Universal Detection Technology's CEO Purchases 100,000,000 Shares of Common Stock of Universal Detection Technology
LOS ANGELES, CA, Feb 13, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB: UDTT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and a provider of counter-terrorism products and services, announced today that its CEO, Mr. Jacques Tizabi has acquired 100,000,000 common shares at a price of $.006 per share. The shares were acquired in exchange for the forgiveness of $600,000.00 in debt owed by the company to Mr. Tizabi. The share price represents a premium to the closing price of the shares at the end of last week.
"This will improve the company's balance sheet significantly and also add to management's ownership stake in the company. It also demonstrates my continued commitment to the company's future," said Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology.

Nicht nur deine angeblichen 74 Mio. Freefloat! Man könnte es verbreiten von falschen Tatsachen nennen.
Wie gesagt, einer von uns zwei hat nun Unrecht.

IMI hat 60,000,000 Aktien
O/S = 234,000,000 Aktien
Free Float = 74,000,000 Aktien
also dein Mundwerk ist schon ziemlich groß, dafür das du schon mal ein klein wenig Unrecht hast. Es geht schon einmal damit los das es 184.625.000 Aktien waren, und nicht nur 174.000.000, wie du es hier sagst. Und wer hier so ein Auftritt abgibt wie du, mit dem sollte man besser keine Diskussion führen, denn du meinst du bist der Beste.
Ich habe genau gelesen, und es geht schon mal los das es 10.000.000 mehr waren als von dir angegeben. Beweis steht ja unten. Soviel zu deinem rechnen mangelhaft.

Und für die 100.000.000 wurden 600.000 Dollar bezahlt, das sind umgerechnet 0,005 €, und hier haben heute einige 0,009 € bezahlt. Also fast 100 % Aufschlag, na ja wer seine Kohle so verbrennen muss.

During the period January 1, 2006 through February 9, 2007, Registrant
issued an aggregate of 184,625,000 shares of its common stock (the "Shares").
Such issuances were not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 as amended
