Genesis Pharmaceuticals Completes Reverse Stock Split and Will Trade Under a New Symbol

LaiYANG, China, Sept. 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genesis Pharmaceuticals Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GNPH - News; "Genesis" or the "Company"), a leading pharmaceutical company in the People's Republic of China, today announced that it completed a 40-for-1 reverse stock split of its common stock which will begin trading under the symbol "GNPH."

Upon today's market open, Genesis' common stock will no longer trade under the symbol "GTEC" and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis under the trading symbol "GNPH."

Following this reverse stock split, the Company has approximately 10,325,000 shares of common stock outstanding.

Stockholders of record who hold share certificates will receive a letter of transmittal requesting that they surrender their old stock certificates for new stock certificates reflecting the adjusted number of shares as a result of the reverse stock split. The Transfer Agent and Registrar for shares of GTEC's common stock is Computershare Trust Company, 350 Indiana St., #800, Golden, Colorado 80401, (303) 262-0600. They will act as the exchange agent for purposes of implementing the exchange of stock certificates.

Was meinst du auf welchem Exchange "GTEC" / GNPH bald gehandelt werden wird ?
Bei der momentanen PPS welche noch immer viel zu niedrig ist meiner meinung nach ist selbst Nasdaq kein Problem. Was denkst du wann das Uplisting stattfinden wird und was meinst du bei welcher PPS wir in nem jahr stehen? :)
Ich denke die 30-40$ sollten zunächst kein Problem sein..selbst das finde ich noch relativ niedrig..wenn man das potential erkennt.

Finde die Story erst einmal interessant.Meine Frage an die die sich schon länger mit der Aktie beschäftigen ist allerdings.

Was rechtfertigt eine MK von größer 130 Millionen Dollar? Sollte der Float auf 22 Millionen anziehen liegt die MK schon bei fast 300 Millionen Dollar.Ist GNPH soviel wert?

Vielleicht wißt Ihr ja warum?

Yes and as you look back at the chart, evidence of those who cried and complained are reflected in the price. It's to bad for those who fell for the antics of the Internet bashers, and those who would cause financial harm disrespecting and accusing everybody but the main problem, themselves.. From the last release of revenues, which were nothing less than excellent, Pouted down by these folks throughout the following months, a barrage hosted by just a few people intent on causing deceit and disruption.. I look forward to the day the SEC can control this type of behavior..

For me it's been simply; Weathering the storm, holding onto what I'd said Pope's words were "look to the intrinsic value and hold on to that". And with the help of the Ex-CFO Adam Weissman sharing his knowledge of The River Wave medicine group, (Laiyang Jiangbo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). It's not the whiners and complainers running around wild in public, with alternative motives I pay attention to but; facts and figures and the few who know what's underlying in a great company.. Blue skies and smooth sailing seems to be the forcast as we move toward 2009.

I gather too Big,, from your communication with Elsa; CFO, her excitement and expressed desire to get the year end report out ASAP, she's telling yaw; it's gonna reflect another record breaking year!..

Es ist ja schön das Ihr wenn Ihr postet nur Postings aus dem iHUB hier reinsetzt aber dann genügt auch ein Link zum iHUB.

Habe mich auch dort mal reingelesen genauso wie hier aber ich finde immer noch keine Antwort auf meine Frage : Warum ist eine MK von größer 130 Millionen Dollar gerechtfertigt??

Wenn Ihr Anleger für diesen Wert interessieren wollt (wovon ich ausgehe) sollte Euch diese Frage und die dazugehörige Erklärung leicht fallen.

Bin mal gespannt.

Wenn ich mir vorstelle das es bald 22 Millionen Aktien geben könnte (einfach mal angenommen) und Ihr redet hier von Kurszielen die zwischen 30-40 Dollar liegen(auf Jahressicht) dann errechnet sich eine dementsprechende MK von 660 - 880 Millionen Dollar.

Womit sollte diese denn begründet sein??

Es wirkt für mich momentan völlig bertrieben und aus der Luft gegriffen aber vielleicht sehe ich den Wald vor lauter Bäumen ja nicht.

Hier die zahlen vom letzten Quartal...um eine deiner Fragen zu beantworten....

und wie ch sehe lag der Gewinn pro Share(umgerechnet auf die jetzige Aktienstruktur) bei ca. 0,42 Dollar.

OK nicht schlecht aber der Kurs liegt momentan bei 13,50 Dollar.


Na ja mal abwarten ich schätze aber das die Aktie ersteinmal eine Konso vollziehen wird siehe Chart.Der RSI ist am oberen Ende des Überkauften Bereichs angekommen und das deutet doch auf eine Konsolidierung hin.

 

OK laut deinem Posting 21 müßten die Jahreszahlen binnen 10 Wochen nach Beendigung des Geschäftsjahres veröffentlicht werden.Das heißt die 10 Wochen sind am 07.09.2008 um und die Zahlen sind och nicht da wie ich ja sehe.Mhmmmmmm.

NA ja dann dürften oder besser müßten Sie ja Anfang kommender Woche kommen.

 

Chartmässig könnntest du shortterm richtig liegen, aber hier passen einfach die Fundamentals , auf Langzeit sieht das ganze sehr gut aus. Hoffentlich sind wir hier bald weg vom OTC, die richtige Entscheidung mit dem Reversesplit ist der erste Schritt und falls unsere "GTEC" / GNPH bald an der AMEX oder sogar Nasdaq gehandelt wird werden die Daytrader weniger....wie auch immer...Genesis ist eine reale Company mit stetigem Wachstum und einer chinaweiten Vertriebsstruktur.
