PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Nov 14, 2013) - Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTCQB: TMBXF) (BERLIN: UDNA) announced today that the company has filed the State Permits totaling 2,000 acres associated with the Zebra Prospect located at the eastern edge of the Tombstone Mining District.

The Zebra Prospect is an epithermal disseminated gold property located in Cochise County, Arizona, approximately three miles southeast of the town of Tombstone, in T20S, R23E, Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34. The property totals 2,000 acres and consists entirely of State land for which Arizona State Prospecting Permits have been filed. It is believed that the prospect lies within the metallogenic zonation halo of the Tombstone District. The shallow ores of the central district were known to be high in silver and lower in gold. Conversely, and in accordance with zonational patterns, the Zebra Property has high gold, and relatively moderate silver values.

During a detailed mapping program during the 1980s, thirty-three samples were collected of jasperoid, jasperoid breccia, silica vein material, hematitically altered silty limestone, dolomite and silicified rhyolite porphyry. Seven of these samples assayed > .20 ounces per ton gold and another three assayed > .10 ounces per ton gold. The highest assay was 1.0268 ounces per ton gold collected from an outcrop of black to red jasperoid breccia. These historical assays strongly support previous assay data from the property and suggest the occurrence of a large bulk tonnage disseminated gold deposit on the property. Geophysical surveys conducted on the property in the 1980s also suggest the possibility of a gold skarn deposit at depth.

Detailed studies of the minerals of the Tombstone Mining District have shown a large number and wide assortment of mineralization including silver, gold, copper, lead, and zinc minerals, which have been described along with manganese, tellurium, molybdenum, and vanadium. Although Tombstone is famous for bonanza silver deposits and is essentially a precious-metal district, the porphyry copper model of Lowell and Guilbert (1970) suggests the presence of a buried porphyry copper deposit at depth.

EuroGas dala Slovensku ultimátum, chce odškodné 1,65 miliardy dolárov

Spoločnosť EuroGas už od roku 2010 avizuje svoj zámer začať arbitráž so SR. Jej dcérska spoločnosť Rozmin tvrdí, že ju slovenské úrady v roku 2004 nelegálne pripravili o ložisko v Gemerskej Polome.

Bratislava 26. decembra (TASR) - Spoločnosť EuroGas chce opäť žalovať Slovensko v kauze odobratia dobývacieho priestoru na ťažbu mastenca v Gemerskej Polome. TASR to potvrdil predseda predstavenstva spoločnosti Wolfgang Rauball. Poslednú výzvu na dohodu pred začatím arbitráže adresoval EuroGas prezidentovi, predsedovi vlády, ministrom hospodárstva a financií SR a predsedovi Banského úradu v Banskej Štiavnici 23. decembra.

"Eurogas si už v minulosti nárokoval za zmarenú investíciu odškodnenie 1,65 miliardy dolárov. Rovnaký nárok si uplatní aj teraz, pokiaľ Slovenská republika nevyužije ponuku na rokovania o urovnaní sporu do 31. januára 2014," zdôraznil Rauball. Ak by Slovensko túto ponuku nevyužilo, EuroGas bude iniciovať žalobu na pôde Medzinárodného strediska pre riešenie investičných sporov (ICSID) vo Washingtone.

"Arbitráž na pôde ICSID by pre Slovensko znamenala, že proti nálezu tribunálu nie je prípustný žiadny opravný prostriedok, okrem možnosti jeho zrušenia z dôvodu vážnych procesných chýb. To by  predovšetkým v prípade neúspechu žalovanej strany znamenalo, že nebude mať možnosť odďaľovať vyplatenie prípadne priznaného odškodného odvolaním sa na národné súdy a bude ho musieť aj s úrokmi a nákladmi arbitráže vyplatiť okamžite. Prípadne bude okamžite exekvovateľný jej majetok," povedala pre TASR

Herzlichen Dank für die ausführliche Information. Tolle Quellenangabe! Nicht gefunden habe ich die Summe von 1,6 Mrd.USD (Überlesen?). Wenn ich das Schreiben richtig verstehe, ist es ein Ultimatum mit Frist 31.01.14, erst dann beginnen die juristischen Auseinandersetzungen, die in derartigen Verfahren dauern können...und alles, nur nicht billig sind, Ausgang ungewiss.
Darum verhält sich offenbar auch der Kurs abwartend oder?

Ich glaube dass der Tasche mit seiner Vermutung "Fontäne" richtig liegt.
Der Umsatz wird steigen, dadurch wird sich der Kurs bis Ende Januar 2014 anpassen.
Bin gespannt wann der run in die marktenge Aktie Tombstone beginnt!  

bei Tombstone nicht übermäßig investiert.. Habe aber noch genügend Aktien .
Nur wenige nachgekauft bei 2 Cent.
