little girl who went away to summer camp and wants to come home. Scott handled it like a champ and was only mildly concerned as he was already aware we arrived ok because he’s been in contact with Ute who has been in touch with Thomas. All of that freaking out thinking people were worried about me and it was for naught, lol.
But Scott, the often unsung hero, kept his cool when I was freaking out and assured me all was well and that it would be ok, and he contacted Ute to get in touch with me. Thank you Scott for being such a great Dad and I’m lucky to have you as my BFF.
Tomorrow is a new day. We’ll go have breakfast down the hall since we had chocolate and water for dinner. I think something healthier might be in order.

One day I’m going to laugh at all of this…

Note to self- Ironic that the book Chelsea brought with her is “Stranger in a Strange Land” by Robert Heinlein. She often feels “alien” when people look at her… and like Valentine Michael Smith, she will make the world a better place.

A good start to the day! The breakfast room has an amazing selection of food that far surpasses any US continetal breakfast! Yes, you can get eggs and some healthy cereal but the rolls, meat, cheese, fruits and veggies are divine! Chelsea was sleeping so I went down and made plate to bring to the room for both of us and it was the best breakfast ever. Not just because we were hungry,... but because the food tasted so good. I wish I had words…everything was fresh and the flavor of the deli stuff…. OMG! The roll I selected had some kind of seed… similar to a sunflower seed but larger… fresh mozzarella (for those who know me and know of my love affair with mozzarella, this was like hitting the jackpot)… the ham looked like what we know as boiled ham but it had a really rich slightly spicy flavor, almost like a touch of allspice… even the fruits and veggies were amazing because nothing had a the bitterness often found in produce we have in the grocery stores that often makes shopping a crapshoot because while it looks good it you never know if it’s going to be a bit bitter.

I can happily live here without my Cap’n Crunch.

The parents walk the kids to school!

This afternoon Thomas picked us up and after a stop at the ATM to get EU we went to the hospital for a quick appointment for swabs to be done and paperwork for Monday.

We made a quick trip to Aldi’s so we had some things for Chelsea to eat that we could keep in the room. The selection was so cool! Chelsea loved seeing the “American Cookies” which are just chocolate chip but I guess it’s considered so classically American that it represents the whole country.

You have to make a deposit to unlock a cart and then when you take your cart back a key re-attaches it back with the rest of the row of carts and releases your coin. People tend to use plastic coins for this I notice. It’s a great incentive to have people put cart back rather than leaving them in the lot. They also have to pay for bags. I’ll have to remember to either bring the bags I just bought or the canvas bag I brought with me.

The food is purchased in smaller portions and doesn’t have the shelf-life of US food. A loaf of bread is about a quarter of the size but its fresh, no preservatives and YUMMY! Fridge isn’t as cold either, but that’s ok because I tend to drink at room temperature anyway.

Chelsea is still really tired though she slept until 1:00 pm so after errands today she wasn't up for going out. Tomorrow Thomas will get us again because he wants to take us to get the best ice cream in the region as well as show us the gardens. Hope it’s not raining!

For now though… it’s time to curl back up in bed (which is super comfy and look like the Euro style that you see at IKEA) and watch Disney Channel in German.

Ich will schon lange etwas spenden, aber ich will es nur auf ein Konto über machen.

Wenn jetzt der amerikanische Kontrollmechanismus offiziell JPM unter die Lupe nimmt und die Untersuchungen dann auf Grund diverser Komischkeiten weit genug nach hinten raus untersucht werden, z. B. bis vor die Zeit der Wamu-Insolvenz,  dann....
Hoffentlich ist Berg immer noch am glühen und betrachtet die momentane Situation alls gefundenes Fressen. Dann wird von höherer Instanz alles neu untersucht. Alles kommt raus.
Amerika spricht Recht, tritt als Robin Hood auf und wir werden doch noch Millionäre.
Man, währ dat ssssön.  

mich würde nicht wundern wenn JPM sich ab gestern selber shortet und nächtes Quatal wieder gewinne vorweist.

