Gofish plant ein Übernahme von Bolt und soll sich langsam zur weltweiten Nummer 2 heranarbeiten ...  

was ist denn hier heute nachmittag passiert???  

GoFish Corporation (OTC BB:GOFH) - Friday's market stayed the same at $5.35, with a total of 68,645 shares traded. The company announced it has opened an inquiry into improper sales of the company's common stock in accounts controlled by Louis Zehil, a former partner of McGuireWoods, the law firm that represented GoFish in a private offering of the company's stock in October 2006. Two private financial entities controlled by Mr. Zehil purchased a total of 3 million shares of common stock as part of a private placement transaction October 31, 2006. The offering was exempt from securities registration, and the shares were restricted from being sold in the public market unless in compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws. The company has learned that 1.5 million shares were sold in the public markets at the direction of Mr. Zehil between October 31, 2006 and early February, 2007. It is believed that Mr. Zehil purposely and improperly caused the stock certificates representing these shares to be issued without restrictive legends, and then directed that the shares be sold. The company has been advised that measures have been taken to prevent further transfers of the remaining approximately 1.5 million shares of GoFish stock still held by Mr. Zehil's two entities. GoFish was not aware of and was not involved in Mr. Zehil's actions. This matter has been reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission and GoFish is working with its advisors to take other action as may be appropriate. As of February 20, 2007, GoFish had outstanding approximately 24,178,618 shares of common stock.

Nun meine Frage: Heisst das jetzt gut oder sehr gut?Bin mír da jetzt nicht ganz so   sicher.Kann mir da mal wer helfen? Ich danke schon mal.Also die Zhlen sind rot ,wenn das noch irgendwie helfen sollte ,Danke buran

Gofish ist eine Dummpushaktie, die einer Idee eines pseudo-Neuen-Marktes entspringt.
Vergleiche mal die Pageimpressions von YouTube und Gofish. Gofish ist heiße Luft - war irgendjemand schon mal auf deren website? Kaum Besucher, kaum Einnahmen. Denn populär ist diese seite nicht, also auch keine werbepartner.

Die aktie kam von 5 cent undd a wird sie auch wieder landen. sie wurde nur im sog der übernahme von youtube durch google mit hochgerissen...  

Alles rot im Depot.Fetzt doch ungemein ,ist doch nicht meine Kohle.Habe diese Aktie auf pump geordert ,lass doch einfach laufen den Mist.Schönen Sonntag allerseits.  

Lasst die 44 cent den Boden sein ,aber mit 'ner fetten Dielung!

wurde ja mal Zeit dass sich hier mal der Kurs anhebt ,Richtung sollte erstmal so bleiben ,Verluste kompensieren ,darf nur nicht daran den wann und wo ich eingestiegen bin ,ein langer Weg aber der Anfang sei getan

das ist doch mal ein Investment.Hier geht die nächsten Tage die Post ab.Lest Euch noch einmal die unter Adhocs erschienenen Lesestoff nach.Gut alles nicht mehr topaktuell ,aber im grossen und ganzen alles noch lesenswert.Der Kurs kommt ,Leute wer noch nicht dabei ist sollte dies jetzt tuen.Die nächsten Tage sehen geldmässig vielversprechend aus.Gutes Gelingen ,buran  

 

 

kann sich einer den massiven Hanel von gestern erklären?Ging ja mehr wie ab ,ich kann mir das nicht erklären aus heiterem solch ein Handel ist doch sehr seltsam.Oder waren das etwa wieder mal die Hintermänner von Frick und wie sie alle heissen.Das wenn an dem so ist ,sollte es die nächsten Tage äusserst interessant werden,denn dann ist hier was im Busch.Die kaufen nicht einfach nur mal so ein.Komisch an der Sache ist ,warum so offensichtlich?
