Ein grüner Tag scheint es wieder zu werden.

@Migut - da hast du deine 25% plus.

bei 0,51 rein - Eben 0,64  => 25%  

bin am überlegen..... Wird das noch weiter so laufen oder doch verkaufen...  

Knapp 50% Gewinn in ner halben Woche sind genug. Allen weiter investierten viel Glück.  

wo geht die Fahrt hin.....was ist da los bei Titan pha.  

Tut mir leid,dass es nicht geklappt hat,für das nächste Mal folgendes beachten: Wenn die Biotechaktie 1/2 Jahr vor Zulassungsdatum zu steigen anfängt (wie Titan),dann einen Tag vor zulassung unbedingt aussteigen,denn die Aktie hat ja den zu erwartenden Kursanstieg bei zulassung bereits vorweggenommen und man riskiert nix mehr !

Na da hat einer in Berlin zugeschlagen.  Hier sollte sich bald was tun.  Titan ein intessanter Kandidat für die nächsten Monate. Der Kurs sollte sich bald wieder verdoppeln.  

Für Titan  dürfe es eiin nicht unintressante Enwicklung  sein, was sich gerade bei Vanda  gerade tut. Wenn Vanda geschluckt wird , wo nach es gerade aussieht , wird man sich auch Titan hohlen.  Die Bieden haben ja ein gemeinsammes Produkt auf dem Markt.

Titan fast auf Allzeittief für einen  Apfel und ein Ei für einen Pharma Riesen.

Item 1.01. Entry Into a Definitive Material Agreement.

Amendment to License Agreement

On July 2, 2013, Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") and Braeburn Pharmaceuticals Sprl ("Braeburn") entered into a second amendment (the "Amendment") to the License Agreement dated December 14, 2012, as amended (the "Agreement") primarily to establish and provide the parameters for a committee comprised of representatives of Titan and Braeburn responsible for and with the authority to make all decisions regarding the development and implementation of a strategic plan to seek approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") of Probuphine� for subdermal use in the maintenance treatment of adult patients with opioid dependence, including development of the strategy for all written and oral communications with the FDA. The Amendment also makes Braeburn the primary contact for FDA communications regarding the Probuphine New Drug Application.

A copy of the Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and the description thereof contained in this Current Report on Form 8-K is qualified in its entirety be reference to such exhibit.  

Könnte Braeburn jetzt durch die Entscheidungskraft wohl ganz Titan auf die Idee gekommen sein zu kaufen???

this reminds  me how odp got hijacked right under the nose of the ceo. The May 29 pr is a sign CFO notice share movements/trading action by a group that could be a possible hostile take over by chocking trading to force frustration. Right now this trade like a hostile take over.

Being that now its filed with SEC 8K/9K Braeburn has the ultimate decision in probuphine discussions.
Does anyone believe is a slow hostile takeover? With everything in consideration... way things are going,
FDA meetings, Shares being traded, etc.

EOD an einem Freitag, fein!  

Bis zum 19.11 ist noch viel zeit! Bis dahin geht's stetig Berg auf, das 52 Wochen hoch knacken wir hoffentlich noch bis dahin! ;)    

Na ja es liegt wohl daran das die Meldung nicht so ganz verstanden wird . Ein Klasse C Treffen. Das heisst  eine einfache Beratung der FDA -  Drüben wird gepuscht das  die Zulassung an dem Tag kommt - na ja--  aber Super der Kurs  

Das ist ja das zweite mal das Titan ihr Medikament zulassen will! Naja eigentlich ist alle guten Dinge drei, ich hoffe zwar nicht sondern das es weitere treffen gibt!

Jeden Tag 10/20 % wär wohl auch übertrieben.  

bei 1,25 USD heute weiter konsolidiert bis in 0,8X-iger Regionen.
Versuche, einen Teil zu traden und den anderen Teil "long" zu lassen bis 19.11.  

was geht denn hier heute ab??
