Ambient Wells Services, Inc.
Ambient Wells Services, Inc., a Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: UPDA) subsidiary, has enlisted Rockey Well Services and Landmark 4, LLC to perform work-over on its leases in the Catlin Oil and Gas Field in Jacksboro, Texas. Landmark 4, LLC, an independent oil and gas consultant, will assist Ambient in the planning and evaluation of the current work-over project. Rockey Well Services will assist Landmark in the operation of specific equipment on the field as well as other matters related to oil and gas development, operation and drilling.
Ambient, in conjunction with Landmark and Rockey, has been directed to work over all of the 65 Catlin wells and to repair and replace the entire gathering system and pipeline. As a result of this project, production of oil and gas from the Catlin Field is expected to increase dramatically.

Da sieht man auch die mittlerweile auf 27 Mio.angehäuften Verbindlichkeiten.
Was nutzen mir Millionen von acres und Milliarden von kubikfuss an Gas, wenn ich keine Umsätze generiere.
Wenn das alles so einfach wäre und das in absehbarem Zeitrahmen zu bewerkstelligen ist, dann müssten die Investoren doch Schlange stehen,oder?
Stattdessen hauen wir innerhalb eines halben Jahres 100 Mio.Aktien raus.
Klingt nicht gerade logisch.
Damit wir uns nicht falsch versehen, ich habe UPDA schon gezockt, da standen die bedeutend höher und bin dann rechtzeitig raus, weil ich gemerkt habe, das keine substanziellen Meldungen kamen.
Einen Restbestand habe ich im Depot belassen, allerdings sehe ich keine Aussichten auf Kurse von 1€ und höher in absehbarer Zeit.

und...wenn es so wäre...woher haben sie das geld? wenn sie in deinen augen eine von insolvenz bedrohte firma ist? banken wohl nicht. also, wer gibt denn einer firma 27 mio. ohne eine grundlage, ohne sicherheiten?
nur an der börse kannst du geld ohne sicherheiten bekommen...kapitalerhöhung haben sie ja gemacht...um die projekte zu finanzieren...mehr nicht...
der clou ist...die firma fängt an...aus eigener kraft zu wachsen...und das ist entscheidend.
Ich denke das solltest du schaffen.
Nicht ich mache die Zahlen, deshalb brauche ICH auch keine Rechnung aufstellen.

NOTE 1 - BASIS OF PRESENTATION
The Company has incurred recurring operating losses since its inception, and as
of March 31, 2006 had an accumulated deficit of $27,352,254. These conditions
raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going
concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments to reflect the
possible future effect of the recoverability and classification of assets or the
amounts and classifications of liabilities that may result from the outcome of
this uncertainty.
The Company's continuation as a going concern is dependant upon receiving
additional financing. The Company anticipates that during its 2006 fiscal year
it will need to raise substantial funds to support its working capital needs and
to continue to execute the requirements of its business plan. Management of the
Company is currently in a process of trying to secure additional capital. There
can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in this capital raise or
with other attempts to raise sufficient capital.

Ebend das war das erste Q06 ...wenn du die Nachrichtenlage verfolgt hast kennst du ja die neusten Zahlen...also ich kenne sie bis zum 31.7.06 ;-) frage UPDA an und du bekommst Antwort...kleine Tipp umsonst.
Es gibt so manche hier, die sich nicht mit Hot Stocks auskennen .
Die lesen hier etwas von erwarteten Kursen von 1€ , 2€ ...das ist einfach nicht seriös.
Entweder man will die newbies hier reinlocken um selber verkaufen zu können oder man hat selber keine Ahnung.Beides ist in der Konsequenz gleich schlimm.
Also erst informieren und dann Kohle investieren.
Wer zuviel Kohle hat, dem gebe ich gerne meine Kontoverbindung und er kann die Kohle direkt mir geben.;-))
In diesem Sinne.

Selbst bei einem geplanten Umsatz von 6,5 Mio. kann sich kaum das Defizit dramatisch verringert haben.

der kurs ist durch die "empfohlenen" stop-loss limits gedrückt worden.
viele firmen die pleite sind, haben eine höhere marktkapitalisierung als upda.
ausserdem glaube ich, daß die meisten zocker aus dem wert raus sind, so daß wir auf eine künftigen zock-party einstellen müssen.

US Army Considering Military Theme Park Next To Museum
FORT BELVOIR, Virginia (AP)--The U.S. Army is considering a proposal to allow a private developer to build a military theme park that would include "4D" rides and bars including a "1st Division Lounge."
Military officials said a massive entertainment and hotel complex built next to a national Army museum could draw more than 1 million people a year. But authorities in Fairfax County, Virginia, are objecting because of already traffic-clogged roads surrounding the proposed site.
Universal City Property Management III, of Orlando, Florida, submitted the unsolicited proposal for the theme park last year.
"You can command the latest M-1 tank, feel the rush of a paratrooper freefall, fly a Cobra Gunship or defend your B-17 as a waist gunner," according to the proposal, which was obtained by The Washington Post.
County officials have no authority over the Army's decision because the site is federal property. County Supervisor T. Dana Kauffman said he thought the entertainment concept died last year and said he had no interest in turning a military museum into "Disney on Rolling Road."
But the Army notified the county last week it is planning to move the military museum from Fort Belvoir to a site a few miles away that would be large enough for the entertainment complex.
The Washington Post reported that the Army is considering the entertainment venue to help offset the cost of the $300 million museum, which a spokesman said is scheduled to open in 2013.

UPDA Operators, Inc.
Catlin Oil and Gas, Inc. (Catlin) reported a production of 109 barrels of oil for the week ending August 11, 2006. Catlin also reported work over has been completed on the Boaz lease in Jack County Regular Field and the wells in this lease are now online.
Canyon Creek Oil and Gas, Inc. reported a production of 153 barrels of oil for the week ending August 11, 2006.
Texas Energy, Inc. reported that they have sold 164.31 barrels of oil from the Nantz lease in Young County, Texas.
