Wolltest einen Dummpush abziehen, und hast nun einige mit 100 % Aufschlag in die Sch..... getrieben. Ich hoffe das die anderen da wieder Heil raus kommen. Und dir wünsche ich auch mal fette Verluste. Deine Thread Aufmachung ist doch sehr offensichtlich. Und bei Wallstreet Online sollst du ja auch unter anderer ID unterwegs sein, und die gleiche Nummer wie hier abgezogen haben. Mir hat einer zukommen lassen das du bei Wallstreet Online unter der ID - miss29 - unterwegs bist. Schön zu wissen, wenn es denn stimmen sollte, aber die Aufmachung ist schon sehr ähnlich. Und so machen es dann Leute, die Dumme suchen um ab zu verkaufen.

damit hast du ja bei Wallstreet Online schon öfters Bekanntschaft gemacht. Scheinst ja im anderen Board auch schon sehr bekannt zu sein. Und wer sich immer mit verschiedenen Namen hier und dort anmelden muss, der will das ihn keiner wieder erkennt. Also nochmals, wer sollte gesperrt werden?

Hulk ist nicht miss, oder miss ist nicht Hulk. Ist nur Zufall das der eine vom anderen immer die gleichen Texte hat. Aber ist doch auch nun nicht das Thema, denn wer sich unter verschiedenen Namen in den Boards unterwegs ist, der hat nur eine Absicht.
Lemming Suche, und dazu gehörst du für mich. So nun ist aber genug zu dir gesagt.

 

wie so lese ich da etwas von 420.000.000 Aktien, und nicht nur die von dir angegebenen 234.000.000? Also ich weis ja nun echt nicht wer da nicht lesen, und rechnen kann!

 

lässt das grüne Männchen nun die Luft raus? Hat er/sie nun auch endlich die richtige Angaben zu der Gesamtanzahl der Aktien gefunden? Aber immer erst hier den Hulk spielen wollen, und dann kommt die Verwandlung und das grüne Männchen ist weg.  

Hier ist das grüne Männchen nun sehr ruhig geworden, und bei Wallstreet Online ist die miss nun ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Ein Schelm wer denkt, das der Hulk auch gleich die miss wäre. Alles nur Zufälle? Manche versuchen es scheinbar mit allen Mitteln.

Falsche Angaben zu den Aktien, und dann auch noch unter verschiedenen Namen, aber die gleichen Push Texte, und die gleichen verkehrten Angaben.

 

tja, die Leute bei Wallstreet Online sind entweder stroh doof oder die geben absichtlich eine falsche Anzahl von 420.000.000 Aktien angeben um um 15.30 Uhr an der OTC noch gündstig welche zu bekommen.

Fakt ist: (dass kann jeder nachrechnen wenn er die SEC-Filings liest) das heute ca. 234,000,000 Aktien draussen sind !!!

Such issuances  were not registered  under the Securities Act of 1933 as amended
(the  "Act").  The offer and sale of the Shares is exempt from the  registration
requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the  "Securities  Act"),
under Rule 506  insofar as: (1) the  recipients  are all  accredited  within the
meaning of Rule  501(a);  (2) the transfer of the Shares was  restricted  by the
Registrant  in  accordance  with Rule  502(d);  (3)  there  were no more than 35
non-accredited  investors in any  transaction  within the meaning of Rule 506(b)
after taking into  consideration  all prior  investors under Section 4(2) of the
Securities  Act within the six months  preceding  the  transaction;  and (4) the
offer and sale of the Shares was not effected  through any general  solicitation
or general advertising within the meaning of Rule 502(c).

Of the 184,625,000  Shares issued,  166,000,000 Shares were issued at a
price of $0.006  per  share  and  18,625,000  Shares  were  issued at a price of
$0.0004 per share.  The Shares were issued in consideration of the surrender and
cancellation  of  indebtedness  owed  from  the  Registrant  to  certain  of the
recipients  and  in  consideration  of  consulting   services  rendered  to  the
Registrant by certain of the recipients. There was no cash consideration for the
issuances. A total of $674,500 of indebtedness what canceled in exchange for the
Shares and the balance of the Share were issued for consulting services.

Of the  184,625,000  shares,  100,000,000  were  issued to Mr.  Jacques
Tizabi,  the Registrant's  Chief Executive Officer and director.  Mr. Tizabi has
reported this issuance to him on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.  The Shares were issued to Mr.  Tizabi in exchange for the surrender
and  cancellation  of  indebtedness  owed by the Registrant to Mr. Tizabi in the
amount of $600,000.

Am 08.11.2005 waren 54,008,417Aktien draussen !

Wallstreet Online entweder zu ... seit oder bewußt gelogen habt!  

grünes Männchen, lese an der richtigen Stelle, und nicht nur bei deinen einkopierten Texten. Du hast doch oben den Link zum anderen Board, dort gibt es wiederum Links zu den richtigen Seiten. Wenn du aber nicht in der Lage bist, diese Hilfsmittel zu benutzen, dann solltest du dich auch nicht hier so aufblasen.
Und mehr muss nun auch nicht weiter gesagt werden, denn wer unfähig ist an richtiger Stelle zu recherchieren, dem kann man nicht weiter helfen.
