Wie ist eutre Meinung zu den Zahlen und glaubt ihr das die Aktie eine Zukunft hat. Der Kurs 25% im Minus sagt ja alles.  

I bet on an imminent merger of 3D Systems and Stratasys. There are some, but maybe too far-fetched indications. First, according to FINRA, short interest of Stratasys has fallen sharply over the last six weeks, daily short volume to turnover (FINRA) is exceptionally low (as well as for 3D Systems over the last trading days with some exceptions), and yesterday price recovered from losses at closing. Second, both SYSS and DDD did not announce a earnings release date yet. Third, the most important EVP position (i.e., healthcare) and general counsil positions are vacant at DDD. Fourth, DDD did not release even its 10K but postponed annual sharheolder meeting is approaching that usually needs a 10K that either is linked to a bigger accounting problem or what is more likely is related to carve outs of its software business (as indicated in 10Q of Q3 23). Maybe, such divestment provides proceeds and focus on pure am for a merger with SSYS. Lastly, have you seen the purchase of more than 2000 call options priced at $0.25 expiring next Friday which will give first bucks of a profit at a price of approx. $4.25. Someone seems to bet big here.

Ich habe hierzu auf Reddit einen wallstreetbets post gemacht:
Prelimary q2 24 results show very strong sequential growth in sales by 10.1 percent compared to q1 24, and broadly in line with the the industry a negative growth of 11.6 percent oyo. Operating profit decreased very signficantly by 30.0 percent sequentially, and even by 12.0 percent yoy. Net loss in q2 was rougly flat yoy, and adjusted for one-time-gain on redemption of debt in q1 24 declined by significant 23.0 percent.

Though disclosure of audited results are still pending, the preliminary figures will very likely decrease worries about catastrophic events expressed in the market and by exorbitant daily short volume at rougly 80 percent last Friday. I anticpate darmatic covering on tomorrow, Aug. 12, 2024.  

Weshalb hat 3D Systems immernoch keine Zahlen für 2024 veröffentlicht? Was ist hier faul?
Wer kann was dazu sagen?  

Woher hast du diese Zahlen keine Nachricht auf der Haupseite gefunden, gib mal bitte eine Quelle an. PS dein Post konnte man auch auf yahoo lesen.  

mal angenommen, das würde stimmen was oben geschrieben wird, warum sollen das bitte gute Zahlen sein. Das Betriebsergebnis minus 30% ?!?! Das ist doch eine Katastrophe

Mir erweckt der Eindruck das J. Oliver ein Pusher sein könnte jedenfalls ist er mir schon ein paar mal so aufgefallen.
