We know you're likely asking about the curent price of the shares, what is happening and why.  Plain and simple, we do not know, we find it as puzzling as you do, what we do know is what we release as news.  This is unedited and not meant to be a promotion of out securities to any reader.  But your question is quite astute.  Who is buying... and why in such large quantities? I'd like any input that anyone can provide us with as to your thoughts behind this, We have had some shareholders speculate that this is a strategical move from someone trying to take a big piece of our company, some have speculated it's a potentially buying from a competing company or company wishing to aquire as many shares as possible in our company, we find it very odd, that as the stock price is falling, massive amounts of bids are being executed on the way down.

This is admittedly my first public company, and myself as well as the seasoned staff don't understand how this could come to pass in just 30 trades after hundreds of trades have taken place before hand.  However I don't beleive the share price to be reflective of the companies current position.

Xelleon PLC - Issues Shareholder Assurance Letter

"Things in the company couldn't be going better" says Company President, Dale Scott Marion "We don't understand the recent market activity, it certainly isn't reflective of the company itself."

In a release today issued to the associated press Xelleon PLC, (Frankfurt XLL) had issued a shareholder letter urging shareholders to stay calm, though the price of their security had been severely injured over the past few weeks.

The letter went on to outline that Investors should be concerned but should not panic in regards to the recent drop in the Xelleon share price. The company fundamentals are very strong and are getting stronger every day. The company has just signed a 7.1 Million Licensing Agreement with a leading music distribution company in the USA that will generate some good sales income for the company.
 
Xelleon is working on other licensing deals and are also looking for some strategic business acquisitions in various vertical markets for their revolutionary Impervio encryption technology to protect data, e-books, music movies and games from being pirated.

Apple has recently approved the Simpozia application to allow all Apple devices to stream concerts on all Apple devices including, the Apple iphone, ipad and ipod touch

The company's security lawyer has ordered the audit for of xelleons financials to be entered with Xelleon's Prospectus and is very confident that the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will approve the Prospectus.

Xelleon understands there have been hundreds of investors who have purchased Xelleon shares since the company was listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in May 2011.

It has only taken 30 shareholders to panic and sell their stock within the last week to drive down the share price to 0.22 EURO

Company President Dale Scott Marion also stated "I personally believe that given the value of the Xelleon Assets and the company's strong fundamentals that the Xelleon share price should be trading at over 1 Euro per share and we've had professional reports done that confirm this feeling."

All in all we beleive Xelleon has a very bright and profitable future ahead of it regardless of the sentiment of a few individuals.

Und die Leute, die hier postiv über den Wert schreiben, wollen entweder ihre Schrottaktien Euch andrehen oder sind gekaufte Pusher.

der kurs ist gestern nur gestiegen, weil der MOD im SD-Board seine ganzen Jünger reingejagt hat  

sowas nennt man Umverteilung.
Der werden einige noch die Augen öffnen, wenn das Teil innerhalb von Tagen unter einem Cent steht.
Nachdem ich dem MOD gesagt habe, dass er sich kurz vor der Strafrelevanz bewegt, wurden sofort meine Beiträge gelöscht.
Denn Rest kann sich jeder denken.
Da lässt sich nicht doch ein MOD vor den Karren spannen?
