Wamu WKN 893906 News !
Our website has a new home: http://www.WaMuEquityGroup.org. The site format is
the same as it was.
The old site (WaMuEquity.org) has been taken over by Joyce, as you may or may
not know.
Contact them if you have any questions.
As I see it we will now separately pursue our goals.
The good news is that now we have another website for our plight.
SO, on to the business at hand.
Last Monday, we spoke to a top notch legal firm in Delaware, and they advised
us to write letters to the US Trustee, requesting an Equity Committee.
The letters will be gathered together, given to that legal firm, who will then
deliver them to the US Trustee.
We have set up both a mailing address, and a fax number for you to send these
letters.
A sample letter that you can use will be sent in the next EMail.
Meanwhile you can see a sample letter on our website:
http://www.WaMuEquityGroup.org/ (Click on The Group to enter the site, then
click on US Trustee Letter)
The letter should at minimum have your name and phone number, so if the US
Trustee is so inclined, he can contact you to verify that you are a shareholder.
It is preferable but not mandatory that you include your address also.
There is room on the letter for any comments/additions you wish to make.
You can also write your own letter if you wish.
The letters should be mailed to:
WaMu Equity
PO Box 1031
Dumfries, VA 22026
They can also be faxed to: 732-279-0088.
Thank you in advance for taking this step to further our cause
Hans

Dear Sir/Madam.
I hereby request that you appoint an Official Committee of Equity Security
Holders at your earliest convenience in the Washington Mutual Inc. (WMI)
Bankruptcy Case (08-12229)
With the current uncertainty of the true financial value of WMI due to ongoing
litigation, I feel it is vital that equity holders have some voice in the
proceedings, and to make certain that all full value that exists be added to the
estate.
Sincerely,

Hello,
I am Joyce Presnall, owner of www.wamuequity.org
This has been a disturbing week, when I found out that one of our very active members (Hans Brost) chose to solicit funds without authority, OR a need for funds. This money is being solicited by Hans Brost, and is going into his personal bank account.
For that reason, we have chosen to move the site out of his control. There was no reason to solicit money whatsoever, and he did this "on the sly" without any discussion with me or approval from me.
Again, www.wamuequity.org is not in need of funds, and anyone who paid funds to Hans Brost for this should immediately go to google or paypal and reverse those transactions.
We are sorry to see Hans go as he was a valuable member of the team, but we cannot have, and will not tolerate anyone soliciting funds for their own purposes. I am sure you can understand my position.
The old name, the one you are familiar with, www.wamuequity.org is up, although marginally. We expect to have it fully operational by the end of the week.
Since Hans would not give me access to any records (he changed the passwords on the sly, so I would not be able to stop what he was trying to do) I would advise that you register again on the same site you were registered on before (www.wamuequity.org). I believe site registration is now operational, however some IP's have not updated their systems yet. If the site looks the same as before, you are not on the correct site. Our site looks totally different now and is under construction.
I apologize for all this upset, but I am sure you can understand that I could not tolerate even the smell of a swindle associated with our sight. I am angry that a high ranking member would abuse his power and do this.
Currently you can reach me through the above address. I expect to have my "official" address, the one you have seen on the many Press Releases I have done, operational within a few days.
Thank you for understanding. Washington Mutual Shareholders were swindled out of money once, it does not need to happen again.
Sincerely
Joyce M Presnall
Runaway gaps are also called measuring gaps, and are best described as gaps that are caused by increased interest in the stock. For runaway gaps to the upside, it usually represents traders who did not get in during the initial move of the up trend and while waiting for a retracement in price, decided it was not going to happen. Increased buying interest happens all of a sudden, and the price gaps above the previous day's close. This type of runaway gap represents an almost panic state in traders. Also, a good uptrend can have runaway gaps caused by significant news events that cause new interest in the stock. In the chart below, note the significant increase in volume during and after the runaway gap.

Wer mitzocken will, sollte nur „Spielgeld“ einsetzen.
