MTV`s First Dramatic Series Proves a Smash Hit in the Global Marketplace with Sales in Over 45 Countries, Easily Covering
TEAM`s Initial Financial Commitment
TEAM International, the worldwide sales of arm of TEAM Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TMTV) (Neuer Markt:TME)
continues to sign significant licensing agreements for MTV`s Live Through This. The one-hour dramatic series, a first for MTV,
has been licensed to FlexTech in the U.K., AB SAT for all French speaking territories (excluding Quebec), DARO for Eastern
Europe, Turkey, Portugal, Greece, Africa and CIS/Baltics, Holland Media (Filmlux)/Holland and Luxembourg, TV4 Sweden,
and TV2 Denmark. Additional sales include S.P.I. International for Israel and Showtime in the Middle East. Drew S. Levin,
TEAM Chairman and CEO made the announcement today.
"The phenomenal performance of Live Through This in the global marketplace demonstrates how valuable this type of
teen-targeted programming is to Europe and the rest of the world," said TEAM CEO and Chairman Drew Levin. "The fact that
we have within a very short timeframe made sales in over 45 countries and so easily covered our production costs is indicative

Live Through This explores what happens when a family reunion is combined with a rock band reunion. Boasting a cast of
talented newcomers and original music written by Graham Nash and performed by Pat Benatar, MTV`s initial 13 one-hour
episodes have received outstanding reviews from the media straight across the board. Live Through This is produced by
