und mehr Umsatz an diesem Tag als im gesamten Zeitraum seit 12.08.2020...

Der Umsatz und die Kursentwicklung in den Staaten ist so etwas von uninteressant...
Dafür der in AUS umso mehr... technisch super... Umsatz über der Widerstandslinie von 0,30 AUD gestiegen und gleich den höchsten Kurs seit der Coronakrise markiert.
Das ohne mir bekannte positive Meldungen. Wer Aktien hat verkauft sie nicht, andere runden ihre Positionen auf.
Aus charttechnischer Sicht läuft unser Papier super, auch wenn die fetten Umsätze noch fehlen...
Aber was nicht ist kann ja noch kommen...
Denn mit dieser Entwicklung klingeln überall die technischen Kaufsignale der Computer...
Leider gibt es zu wenig Material für institutionelle Investoren zu kaufen...darum dort die Zurückhaltung...

Wenn die Mine eröffnet wird kann er nicht mehr gleichzeitig auf verschiedenen Hochzeiten tanzen. Die Braut ist dann BCL und die Wiederauferstehung zum Nutzen aller.

Der obige Link war/ist korrekt. Im Moment ist er aber bei emtv.com.pg nicht abrufbar. Daher hier eine Bildschirmkopie (gleich übersetzt). Interessant ist auch links die Kurzinfo dass auch Peter Graham sich wohl künftig mehr Zeit für BCL nimmt.

Der Händler hat den Kurs um gigantische 20% hochgejagd... auf über 20 Cents...
mit 58 Stück Umsatz, in Euro sage und schreibe 12 Euro...
Nette Spielerei, um die Menschen zu Umsätzen zu motivieren...
sieht dann charttechnisch recht nettt aus...
Wer kaufen möchte, kann das preiswerter auf Tradegate machen...
Der toll aussehende Kurs in  Australien steht umgerechnet noch unter 20 Eurocent.
Aus technischer Sicht gibt es dort weiterhin massive Kaufsignale, nur der Umsatz fehlt auch dort...

Die Bereitschaft von Rio Tinto, Gespräche mit wichtigen Interessengruppen über soziale und ökologische Probleme aufzunehmen, die sich aus dem vorherigen Betrieb der Panguna-Mine ergeben, wurde von Bougainville Copper Limited (BCL) begrüßt.

Rio Tinto antwortete auf eine Beschwerde der australischen nationalen Kontaktstelle für die OECD-Richtlinien für multinationale Unternehmen, die vom Human Rights Law Center im Namen von Einwohnern und Gemeinden in Bougainville eingereicht wurde. Berichten zufolge ist es bereit, Gespräche mit denjenigen aufzunehmen, die die Beschwerde eingereicht haben, sowie mit BCL, der autonomen Regierung von Bougainville (ABG) und der Regierung von PNG.

Der Vorsitzende der BCL, Sir Mel Togolo, sagte, dass soziale und ökologische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Panguna-Mine, die 1989 ihren Betrieb eingestellt hatte, die Bevölkerung von Bougainville, insbesondere die Gemeinden innerhalb des Projektgebiets, seit langem beunruhigen.

„Diese komplexen Probleme erfordern umfassende Bewertungen, um mögliche Lösungen zu ermitteln. Die Bereitschaft von Rio Tinto, Diskussionen über diese Themen aufzunehmen, ist sicherlich eine positive Entwicklung. BCL beabsichtigt, eine konstruktive Rolle zu spielen “, sagte er.

Das Bougainville Copper von heute unterscheidet sich stark von dem Unternehmen der Vergangenheit, da BCL jetzt überwiegend in lokalem Besitz ist, nachdem die gesamte Beteiligung von Rio Tinto im Jahr 2016 auf ABG und Independent State of PNG übertragen wurde.

Bei der gestrigen Amtseinführung von Bougainvilles neuem Präsidenten, Präsident Ishmael Toroama, bekräftigte PNG-Premierminister James Marape erneut die Zusage, die 36,4-prozentige Beteiligung von Independent State of PNG an BCL an die Bevölkerung von Bougainville zu übertragen, wobei 17,4 Prozent an bougainvilläische Landbesitzer und Bougainvilleaner übertragen werden sollen 19 Prozent an die ABG.

Es kommt bestimmt nicht gut an in Bougainville, die Kursgier der AktienInhaber hier im Thread zu verfolgen.

Bougainville, wie die ganze Region (Bismarck-Archipel), war früher deutsche Kolonie.  

Das in Bougainville gesprochene Pidgin hat zum Beispiel viele deutsche Wörter.

Der zeitliche Zusammenhang mit dem oben dartestellten Rücktritt von Mel Togole ist interessant.
Wenn die Wiederaufnahme bei BCL ein Thema wird bzw. ist wäre das logisch.
Bedenklich ist nur der Hinweis im Text, dass er nach 25 Jahren wieder nach Hause will....

