Summarize DD about VIPR

1) All the financial is current.

2) The company has 0.6 million dollars cash, plus no debt.

3) It will start to drilling (should announce soon) .

4) The company has gold, uranium and diamond assets.

5) The company's gold property is in Tanzania (the world 3. biggest gold mine there)

6) The company is ready for JV agreement. (when you read the PRs you can see.)

7) Share price hit 0.0047 last year.. Because of dilution price went down. Plus the shorts know that they shorted a lot. Everybody knows that VIPR is a start-up company. All start-up companies needs money at the beginning. That is why, their shares are on the stock exchanges. Because of this we are here as a shareholder.

8) Check out EARH... They have a NI 43-101 report in the Chisu district in Tanzania stating a large gold belt. This is close to Londoni (VIPR's property).(by Mica)

9)Like my bud Mica, I think VIPR has a GOLD strike in Tanzania. GOLD is again approaching $1400/oz.

10) If the drilling result good you know at that time

VIPR WILL BE A GOLDEN TAKE OVER CANDIDATE.
