..........seit 18 jänner keine bewegung mehr bei den amis. wo kannst du den einen umsatz sehen?  

bei der dab-bank werden alle handelsplätze angezeigt und als mitglied sind auch realtime-kurse zu kriegen - derzeit in usa 0,021 - gehandelt ca. 140.000 stk.

BUGS Scores Early in First Quarter of FY 2006 Game Plan; SSWM Team Continues Record Breaking Revenue Pace in Mexico

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2006--

Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTCBB: BUGSE)(BCN:615212), an innovative environmental products and services company, announced that the company continues its record breaking revenue pace during the first quarter of FY 2006 ending December 31, 2005, and anticipates being awarded additional new assessment and cleanup contracts in the second quarter from its new offices in Mexico City and Puebla.

Brehm elaborated, " In 2005 we made a quantum philosophical change from a company that supplies strictly environmental products and services to a company that provides key resources to government leaders, including environmentally compliant real estate locations to attract foreign investment, manufacturing and service industries, managing environmental projects that hire local labor to solve water and soil contamination problems using innovative technology, and establishing regional emergency response centers to protect citizens from environmental disasters while enhancing the local economy with technical training and new jobs."

Brehm further commented, " Our new business strategy has been very well received by our customers and is one of the key reasons our cleanup subsidiary, Sub-Surface Waste Management (OTCBB: SSWM), had FY 2005 revenues increase to $1,094,000, up by 368% over the prior year. With BUGS 2004 fiscal year revenue of $419,000, and after consolidation of SSWM revenue into FY 2005 results, BUGS record breaking revenue will be over 200% of its 2004 results also. Final numbers for the BUGS FY 2005 year will be forthcoming shortly and should show higher revenues, lower expenses and reduced losses over the prior year indicating our turn around toward more profitable future operations."

Brehm continued, " During the first quarter we hit several key milestones for our 2006 game plan including the award of a $365,000 site assessment contract from Governor Mario Marin Torres of the State of Puebla. This project contract was awarded to SSWM Mexico subsidiary company Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), headquartered in Mexico City. SSWM management is working to implement an environmental cleanup program for the Governor of Puebla, Mexico, an environmental educational program for SEMARNAT (Mexico EPA) and PEMEX, and an emergency environmental response program which could create up to 400 new jobs in Puebla and Veracruz. Elsewhere in Torreon Mexico, SSWM continues to generate revenue as it nears completion of a cleanup contract estimated to come in at $1MM to $1.5MM total. Our close working relationship with state and federal government officials in Mexico is already beginning to show impressive revenue results in 2006 as we help the people of Mexico clean up environmental contamination using the skills of in-country strategic partners in Puebla and surrounding states."

Brehm further continued, " During the first quarter, BUGS engaged business advisory consultants to help with the company's project specific financing and working capital requirements. The company is seeking up to $20MM in equity, debt, revenue participation and equipment leasing instruments and is currently in negotiation with several institutional and private investors interested in learning more about BUGS and its operating subsidiaries, recent record-breaking revenue increases and investment opportunities for future growth in environmental services and agricultural growth enhancement products in the international market. If we can obtain the growth financing needed to cover our overhead and continue our success in Mexico, I believe we can become a positive cash flow company generating positive earnings for shareholders in 2006/2007."

Brehm commented on more recent current events by stating, " ETI recently took possession of their new office in Puebla and they look forward to the ribbon cutting ceremony with the governor in the near future as they roll out new contract services in the region. ETI also received an official invitation to visit with Governor Fidel Herrera of the State of Veracruz, Mexico, inviting the company to open an office in Veracruz to support the State's funded environmental compliance plan. Financing and logistic plans are currently under discussion for such an operation."

das ist schon fast pervers was da läuft. der berichtet ja auch nur noch von SSWM. bin mal gespannt, was die zahlen sagen, wenn sie denn kommen :)
entweder der plant wirklich was tolles im "hintergrund", oder der typ gehört abgesetzt. das da ist unseriös^10  

Bin enttäuscht, Brehm hat uns keine Zahlen präsentiert. Entweder sind sie super gut oder super schlecht. Ich weiß es nicht.

rauf oder runter? ich habe keine news und keinen einblick zu den amis.  

soweit ich das sehe, war das absolute tief im sept.05 bei 0,01 usd-
vor den nachrichten, dann nochmal runter auf 0,015 usd-

bei der klitzekleinsten positiven nachricht wird der kurs wieder
noch oben schießen - bin mir da ziemlich sicher.

könnte eine ähnliche rakete werden, wie grade silverado gold-
da bin ich auch drin und anfang des jahres sahs noch ganz übel
aus und es wurde gebashed, was das zeug hält-
hat aber nix genutzt - bisher schon vervierfacht - hihihi.

wie gesagt, eine ähnliche entwicklung ist bei bugs durchaus
möglich.

bin in Umweltschtzbereich tätig. Deshalb bin ich bei BUGS.
Aber ganz ehrlich zu sagen: Brehm hat ein bißchel " weit geöffnetes Maul", was er alles als "Müll" runterschluckt.
Er soll schon etwas rausspucken! sonst verschluckt er mit seinem Gewinn.

aber so nah beim allzeittief verkaufen
ist auch nicht der bringer-
die chancen einer wende sind einfach zu
vielversprechend.

Was mich stutzig macht: gestern wurden bis kurz vor Börsenschluß in den USA gerade mal 27.000 Aktien gehandelt. Das ist ein Witz und auf einmal kurz hintereinander:

2.000.000 zu 0.015
2.000.000 zu 0.0155

Das selbe geschah auch die Tage davor (insgesamt 12 Mio): einmal wurden sogar shares zu einem geringerem Preis als Bid und Ask übermittelt. Also irgendwas kommt da. Positiv oder negativ !!!  

kann auch sowas wie ne kapitalerhöhung sein-
konnte man bei silverado so um die 0,05usd
auch beobachten - und danach gings ab nach
oben.

ich bleib jedenfalls investiert!!!
kollabiert die aktie - verlier ich
nicht so viel - schafft bugs aber die wende,
sind hier sehr hohe gewinne zu erwarten-
also das alte spiel.

Hallo Kleinliesschen,

könnte aber auch ein Investor sein, der neues Kapital zur Verfügung stellt und dies in Form von Aktien vergütet bekommt. Das wäre natürlich top und würde bedeuten, daß ein Vertragsabschluß in Mexiko bereits getätigt wurde, nun nur noch die Finanzierung in festen Tüchern gebracht werden muß.

Das ist aber nur eine Vermutung! Kann auch sein, daß ich total falsch liege !!!