Das sollten wir weiter im Blick behalten. Wenn Bougainville (statt Papua Neuguinea) sein Zuhause wäre, dann....
Fazit: Weiter beobachten und ich teile die Einschätzung, dass dieses Forum auf der Insel beobachtet wird. Es gab Zeiten wo in Deutschland stärkerer Handel mit BCL-Aktien stattfand als in Sydney. Insofern spielt speziell Deutschland schon eine starke Rolle. Mit Übersetzungstools ist das kein Problem das was hier geschrieben wird anzusehen.
Wenn es hier nur "Zocker" gäbe, dann würde das dem neuen Präsidenten nicht gefallen (zumindest würde ich es so bewerten wenn ich ein seiner Rolle wäre).  Genau jetzt ist die entscheidende Phase - dieser neue Präsident hat das Standing das (auch aus spiritueller Sicht) richtige zu machen und BCL den Auftrag zu erteilen. Aus strategischer Sicht wäre das der schnellste und auch langfristig beste Weg.
Ich denke, dass wir hier sehr viele langfistig investierte haben und wenn die Mine unter BCL wieder eröffnet wird und dann später auch die insgesamt 7 Abbaulizenzen ein Thema werden, dann wird diese Treue auch belohnt - auch mit einer lukrativen Dividende... (der Staat erhält das dann neben der Steuer zusätzlich als Einnahme und kann damit viel Gutes für die Menschen auf seiner Insel tun...).

selbstverständlich werden sie das tun, insbesonders wenn man sieht wieviel Stücke davon im Aktienregister eingetragen sind mit WOhnsitz Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz.

wir sitzen doch in einem Boot mit den Bougaivillern. Die haben doch selbst ein ureigenstes Interesse an steigenden Kursen für ihren Staatshaushalt. Sie besitzen quasi mehr als 280 Millionen Aktien. Jeder Cent mehr im Kurs macht für die knapp 3 Mio. mehr im Staatsvermögen aus. Mit Sicherheit ein dickes Pfund für Verhandlungen zur Finanzierung der Unabhängigkeit, die es aus meiner Sicht nur gibt, wenn der junge Staat Bougainville perspektivisch sich selbst finanzieren kann.  

 

We acknowledge the complaint filed by the Human Rights Law Centre (HRLC) and Bougainville community members in September 2020 with the Australian National Contact Point (AusNCP) in relation to the Panguna mine site in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. The complaint alleges Rio Tinto’s involvement in human rights and environmental harm relating to its stake in the mine site through its former subsidiary Bougainville Copper Limited (BCL). We no longer hold any interest in BCL.

We take this complaint seriously.

We support National Contact Points (NCPs) which help drive implementation of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, a set of guidelines around responsible business conduct. Through non-judicial grievance mechanisms, NCPs also provide conciliation services to resolve complaints against multinational enterprises about alleged breaches of those guidelines at home or abroad. We continue to recognise the role of the AusNCP, housed within the Commonwealth Treasury Department, in providing a forum for different stakeholders to engage.

Whilst we do not wholly accept the claims in the complaint, we are aware of the deteriorating mining infrastructure at the site and surrounding areas, and acknowledge that there are environmental and human rights considerations.

We are ready to enter into discussions with the communities that have filed the complaint, along with other relevant parties such as BCL, the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) and the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Government. We will also engage with the AusNCP as it considers its initial assessment of the complaint.

We are also aware of concerns being raised, in the wake of the Juukan Gorge events, about the Group-wide implementation of our voluntary commitments and policies around environmental, social (including human rights) and governance issues on the ground. We understand these concerns and reiterate our commitment to core international standards, including the OECD Guidelines, and our readiness to meet those commitments in practice.

Bei diesen schwierigen Aktienmärkten hält sich unsere Aktie sehr gut. Bisher kein Verkaufsdruck und stabil auf gutem Niveau. Leider auch keine neue Information, die eine wesentlich positivere Einschätzung  zuläßt. Kommt die geht es ganz schnell nach oben. Rund 180000 Stück im limitierten Verkauf bis 40 oder rund 25 Eurocents ist kein großes Hindernis für weitere Kurswsteigerungen

Bougainville Sustainable Timber Resources Limited was set up with the intent to bring in foreign investors to Bougainville to be involved in sustainable logging as well as alluvial gold projects.

The proposed business model to be employed by the company is straightforward; identify a development project on Bougainville, identify a credible investor, liaise with the Autonomous Bougainville Government and progress the project.

Everything would be done in compliance of the laws and regulations on Bougainville and revenue in taxes would be earned by the ABG.

I have been in consultation with the Ombudsman Commission and the Investment Promotion Authority and my shares in the company are being divested to a third party in accordance with the law.

I want to put to rest rumors that I will be entertaining cronyism and business partners to create a monopoly over Bougainville’s resources. That was a bad precedent by the past government and my Presidency will not be compromised by it.

From the outset, no foreign investment in Bougainville will be done outside of the Bougainville Inward Investment Act 2014.

This act regulates all investment into Bougainville and parties wishing to bring investors into Bougainville must abide by the act."

We are currently at a very crucial juncture in the Bougainville Peace Process; the Post Referendum Consultations requires diplomacy, empathy and an appreciation of the history of Bougainville’s journey to self-determination.

We cannot afford to be sidetracked by dissention, disunity nor can we lose hope; not everyone will share our views however we must never digress from our ultimate goal and that is INDEPENDENCE."
