Jogorku Kenesh offer to cancel the license of "Kutessay Mining" on the extraction of rare earth metals. It is reported by a correspondent of the KirTAG Parliament on Tuesday.
Members of the Committee on Development industries Jogorku Kenesh decided to recommend to cancel the prolongation of the license agreement of "Kutessay Mining" occupied by the production of rare earth metals, and put mine up for auction.
As the deputy of the faction "Ar-Namys" Nurzhan Badykeeva, State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, prolonged second license agreement June 15, 2012, and at the same company for the extraction of rare earth metals "Kutessay Mining" has not fulfilled the conditions of the first and second licensing agreements.

Komme gerade aus Frankfurt zurück. Robert Mackay hat im Verlauf der Sitzung einen Tradinghalt veranlasst. Grund war die ungeklärte Lage in Kirgistan, wo gestern ein weiterer Artikel mit Vorwürfen aufgetaucht ist, in dem Nurzhan Badykeeva, die zur Regierungsoposition gehört, die Rechtmäßigkeit der Mininglizenz via Presse in Frage gestellt hat. Dieser Artikel ist weder mit Stans noch mit der Regierung abgestimmt worden. Rober Mackay wertet ihn als Intrige, da die Herkunft von Nurzhan Badykeeva Rückschlüsse auf Eigeninteresse zulässt. Nurzhan Badykeeva's Vater (?? ... müsste man genauer recherchieren) war mögilcherweise früherer Direktor von Kutessay Mining.
Der Tradinghalt ist als Selbstschutz zu werten, da zu dieser Zeit Kirgistan "schläft". Noch während unseres Treffens wurde allerdings von Boris Aryev (CCO) ein o.k. gegeben.
Dennoch hält man am Handelsstop bis morgen fest. Der Halt hat nichts mit der PFS zu tun. Diese könnte noch ein paar Tage (?) länger dauern, da sich aufgrund der Verschleppung bzgl. der Minengenehmigung logischerweise wichtige, zeit- und fortschrittsabhängige Werte verändert haben. Die noch endgültig zu klärende Lage vor Ort (Anschuldigung von Oppositionsseite) ist ein weiterer Verzögerungsfaktor.
Bei Gelegenheit mehr von diesem informativen Treffen.

Ich glaube, daß das Image von Stans heute sehr gelitten hat. Außerdem denke ich, dass einige/viele Anleger hier mehr od. weniger hoch im Minus sind, und das freut mich n i c h t.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir einen stichhaltigen Grund für Kursanstiege, und die entsprechenden Kursanstiege hätten !!
