zumindest noch nicht ofiziell, soweit ich weiß.
oder poste mal bitte nen Link. Aber wahrscheinlich schon. Sollte man nur trennen, was echte, harte Fakten sind.
nochmal zur Wiederholung:
....We expect to announce additional large projects in the near future, some of which will leverage our expanding relationship with ENTECH....

Fresno, CA, USA: Photovoltaic System to Power 40% of Fresno Airport's Power Consumption
Fresno City Council yesterday approved a large solar power generating project planned for Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The solar project will cover approximately 25 acres and is just one of the City’s latest initiatives as an environmental leader to improve sustainability and energy efficiency. The Airport solar project will be the single largest solar installation at any airport in the country.
Mayor Autry stated, “This project further establishes Fresno as a national leader amongst municipal governments in the innovative use of renewal energy and protecting the environment.”
The Airport solicited proposals from the solar energy industry and subsequently completed negotiations with World Water & Power Corporation to install, operate, and maintain a 2 megawatt solar power generating system. This project will provide up to 40% of the Airports annual power consumption through the use of 100% renewable energy sources.
The Airport will save approximately $12.8 million in energy cost over a 25 year period. World Water & Power expects to complete the solar project in the spring of 2008. The Airport will be able to take advantage of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) renewable energy incentive programs, which are administered by PG& E. These programs, known as SGIP for 2006 and CSI for 2007 offer financial incentives to customers who install generation facilities that contribute to their energy needs.
“This is truly an exciting opportunity for the City’s environmental efforts,” stated Council President Henry T. Perea. “I am extremely supportive of solar energy, and have eagerly anticipated moving forward with this project.”
Mayor Autry and Council President Perea will be rolling out “Fresno Green: The City of Fresno’s Strategy for Achieving Sustainability" in recognition of this year’s Earth Day. This plan will include the Airport’s solar project as well as over 20 strategies for positioning Fresno as a good steward of the earth’s natural resources and a leader in sustainable policies.
1. Fuel cells
2. Solar
3. Wind
4. Coal to liquid
Time is on our side.
Alles nur meine Meinung, do your own d.diligence

WorldWater & Power Announces Award of 20-Year Solar Electric Power Purchase Contract for Fresno Yosemite International Airport
Two Megawatt Project Valued at $16 Million
PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced that it has been awarded a 20-year solar electric power purchase contract by the Fresno City Council for the sale of solar electricity from a 2 MW state-of-the-art solar electric power system to be located at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. This project represents the largest solar electric project at any airport in the United States. WorldWater will design, build and operate the solar system over the 20 year contract. Fresno solicited proposals from a number of potential providers and subsequently chose WorldWater & Power to install, operate, and maintain this solar array - which is expected to eventually provide up to 40% of the airport\'s annual power consumption. In total, Fresno is projected to save nearly $13 million in energy costs over 25 years. WorldWater expects to complete the installation by early 2008, making Fresno a leader in utilizing renewable sources to reduce its energy costs and protect the environment.

"This is a major achievement for WorldWater and follows on the heels of last year\'s record revenue," commented Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater. "We won the competitive bid, validating our expertise, experience and advanced technology. We are extremely pleased with the decision of Fresno to take advantage of WorldWater\'s system to maximize energy performance, resulting in long-term savings for the people of California."
Item 8.01 Other Events.
As previously reported in WorldWater's Form 8-K filed on December 5, 2006, under the terms of an Investment Agreement, dated November 29, 2006, between EMCORE Corporation, a New Jersey corporation ("EMCORE"), and WorldWater & Power Corp., a Delaware corporation ("WorldWater"), EMCORE invested $13.5 million in WorldWater, representing Tranche A of an $18 million investment. EMCORE and WorldWater have agreed that following the execution of an amendment to the Investment Agreement, EMCORE will complete the $4.5 million Tranche B funding at $0.40 per share and EMCORE will be entitled to 25% warrant coverage at $0.40 a share. It is anticipated that the Tranche B investment will be completed within the next week. The Investment Agreement was filed as an exhibit with WorldWater's Form 8-K filed on December 5, 2006 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Fresno airport will plug into solar power: Council approves a New Jersey company\'s plan to install energy system at no cost to the city. [The Fresno Bee, Calif.]
Knight Ridder/Tribune "Business News "
Apr. 14--Fresno Yosemite International Airport soon will be home to the largest solar power system of any airport in the country -- and under a plan approved this week by the Fresno City Council, it shouldn\'t cost the city a dime.
That\'s because the 2-megawatt, $16 million solar system expected to be completed by March 2008 will be owned and operated by the New Jersey-based company that will build it, WorldWater & Power Corp.
In fact, under a power purchase agreement that is sweetened by state incentives and rebates administered through Pacific Gas & Electric Co., the new power system should save the airport about $13 million in electricity bills over the next 20 years, said Russ Widmar, the city\'s aviation director.
"We think it\'s a feather in our cap," Widmar said of the project, which is expected to see construction begin this summer. "It\'s the right thing to do. It continues the city\'s green policy, and, frankly, who wouldn\'t want to fix a portion of their utility bill for 25 years at rates that are comparable to today?"
That\'s the key to the project\'s cost savings, he said. With electricity costs increasing an average of 6% per year, being able to provide a slice of the airport\'s power needs at locked-in rates is almost certain to save money, he said.
After 20 years, the airport will take ownership of the system but will continue to work with WorldWater & Power under a set of operations and maintenance agreements for another five years, Widmar said.
The solar power system itself will be made up of 25 acres of photovoltaic solar panels spread across two locations, he said.
The first, an empty field owned by the airport at the southeast corner of Clovis and McKinley avenues, lies in the airport\'s restricted "clear zone," meaning no buildings can be erected on it, Widmar said. Solar panels are perfectly all right, however.
The airport\'s 5-acre rental car return lot also will have a set of solar panels that will do double duty as sun shades for the parking lot, he said. The airport had planned to build its own cover at the lot, so letting WorldWater & Power install solar collectors instead will save the airport about $5.5 million in construction and finance costs, he said.
Quentin Kelly, chief executive of WorldWater & Power, said the project is garnering some attention from managers of other airports across the country, though he declined to say which.
"I know of at least seven or eight other major airports that will be coming out to look at our system," he said.
After all, Fresno\'s airport isn\'t the only one looking for ways to make money from the land left vacant at the ends of runways and other restricted areas, Kelly said.
"Ultimately, airports all over are going to be taking advantage of this technology," he said.

