Meistens realisieren die Känguruhs die Meldungen erst "zeitverzögert";-))

Selten reagiert der Kurs sofort bei denen.

Ich habe manchmal das Gefühl,das wir hier die Meldungen schneller erhalten als die.*g*

Generell ist die Meldung doch recht positiv,eine Bestätigung des Geschäftsplans im indischen (pazifischen) Raums.

India’s Largest Media Group to adopt GoConnect’s GoTrek IPTV
technology

The Board of Directors of ASX listed GoConnect Ltd (“GoConnect”) and
Times Internet Ltd are pleased to advise that GoConnect’s commercial
relationship with Times Internet Ltd of India to market GoConnect’s m-Vision
mobile video services, has now been extended to include GoConnect’s
GoTrek IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) platform. The extension will see the
BollywoodZone TV video channel also offered to fixed line Internet users and
be marketed by Times Internet Ltd to its vast customer base. With GoTrek,
subscribers will be able to join the video service easily simply by downloading
the GoTrek software so that within 5 to 10 minutes, they will have the service
live.
At present, GoConnect and Times Internet Ltd deliver domestic video content,
branded as BollywoodZone TV to the mobile users on a subscription basis.
The extended relationship will see BollywoodZone TV deliver to the fixed line
Internet market, thus tapping into a vast existing audience.

von 3,4%. Die Aktie hat sich auf diesem Level festgefahren. Jetzt brauchen wir wieder positive news von Li :)  

..spannend. Jedesmal wenn wir bei niedrigem Kursverlauf einen überdurchschnittlichen Kursanstieg über einen oder mehrere Tage verzeichnen, kommt nachher ein weiterer Anstieg mit hohem Volumen. Goconnect ist vermutlich beispiellos für Insiderkäufe. Viele wissen schon im voraus, dass bald eine Meldung kommt und kaufen kräftig ein.
Bin mal gespannt, ob wir nächste Woche was zu sehen/lesen bekommen. :-)

Bedeutet das nicht, daß weitere Aktien ausgegeben werden? Kann die Meldung leider nicht öffnen. Kurs hält sich konstant bei 16.

General purpose financial report for the year ended 30 June 2005 (PDF) kann ich leider auch nicht öffnen. Scheint aber ein guter Start in die Woche zu werden :)  

FINANCIAL POSITION

Whilst pursuing its online media strategy, the Consolidated Entity, will continue to access new capital as and when required. Since the end of the reporting period, new capital of $230,000 has been raised by way of the placement of 2,300,000 shares, adding to working capital and to finance a number of major projects. The Consolidated Entity has also just received a notice from Mobile Media Services S.A. exercising options for
4,750,000 ordinary shares at 7 cents each. The new shares will be issued after the proceeds of $332,500, being remitted, is received.
The Consolidated Entity experienced operating losses and negative operating cash flows during the period ended 30 June 2005. The continuing viability of the Consolidated Entity and its ability to continue as a going concern and meet its debts and commitments as they fall due is dependent on it being successful in achieving cash inflow from media revenue including from various video subscription channels, advertising, sponsorships,
and licensing of its technologies. If required, the Consolidated Entity should be able to access new capital to finance its operations until it is operationally cash positive. The directors believe that the Consolidated Entity will be successful in the above matters and have prepared the financial report on a going concern basis.

The adoption of Australian International Financial Reporting Pronouncements (AIFRPs) will be first reflected in the Consolidated Entity’s financial statements for the half-year 31 December 2005 and year ending 30 June 2006. Changes in accounting policies resulting from the adoption of AIFRPs are not expected to result in any material impact to future operating results to be reported.
During the period under review the consolidated entity operated predominantly in one business and geographical segment in the online media industry and in Australia.

SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN STATE OF AFFAIRS
In the directors’ opinion, there were no significant changes in the consolidated entity’s state of affairs that
occurred during the reporting period not otherwise disclosed in this report or the consolidated financial
statements.

