-ValCom- Fluch oder Segen?.. Aktie mit Potential !

Ein paar Dinge, die mich allerdings noch ein wenig bedenklich stimmen:

Common stock, 500,000,000 shares authorized, $0.001 par value, 178,151,158 and 50,138,158 issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2011 and September 30, 2010 respectively

Royalties receivable 2,000,000$   (also schon eingepreist)

Advertising   25,290$ (sehr wenig eigentlich für ein Quartal)

Total revenues 166,890$  (auch nicht sehr viel Umsatz in einem Quartal)  

einer der meint, dass morgen ein 10K kommt.

Wer oder was ist denn senso  

Sehe den hier immer geringer werdenden Spread als durchaus positives zeichen an.

Glaube allerdings, dass der 10-K nicht so ausfallen wird, wie es sich manche erhoffen (es sei denn, die Bibliothek wir nochmals nach oben neu bewertet).

Interessant wird es erst mit den darauffolgenden 10-Qs der letzten Quartale. Erst hier wird sich Zeigen, welches Potential in Valcom steckt. Wir dürfen nicht vergessen, dass das letzte Geschäftsjahr bis auf die Neubewertung der Bibliothek, kein gutes Jahr für Valcom war. All dies wird "leider" im 10-K zu finden sein, zur Enttäuschung einiger  

gesehen sind die Zahlen von VV immer unglaubwürdig gewesen.

Erst jetzt kann der Aktienkurs den Wert des Unternehmens wiedergeben.
Nehmen wir einen Abschlag von 80% der Traumzahlen von VV an, selbst dann
ist der Kurs ein Witz.  

Bei der derzeitigen Marktkapitalisierung muss ich Dir recht geben, dass wir derzeit unterbewertet sind (sofern die Aktienanzahl stimmt).
Alleine durch den Wert der Bibliothek und (sagen wir mal), ein neutrales Ergebnis, wären Kurs realistisch, die ein vielfaches des jetzigen Wertes widerspiegeln.

My Family TV is a unique television broadcast network targeting family audiences. The current content is English based from our 900 title library that is constantly growing as well as other programming, live and newly produced through our studio affiliates.

Unlike many other content providers, My Family TV has additional benefits as a subsidiary of Valcom, Inc, a publicly traded Company on the US Bulletin Board and on the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany, including access to multiple production studios, post production editing and large distribution access through many years in the industry by management.

Although MFTV provides 24/7 content via satellite feed to 90 affiliates in most major markets through various carriers, the 40+ million households are expanding exponentially through additional venues that will soon include streaming cell phone video and Internet broadcast. Wenn Zahlen kommen, dann sollten wir eigentlich heute schon ein wenig Bewegung in den USA sehen... Derzeit nur 50K gehandelt... Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass erst nach Veröffentlichung der Zahlen hier der handel beginnt  

Der Aktienhandel besteht doch aus Angebot u. Nachfrage. Nun wenn alle an die Zahlen von Morgen glauben wer sollte denn Heute was anbieten ?  

Das ist schon richtig, allerdings bieten doch einige hier was an...  So werden derzeit sowohl in Stgt als auch in Berlin jeweils 100.000 Aktien zu 0,024€ angeboten ;-)

Trotzdem habe ich mir ein wenig mehr vom heutigen Start in den USA versprochen (zumindest umsatzmässig).
Habe aber auch zu den Zahlen heute Mittag nochmal Silvana Manning nochmal angeschrieben. Mal sehen, was sie antwortet. Ging allerdings auch um ihre myfamilytv-Seite, wo folgendes zu lesen ist:

Ganz genau. Hatte S.M. geschrieben, dass sie FFM gegen Stuttgart austauschen sollte und auch in Deutschland das Kürzel VLCO aktuell ist und es VAM nicht mehr gibt.  

wissen die Amis noch nichts von dem Gerücht um die Zahlen!! 

 

dieses Gerücht ist nur in deutscher Sprache im Umlauf ;)  

Die zahlen wurden eigentlich schon vor einigen tagen auf IHub diskutiert... Also sollten zumindest ein paar Amis Kenntnis davon haben.... (hoffentlich)  

keiner weiß was nur ihr oder wie?!?...die bilanzen stammen bestimmt auch von euch

der laden wird nie wieder über 0,1$ kommen..zuviel abzocker und den vertrauen habt ihr verspielt...