UPDATE: Wall Street Interest In Clean Tech Grows
By Steve Gelsi
NEW YORK (Dow Jones) -- Attendance by fund managers, analysts and other Wall Streeters at the Jefferies CleanTech Conference has increased to more than 750, up from about 450 one year ago.
Jefferies & Co. (JEF) Vice Chairman Paul Deninger said fund managers are sifting through solar, wind and other alternative power sectors in order to tap into concern about global warming as well as deliver better returns for their clients.
"This is an extraordinary time," Deninger said in an interview with MarketWatch. "Clean tech industry stocks were up more than 20% in the first quarter -- that's much better than the S&P 500."
Few, if any Fortune 500 companies are pure-play clean tech firms, he said. Rather, the sector is home to a number of small- and mid-cap players featured at the conference, including Renewable Energy Corp., FuelCell Energy (FCEL) and Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) .
Jeff Lipton, managing director and head of North American CleanTech Investment Banking for Jefferies & Co., said the bank is exploring the possibility of launching exchange-traded funds that would track the clean tech industry.
Jefferies already measures the sector through a short series of clean tech indexes.
Lipton said the investment bank hopes to build its base as a specialist in mid-cap firms with a focus on the clean tech arena.
Lipton and Deninger said investors should consider investing in "baskets" of stocks to help protect against volatility by individual stocks.
Initial public offerings, and other capital-creating transactions, will be a priority for Jefferies in the space, he said. "There will also be several waves of consolidation in the space," he said. "Even without M&A, a lot of these companies need big chunks -- hundreds of millions -- in capital."
In three packed meeting rooms, companies such as Dow Chemical (DOW) , General Electric (GE) and smaller firms such as Suntech Power (STP) made presentations aimed at drawing investors to their clean tech offerings.
Quentin T. Kelly, chairman and CEO of Worldwater & Solar Technologies (WWAT) , said he changed the name of his firm this week by adding the word "solar" to its nameplate "because people didn't know we were in that business," he said.
Overall, the interest in clean tech is the hottest he's seen since moving into the business in 1984.
The company plans to close its acquisition of Emcore Corp. by the end of the month, with plans to issue more stock and then possibly move his company's listing to the American Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq from the OTC bulletin board.

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Announces First Quarter Results
Company on Track for Record-Setting Year
PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT.OB), developer and marketer of proprietary high-horsepower solar systems, today announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007. Revenue for the first quarter was $0.9 million, with gross profit of $0.2 million.
"We continue to be very excited about prospects for 2007, even as the first quarter showed declines versus last year on a revenue and bottom line basis due to contract timing," said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman of WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. "Gross margin improved to 21.0% from 6.7% in the first quarter of 2006, but revenue fell as WorldWater put in place a new strategy to pursue larger megawatt and multi-megawatt contracts - which take longer to bid and negotiate, with greater lead times for production and installation. However, as was recently announced, WorldWater won its largest project ever in the quarter - a $16 million, 2 megawatt system for Fresno Yosemite International Airport, which is now in pre-engineering and will result in substantial revenue for the company during the second half of 2007. In addition, we are actively bidding on numerous large projects and hope to announce additional contracts as soon as possible.
"We see sequential improvement in revenue every quarter this year, and the company is maintaining its full-year sales guidance of $30-$35 million - at least doubling our full year production to approximately 5 megawatts. Revenue will be concentrated in the third and fourth quarters, similar to last year, and we remain on track for profitability."
Mr. Kelly continued, "In line with our rapid growth, we recently announced that the company's name had changed - which we view as appropriate given our increasing leadership in providing state-of-the-art adaptive technologies for renewable solar power. We are leveraging our expertise to build and install some of the largest, most advanced solar solutions worldwide. As the need for renewable energy shows no signs of abating, our cost-effective solutions are being very favorably received in the market.
"Lastly, let me just add that while WorldWater is well positioned for strong growth this year, our discussions with ENTECH continue. We will keep our shareholders informed as appropriate going forward. In closing, let me remind everyone that our Annual Meeting is May 24; we look forward to seeing you then."
Financial Results
Revenue for the first quarter was $0.9 million, compared with $2.0 million reported in the first quarter of 2006. Gross profit for the quarter was $0.2 million, versus $0.1 million in the prior-year period. The net loss for the first quarter of 2007 was $2.1 million, or $(0.01) per share, compared to a loss of $3.6 million, or $(0.03) per share, in the first quarter of 2006.
