also wenn ich preussen richtig verstehe, ist die Wahrscheinlich einer Ablehnung der Acceptance im allgemeinen bei < 20%?

Aber was spricht im speziellen für die Acceptance?
a) AMAG und Palatin haben aufgrund der Kapitalausstatung sicher genug Resourcen auf die
   Vorbereitung einsetzen können, incl. externe Berater...
b) Sofern sie glauben würden, es wäre nicht ausreichend vorbereitet, würde eine Verschiebung  
   zwar nicht positiv aufgenommen werden, aber finanziell darstellbar, eine Ablehnung würde
   mehr Nachteile bringen, wieso sollten sie das riskieren?
c) Insgesamt scheint das Interesse bei Investoren im Mai gestiegen zu sein, ich nehme doch an,
   dass wenigstens einer der größeren Investoren, das Telefon im Mai in die Hand genommen
   und mit Palatin gesprochen hat ...
   - Goldman Sachs ist jetzt auch mit einer kleinen Position dabei
   Wobei ich vermute, dass sie ihr Investition mittel Short stocks abgesichert haben

Was meint Ihr?

Der Anteil der Investoren ist nicht besonders groß, da steckt bei Acceptance und Approval sicher noch Kurspotential, wenn sie aufstocken sollten?!

Meine Kurzanalyse:
 

sollte meines Erachtens nichts. Ich sehe hier eher die Zurückhaltung der Investeoren durch die negativen Erfahrungen auch bei der Zulassung von Addyi. Ich gehe davon aus, dass PTN und AMAG ihre Hausaufgabe gründlich gemacht haben, die NDA verschärft prüft bevor die Weitergabe an die FDA erfolgt, die demenstprechend auch eine intensive Prüfung vor Zulassung vornehmen wird.

Wie lange hat Palatin eigentlich zeit, das Ergebnis zu veröffentlichen? Anders ausgedrückt: ist palatin überhaupt verpflichtet, das Ergebnis bekanntzugeben? Ist es also theoretisch möglich, dass palatin das ergebnis schon lange kennt?

aber dann ruf doch dort mal an oder schreib eine E-Mail und frag nach, alles andere ist Spekulation. Da PTN an der Börse gehandelt wird sollte/müsste/muss eine Informationspflicht bestehen um die Anleger zu informieren. Der Termin der Einreichung bei der NDA wurde auch mitgeteilt.

Palatin Technologies, Inc. (PTN) was also brought into the spotlight with a -$0.07 drop. As the regular session came to an end, the price changed by -5.93% to $1.11. The trading of the day started with the price of the stock at $1.15. However, at one point, in the middle of the day, the price touched a high of $1.17 before it finally returned some of the gains. Analyzing PTN this week, analysts seem to be content with keeping to their bright forecast call at 1.7. Palatin Technologies, Inc. analysts gave 1 buy-equivalent recommendations, 0 sells and 0 holds. This company shares tumbled -30.19% from their most recent record high of $1.59 and now hold $224.3 million in market value of equity.

AMAG hat den Antrag am 26.03. eingereicht. FDA Entscheidung bez. NDA acceptance gibts schon. Sie wird spätestens nächsten Freitag bekanntgegeben.

kein Grund, hier rumzukeifen. Aber recht hast du, das sieht man eindeutig am Kurs. Der würde nämlich ganz woanders stehen, in eine der beiden Richtungen