MATTERS SUBSEQUENT TO THE END OF THE REPORTING PERIOD
Apart from the projects discussed in the above Review of Operations and Financial Position, there has not arisen in the interval between the end of the reporting period and the date of this report any item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature likely, in the opinion of the directors of the consolidated entity, to
significantly affect the operations of the consolidated entity, the results of those operations, or the state of affairs of the consolidated entity in subsequent financial years.

LIKELY DEVELOPMENT AND EXPECTED RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
Major programmes, including those discussed earlier in this report under Review of Operations, will be implemented to establish the consolidated entity’s presence in the Australian and international Internet media and mobile media markets.

Warum verkaufen die Shares zu 0.07? Das versteh ich jetzt überhaupt nicht...

Kann mich jemand aufklären?  

verstehe ich auch nicht - der andere Link zeigt die Links direkt zum PDF von goconnect...

vielleicht ist es ja n fehler und heisst 0,7 AUD :o)

Da ich mittlerweile ein paar BM's erhalten habe,möchte ich es nicht versäumen mein Verständnis über die 0,07 Stücke zum besten zu geben.;-))

So wie ich das verstehe geht es hier um das Ausüben von Aktienoptionen zu 0,07 Aus$.

Mobile Media Services S.A. übt diese aus.Man hatte denen wohl in der Vergangenheit welche zu 0,07$ zugesagt.

Bei einem Kurs von 0,155 würde ich diese Option jetzt auch ziehen,oder?!

Wofür sie die bekommen haben,dies habe ich allerdings noch nicht gefunden.

Guten Morgen,

gegen Ende des Monats werden die Zahlen für das Q1 veröffentlich. Ich rechne mit deutlich gestiegenem Umsatz. Die jetzigen Kurse sind daher Einstiegskurse. Mein Tipp für € 0,25 gegen Ende des Jahres steht immer noch.

Es ist echt erstaunlich was hier passiert. Keine Nachrichten und trotzdem wird heute und bereits gestern in großen Paketen geschmissen. Ich kann nur raten die Aktien zu halten bzw so wie Du schon geschrieben hast, nachzukaufen.

Gedult, dass wird schon :)  

also ganz ehrlich gesagt gefällt mir das mit den Shares zu 0,07 überhaupt nicht, nein nein, gefällt mir nicht.....

Hallo, ich verfolge Euren Thread schon ziemlich lange und finde ihn echt informativ. Ich bin zwar kein Experte in Sachen Aktien, aber die Optionen für MMS wurden am 19.Juli.2004 ausgegeben. Ihr könnt das im Jahresbericht von 2004 auf Seite 13 http://www.goconnect.com.au/corporate/pdf/040928.pdf nachlesen. Hier ist der Auszug in dem alles steht.

On 19 July 2004 the consolidated entity appointed Mobile Media Services (MMS) as European agent for corporate development. MMS will provide the consolidated entity with access to European media, music and telecommunications companies to expedite the application of m-Vision and GoTrek proprietary technologies. This appointment is for an initial two year period and is to be remunerated by the granting of 9,500,000 options exercisable on a one for one basis into ordinary shares of GoConnect Limited at $0.07 per share at any time until 26 July 2006. These options will not be listed, and if fully exercised, will represent 2.6% of the expanded total issued capital and will bring to 46,619,766 the number of shares and equivalent securities issued or
granted during the reporting period.

Natürlich sind deine Ausführungen richtig, kein Zweifel

aber das bezieht sich nicht auf die vergangene Option denn:

mit anderen Worten die sind neu.

Es wurden zweifelslos Verbindungen und Geschäfte in den letzten 12 Monden eingegangen die in der Zukunft Geld einbringen aber das ist leider in den letzten Fillings nicht erkennbar das es wirklich Umsatz bringt.

Ich bin überzeugt das GCN es in den kommenden Jahren schaffen wird aber die Aktien zu 0,07 dienen den Erhalt der Firma und wenn Shares zu dem Preis rausgegeben werden und ich mir die Fillings nochmal zerlege...
