Wie ist denn eigentlich so die Stimmung im ihub?
Kannst du mir mal vielleicht ein link dazu geben. mal sehen ob ich da mit meinem Englisch zurecht komme :-)

Das sind allerdings nur Vermutungen von mir... Ich glaube wir alle hängen derzeit ein wenig in der Luft, was den weiteren Verlauf von Valcom angeht.

Was ich allerdings noch denke ist, nachdem das BOD gewechselt hat, dass die Geschichte mit der Dividende evtl. doch nochmal von Unternehmensseite überdacht wird... Bin also diesbzgl. nicht mehr ganz so optimistisch.

Sollte noch jemand ein anderes Szenario im Kopf haben, würde ich mich freuen, von ihm (oder ihr) zu hören.

Wie gesagt, das Unternehmen ist nicht insolvent und ich glaube nicht, dass das neue BOD nun versuchen will, die Firma an die Wand zu fahren.  

So wie der Schreiber aus IHub das sieht, sehe ich es auch (#4045).

Das, was ich auf dem Text aus IHub allerdings noch mitgenommen habe ist: " Well, take a little advice from Warren Buffet because this is the classice example for his most famous phrase-- If you like the fundamentals, the time to "buy is when people are scared." NOW IS THAT TIME. "

In it's previous 10-Q VLCO made the following announcement:

"...The company is in negotiations with an international
fund to finance its business plan. If the transaction happens
the company's OPERATIONAL NEEDS AND GROWTH WILL BE SECURED
FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS. It may cause some dilution of the
company stock."

Well, we did see some dilution in the last 10-Q, and in all probability
the "fund" involved is a Rathod controlled entity.
So some agreement and share exchange must have taken place
that shifted power to the Rathod camp.
So all this appears to be good...Financing is in place, and
the Board of Directors got a world-class guy...
The rest is just sour grapes that will in all likelihood
be resolved quickly.
But then again, if the balance of power
is pretty even there may be a fight for control and scramble for shares (possibly ours)
by the opposing factions. That is also good.

True, the market does not like uncertainty and there
may be pressure on the stock for a day or too, but that
is no reason to sell here.
Fundamentals have not changed. JMO