In allen deutschen Medien schreibt man, dass sich JPM bei Wetten über Synthetische Finanzprodukte
verzockt hat, aber nach dimon s Aussage man jetzt dabei bleiben müßte, da die Veruste
sonst noch höher werden würden.Derartige Wetten wären auch der Auslöser der Finanzkrise
2008 gewesen. Dabei müsste man aber auch feststellen, dass JPM eine der wenigen
Banken gewesen wären, die  die damalige Krise sehr gut überstanden hätten.

Nichts davon, dass man mit Hilfe des Staates WMI Pleite gehen ließ, um die Zockerbank
JPM überleben konnte.

Ja mit ca 300 Md. Bankraub wird man wohl mal wieder leicht mit Zocken beginnen dürfen, wenn
man bedenkt , dass da 2 Md wohl nur ein Pappenstiel ist.

Ist die Menschheit schon ganz verblödet, dass man sie so verarschen kann?  

man mache  dem Normalbürger mal klar, was synthetische Finanzprodukte sind!

Ja , ja das Bankensystem (sprich die M Ä R K T E ) sind das wichtigste Instrument
um unsere SOZIALE Marktwirtschaft zu erhalten.

ich wünsche unseren Lesern hier ein von Herzen schönes Wochenende, weil ich es mir selber wünsche und gerne schreibe.

Aber, ob die Banker dort drüben auch ein schönes Wochenende haben oder gar noch ne schöne Zeit danach, lässt mich bei nachfolgendem Artikel aus einer in Österreich erscheinenden auch online Zeitung nicht frohen Glaubens sein. Ausserdem warum ist bei Kürbiskernöl aus Östereich ein 50% Preisanstieg bei REWE passiert? Kann aber nur wer antworten, der es weiß, aber wer weiß das schon?


Damit aber nicht genug. Die Situation sei viel schlimmer. Denn erstens würde jeder Versuch, solch große Positionen abzubauen zu einer klaffenden Lücke im Markt und zu einem illiquiden Angebot-Nachfrage-Verhältnis führen. Zweitens würde nun die ganze Finanzwelt die Positionen der Bank kennen. JP Morgan ist demnach gezwungen, diese über-abgesicherten und zu lang gehaltenen Positionen abzusichern. Kreditinstrumente, die die Bank nun einsetzen muss, würden sich folglich bei den Händlern anderer Banken ab sofort großer Beliebtheit erfreuen, weil sie ganz klar auf einen absehbaren Trend in diesem Index setzen können. Das könnte wiederum zu einer anderen Blase führen, deren Auswirkung nicht absehbar seien.

ich begrüsse Deine Initiative auf das herzlichst Beste, was mir zur Verfügung steht, nämlich, Hochachtung! Stellt sie doch einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung endlicher Aufarbeitung wenigstens eines Thematas dar, wessen wir hungern!

Aber es wird so sein, wie ein müder Wanderer, der sich im regennassen Wald verlaufen hat, ein paar Streichhölzer in der Tasche und sich Gedanken macht, ein Feuer zu entzünden, welches ihn vielleicht erwärmen könnte. Auch hier im Forum gibt es genug Leute die ich warnen höre, " im Wald darf man aber kein Feuer machen".

Siehste, davon lebt die Börse. Ich bin gestern JPM long gegangen. Schauen wir, wer Recht behält.

 

Betrifft 50% Preisanstieg von Kürbiskernöl in Östereich
Wir haben bald den Kulminationspunkt wie im Römischen Reich vor uns, als es zusammenbrach wie ein Kartenhaus.
Da das Kürbiskernöl im Discounter billiger ist als Diesel und sich aber als Kraftstoff
bei den Landmaschinen hevorragend eignet, wird man ja nun zu Beginn der Saison
in einem Sozialstaat die Preise mal ein bischen anheben dürfen.
