bei welchen man mit dem Gedanken spielen könnte Ende Summer die Nagelpistole hervor zu holen und dem Chef den blauen Brief auf die Haube zu nageln. Nadella memo hints at big Microsoft product changes

"We will deliver digital work and life experiences that are reinvented for the mobile-first and cloud-first world," says Satya Nadella (MSFT - unchanged) in a lengthy memo. "We will reinvent productivity for people who are swimming in a growing sea of devices, apps, data and social networks."
Nadella suggests major strategic and cultural changes will be part of the package. "Organizations will change. Mergers and acquisitions will occur. Job responsibilities will evolve. New partnerships will be formed. Tired traditions will be questioned." That last line might be a shot at some of the criticized practices of the Steve Ballmer era.
Nadella adds Microsoft will "streamline [its] engineering process and reduce the amount of time and energy it takes to get things done." He promises engineers "will see fewer people get involved in decisions and more emphasis on accountability."
At the same time, Nadella affirms Microsoft's commitment to the Xbox, and argues technologies developed by the Xbox unit have strengthened Windows, Skype, and other products.
Microsoft has already shown a greater willingness to support rival platforms since Nadella became CEO in February, and has also shaken up its executive ranks. A massive reorg meant to strengthen cross-product collaboration was launched a year ago.

Revo wird da nix sagen dürfen - das wird nur der Lizenznehmer preisgeben ! Wäre ja auch witzlos so, dann hätte es Ali gleich von Beginn an sagen können;)

On July 2, 2014, REVO announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Greenwood Finance Group signed an agreement with a funding company and secured a $10 million line of credit. The $10 million credit facility will be used to expand and grow the operations of Greenwood and Revolutionary Concepts.Greenwood is forecasting that $10 to $20 million in annual revenues could be generated from its planned capital investments and the acquisition of distressed financial assets, from the use $10 million line of credit. Greenwood estimates it could earn $5 million in annual profit from the investments generated through the credit line.
From the estimated $5 million in profit, Greenwood Finance would consider making major repurchases and buybacks of REVO's outstanding shares common stock. Greenwood would consider re-purchasing up to 20% or 130,000,000 shares ofREVO's 650,087,493 outstanding shares of common stock.

Greenwood should be a very strong financial engine for us that could propel the Company to generate greater revenues and profits. REVO and/or Greenwood Finance Group may periodically consider stock repurchases as a capital investment.
