But it certainly means , that Uranio wount be traded on open market anymore, which means they dont need to raise capital anymore. This could be a good or a bad sign. If their licences in Africa will be prolonged in 4 weeks , they could just continue with buy out or some other possibility. They only had 15% of shares on the open market, so this shouldnt mean much to them.
In the worst secnario Uranio will just go to liqidation. So which one is it going to be? To continue exploration more then 1 mil$ a year is needed and this could only mean weather they go into buy out or liquidation or they intend to get money for further exploration some other way (joint venture....).
Any thoughts on this?

So Uranio is not dead yet. We will see soon what happens.
Muss eine Firma in der Schweiz nicht auch eine drohende Insolvenz melden? Sonst macht sich David Risby ja noch der Insolvenzverschleppung schuldig, ich glaube dazu hat er keine Lust.
Ob noch jemals eine Pressemitteilung begeben wird?
