Poly-Pacific International Inc. Announces a Non-Brokered Private Placement

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Nov 30, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Poly-Pacific International Inc. ("Poly-Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE  MB)(OTCBB  LYPF)(BERLIN:A0LGDN)FRANKFURT  OZ) announced today that the Company closed a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") of units ("Units"), subject to regulatory approval, which raised $281,700. The Company will issue 2,682,857 Units at $0.105 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share for a price of $0.14 per share until 5:00 p.m. on that date that is twenty-four (24) months from the closing date.

The Company will pay, in accordance with all regulatory requirements, finder's fees to agents for obtaining subscriptions for Units pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Policy, and the Units are subject to a four month hold period.

The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general working capital purposes.

nächste woche sollte endlich der 2. report kommen und dann könnte es losgehen

bei den Kursen und Aussichten ein Glasklarer Kauf. Ich sehe Kursziel Bis Weihnachten bei 0.2 - 0,22€.

der 2. report ist beriets seir 2 wochen überfällig. anhand des terminplanes von poly ist ersichtlich, dass vor weihnachten eigentlich breits die machbarkeitsstudie folgen soll.
da allerdings schon der erste report 10 tage verspätung hatte, war zu erwarten dass sich der 2. report auch verspätet. ich rechne damit, dass er diese woche erscheint, da seit letzter woche insiderkäufe zu beobachten sind.
ich halte das kursziel vom 0,22 euro bis weihnachten eher untertrieben. bei einem guten 2. report gehe ich bis weihnachten vom 0,30 aus. was nach der machbarkeitsstudie kommt muss man sehen.

insider wollen sich noch eindecken und der kurs soll nicht direkt durch die decke gehen. wahrscheinlich sehen wir noch mehr insider käufe!
der report wird so lange zurückgehalten bis die herren satt sind.
es muss was gutes kommen!!

gepaart mit starken insiderkäufen und das noch ohne news...
ich denke hier wirds mächtig krachen in kürze.  

nach breits intensiven insiderkäufen werden weitere vermutet. es ist wohl davon auszugehen, dass man die bereits abgeschlossenen untersuchungen auf kingsten zurückhält, damit sich insider noch billig eindecken können. der kurs wird auf einem niveau gehalten, die umsätze steigen an. in den letzten 5 handelstagen wurden etwa 1,5 mio aktien meist von 2 brokern aufgekauft.
Peson und CIBI
vermutlich wird über diese der insiderhandel durchgeführt.
ich vermute hier mittlerweile mehr als einen zock... evtl sind die untersuchungsergebnisse großartig und man kann poly auch langfristig halten. die insiderkäufe legen das nahe.

 

sich bald genügend eingedeckt, damit dann endlich Zeit für eine Meldung bleibt!

Ich denke du wartest genauso wie jeder anderer im Moment auf die entscheidende Meldung.

Wenn ich die letzten Monate verfolge, muss man eigentlich mit einer "wischi, waschi-Meldung" rechnen, dagegen sprechen aber die "Aktivitäten" der Insider. Nun gut - wie auch immer: es kann nicht mehr lange dauern, bis wir hoffentlich wissen was los ist.

PS: gibt das auch wieder einen schwarzen - da bist du ja ziemlich schnell drin!? (warum auch immer)
