Sofern der Wert nicht gegen die berühmte Wand gefahren wird, wurde das Tief Ende letzten Jahres ausgebildet. Das Board of Directors und das Management Team lassen vermuten, da kommt noch was...:-)

Seit Anfang 2013 bis einschließlich heute wird AUFGERÄUMT (Vorstand, Managemt-Team, Lizenzenausweitung für Drillings, Restrukturierung in Finanzen und Organisation). Seit letztem Sommer dreht sich das Personalkarusell auffällig schnell. Neue Köpfe mit Erfahrung und mächtig Beziehungen (z.B. PWC).

Wenn nicht die Aktie, so sollte man sich wenigstens die HP als Favorit speichern...;-).

das BoD wurde erneut erweitert:

February 14th, 2013 – Vancouver, BC – Vangold Resources Ltd. (“Vangold” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: VAN) today announced Keith Anderson appointed as new member to the board of directors.

Mr. Anderson is President of Alchemist Mining Inc. (TSX-V: AMS) and Director of Weststar Resources Corp. (TSX-V: WER) and Windfire Capital Corp. (TSX-V: WIF). Prior to his positions with these public issuers, he gained over 20 years of experience in the brokerage community as a Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord/Genuity. Throughout his career as an Investment Advisor, he has primarily focused on small-cap venture companies in the resource sector. After 20 years in the industry, he has created deep industry relationships with mining executives and investors from around the world.

“Vangold is very excited to have Keith join our Board of Directors. With an extensive background in the structuring and financing of junior resource companies as well as an in-depth knowledge of the capital markets, Keith adds immeasurable experience to our team. He has had a long term relationship with Vangold and will be invaluable to our efforts,” stated, Andrew Rockandel, President and CEO.


Ich habe mir soeben mal ein paar Aktien zu 0,025 EUR ins Depot gelegt. Das Unternehmen ist nur noch mit 712.000 CAD bewertet. Die zahlreichen personellen Änderungen führt man nicht durch, wenn man nicht noch was vorhat...

Aus dem letzten Finanzreport (zum 30.09.2013):

"The Company has incurred losses since inception, has a working capital deficiency of
$1,174,999 and has an accumulated deficit of $42,584,292 at September 30, 2013. The Company will need to raise sufficient funds in order to finance ongoing exploration and development and administrative expenses and to settle its liabilities, which may be settled by issuances of shares or other means."


Es wird also sicher irgendwann in den nächsten Wochen eine Kapitalerhöhung bzw. Privatplatzierung geben. Aus meiner Erfahrung heraus ist das oftmals der Start einer "Wiederbelebung". Es wäre auch zu schade, die akkumulierten 40 Mio. CAD Verluste steuerlich verfallen zu lassen... Vermutlich wird das Unternehmen dann umbenannt, z.B. in "Armenian Oil Exploration" oder so. Dann erfolgt eine Promo-Tour. Und plötzlich ist das Unternehmen wieder 10 Mio. CAD "wert"...

Ergo: ein "Sleeper", dem jederzeit neues Leben eingehaucht werden könnte. An Geduld wird es bei mir nicht liegen.  

Nix für Herzschrittmacher-Patienten....;-). 2016 wird sie verkauft!!!! Ohne WENN und ABER!
