@turkeymonkey Thanks Ted! Happy to have your support
Great Big @ToysRUs Holiday Book arrived in mailbox yesterday, fully scanable and powered on http://toysrus.com by @SlyceIt
https://www.theblackfriday.com/toysrus-bigbook-toy-catalog.php?page=6
Jetzt muss was kommen in kürzester Zeit..
Dear Ted,
as information is scarce about Slyce I briefly wanted to ask how the business is going? The stock is going down and down. Any information that could prevent the selling? I am a little bit worried about your company filing for bankruptcy.
Many shareholders are pretty uncertain what comes next.
Thanks for reading and perhaps you find the time to give a short answer.
Best regards
Von Ted kam zurück:
Name, we continue to work to raise working capital through non-dilutive measures (grants, loans, Debt), and are also working hard to bill clients upfront and collect AR early. Likewise, we're continuing to bring down costs. All that said, we have needed to rely mostly on early investors to bridge the company during this period. Suffice it to say, we are financing month to month, and in some cases week to week. No one on the Slyce management team is giving up.
As you may have seen, we are exploring the potential to sell some or all of the business, and those discussions and negotiations are going well. I don't have any specific news to share, but the team and the Board are working very hard to get the maximum shareholder value and ensure Slyce's viability throughout the process.
Best,
-Ted
Is nix Neues, aber immerhin schreibt er zurück ;)
