Ich bin übrigens wieder zuversichtlich mit Forsys. Klappt ja vielleicht wie letztes Jahr. Ab August Richtung Norden. Aber welche Erklährung gibts. Nur Urlaubszeit?

Ich glaube, im Sommer haben es (außer Öl) alle Energie-Werte schwer, da sich kaum jemand Gedanken darüber macht. In den kalten Tagen ist Energie und seine Preise in jedermanns Munde.

Aber ob Sommer oder Winter ist mir ziemlich egal. Strom wird immer gebraucht, Kernenergie (ob man nun pro oder contra eingestellt ist) wird weltweit ausgebaut mit neuen Reaktoren und somit wird der Bedarf an Uran weiter steigen.
Forsys sitzt auf Uran und somit auf Geld. Ob man nun selbst abbauen wird oder sich übernehmen läßt, ist fast egal. Bei einer Übernahme geht der Kurs lediglich früher hoch.

Ich schaue mir das in Ruhe an.  

Ich denke, ich kann jetzt auch die nächsten Monate wieder entspannt sein.  

muss man ja trotzdem heizen, sodass es doch bitte eher gen norden gehen sollte ;)  

Forsys to Form New Resource Company With Beta Minerals

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 30, 2007) - Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY - News; "Forsys" or the "Company") is pleased to expand on its press release dated July 10, 2007 which described the Company's proposed spin-off ("Transaction") of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Namibian Westport Ltd. ("Namibian"). The Transaction as previously described will be via a share exchange with Beta Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BMI - News; "Beta") will result in the Ondundu Gold, Elbe Copper, Sperrgebiet Zinc and Omaruru Gold projects located in Namibia, Africa being acquired by Beta.

ADVERTISEMENT
The completion of the Transaction is expected to unlock the value of Forsys' portfolio of non-uranium projects held by its subsidiary, Namibian. The Company's management believes that these assets will attract significant valuations on a stand alone basis, as Beta's management can benefit from applying the same company building strategy that is proving to be successful with Forsys in Namibia. Upon completion of all of the proposed transactions described in the Company's July 10, 2007 press release, Beta will have approximately 32 million shares outstanding with up to $18 million in working capital.

Pursuant to the Transaction, Forsys will receive 7,558,824 shares and 7,558,824 common share purchase warrants of Beta. It is the Company's intention to distribute the Beta common shares and common share purchase warrants to its existing shareholders for no additional consideration. Under the proposed distribution each existing shareholder of record of Forsys as at August 27, 2007 (the "Distribution Record Date") will receive their respective pro rata amount of common shares and common share purchase warrants of Beta. Based on the total fully diluted issued and outstanding share capital of Forsys as at close of business July 26, 2007, each Forsys shareholder would be entitled to 1 Beta common share and 1 common share purchase warrant of Beta for each 11.61 Forsys shares held on a fully diluted basis. The pro rata distribution amount will be subject to final adjustment on the Distribution Record Date.

Wayne Isaacs, President of Forsys stated that, "This is a great move for both Forsys and its shareholders. We plan to apply all of our strategic focus on building an energy company by advancing the Valencia Uranium Deposit to production while simultaneously exploring our extensive portfolio of additional uranium exploration projects. It is management's opinion that the value of the Company's non-uranium assets have been overshadowed by the tremendous progress and success of the Valencia project. Forsys shareholders will benefit from this special distribution and this will allow them to participate in the success of both companies."

Konkret wurde heute bekannt gegeben, dass jeder Forsys-Aktionär, der  am 27. August Forsys-Aktien im Depot hält, im Verhältnis 11,61 zu 1 Aktien der neuen Gesellschaft namens Beta Minerals zugeteilt bekommt. Im Klartext: Wenn Sie heute zum Beispiel 10.000 Forsys-Aktien besitzen, dann werden Sie kostenlos 861 Aktien von Beta Minerals in Ihr Depot gebucht bekommen, sowie 861 Warrants, die den Bezug weiterer Aktien in einer gewissen Zeitspanne ermöglichen. Sie brauchen dafür nichts weiter zu tun. Die Einbuchung der Gratisaktien und der Warrants erfolgt automatisch durch Ihre Hausbank.

Die Korrektur bei Forsys ist leider noch nicht zu ende es wird noch dicke kommen und wir werden die 2,9€ noch sehen

Topnews? OK. Wurde leider schon von manchen Insidern am Freitag zum Kauf genutzt,wie es ausschaut.Und jetzt wird auf Anschlusskäufe gewartet.Erfolgen die aber nicht, wird eben wieder gegeben.
Also mit den Gratisaktien,kann ich nicht viel anfangen,obwohl ich einige 1000 Stück  Forsys-Aktien besitze.
ich kann mir sogar vorstellen,dass manche Forsys-Aktionäre die Aktien sogar vorübergehend verkaufen,um keine Gratis-Aktien zu bekommen.Oder liege ich da falsch,mit meiner Annahme.

Ich kann mich erinnern,als Blue Pearl Mining eine Namensänderung erfuhr,gab der Kurs vorübergehend auch nach.Börsianer wollen eben keine Veränderung nicht einmal Gratisaktien.

nachdem ich bei 4,40 ausgestoppt wurde. Bei 3,50 konnte ich einfach nicht anders, es hat halt mächtig gejuckt. Und wenn es noch mal auf 3 € geht, wird nachgekauft. Der letzte Sommer ist mir eben noch gut in Erinnerung. Wird schon schief gehen....    

für jeden eine kleine hilfe auf den weg geben hat mir persönlich sehr viel geholfen

Basher sind wohl der größte Feind eines Aktieninvestors, weil sie ihnen mit unfairen Mitteln den Gewinn abspenstig machen wollen. Unterschätze niemals den Einfluss eines Bashers auf ein Aktiendepot. Die Profis sind gut in dem was sie tun - was sie tun ist, Profit aus Deinem Verlust zu ziehen!

Ich glaube nicht,dass irgend ein "Basher" mich in meiner Meinung zu einer Aktie die ich besitze,beeinflussen könnte! Dazu bedarf es Fakten der zugrundeliegenden Firma,oder die gesamte Stimmung an den Börsen müsste kippen,aber ein Basher kann mir nichts anhaben,denn die Aktie die ich besitze,habe ich ohne Börsenbrief so gut es mir eben möglich ist,selbst analysiert und das rate ich auch jeden Aktien-Besitzer.
Denn wenn man sich"selbst" intensiv mit einer Aktie beschäftigt hat und für gut befunden hat,haben Basher überhaupt keine Chance.
Und sollte jemand wegen einem Basher verkauft haben,hat er(sie)seine Hausaufgaben nicht richtig gemacht,sonst wäre er(sie) nicht unsicher geworden.
Das ist meine Meinung zum Thema Basher.

Nein... es sind doch die Shorties,die den Kurs drücken. so wie immer, wenn trotz Nachrichten der Kurs nicht hochgeht...Oder wird der Kurs im Holzfällerland gemacht und die haben keine Ahnung???

Wieder eine lustige Fortsetzung der endlosen Geschichte, dass immer die Andren an irgendwas Schuld seien, wenn es nicht nach den eigenen Vorstellungen läuft...
